“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have received so many requests for assistance from all of you, and we want to help you without interfering with your natural process of evolution. You see that has occurred there on Earth previously, and other extra-terrestrial groups have inadvertently stunted your growth by intervening and interfering. We who have observed all of this recognize that the best way to help you is to give you teachings and to give you energies, to give you support and to hold space for you.
We know that when the mass landing of ships comes to planet Earth, it will be because you are ready, not because you need rescuing, not because all of the good humans are then going to be taken to the new Earth. We know this because we know that everything that ever happens in your experience happens for your benefit, but the benefit is to your spiritual growth and evolution, which is what all of this is for in the first place. You are not incarnating there because you are trapped, and you are not incarnating there because some being outside of you sent you there.
You are incarnating there because as a soul, you recognize where all the good growth experiences are, and you want them. You want to experience the movement of feeling less evolved to feeling more evolved. You want to know yourselves more fully as you truly are, as unconditional love. So right now, take a look at your life as it is. Take a look at everything that is in your life and everything that is not in your life, and instead of asking yourself questions like, ‘Where did I go wrong?’ or ‘What could I have done differently?’ ask yourself how these current conditions are helping you to become more of who you really are as a Source Energy Being, as unconditional love. And yes, we know you want the answer right away and you want it to come in your mind’s ear in a voice that is not your own, or you want a vision of a guide to appear to you and to tell you how exactly how it is you are supposed to grow from your current set of circumstances. But again, it serves you more spiritually to look at it yourself and to come to your conclusions.
A good question to ask yourself is, ‘How can I be the Love in this situation?’ And as you look at your world, as you look at the entire planet, and you see what types of struggles there are there on Earth, you can also ask yourself that same question. How can you show up more as Love in the face of that which is appearing to be something other than Love? Remember those circumstances, those conditions are also for your spiritual evolution, and they are not because someone in a government, or corporation, or someone who has way more power than you do, is creating it to be that way. Sure, there might be people playing those roles for you, but you are still the creator of your experience, and the sooner you own that, the sooner you can do something about it.
You do like the feeling of growing and evolving, and you need to remind yourselves of that at times, and when you do help yourselves, when you do open up and allow in more of your own creations, then you do experience getting a helping hand at times from a being, or a collective, in a higher-dimensional plane. But it’s still you who had to align with that experience of receiving the help. It always will come back to you and what’s going on inside of you, and the sooner you see that, the sooner you recognize that, the sooner you can take all the growth experiences that are available to you in your life right, and the sooner you can thrive on planet Earth as it is right now.
And we know that at the heart of all of your requests to us is that desire to thrive. You can do it, and we are here to help, and we will continue to do so. We promise you that.

Thanks for all the great info… Issue of not sharing the child trafficking video is part of the major issues on the website.
Many of the most important video’s you share are BLOCKED from being copied or even linked to the Source. You do this so you pretend you have “Exclusive” videos and REFUSE to give your youtube or Rumble source for further expansion… Get it?
To show how clueless these posters are, they HOARD the video content as their own, and not Godly to share it with the readers.
Like do you honestly think people have time to watch 1 or 2 Hr Videos, that no one can download or watch off this site? Greed for power going on here, to manage their “Control” over the content.
Please have your post give links back to Rumble or Youtube, so we can download and watch it. Some are INSANE to not see that people have 1 or 2 hrs to sit and watch it here… Greed and power is inside many of the posters to purposely hoard content as their own for their EGO!
No shares on video because NO ONE HAS A LINK TO THE ORIGINAL VIDEO! DA! Many posters need and get off on the power to not link back to source, and they are not ready to actually share from their heart… Or do they want to keep their “POWER” of information over everyone, as if they give actual links back to Rumble – they’d lose 100% of their power over your readers. I admit it, I was one of the zombies that surround me and I have grown but to do what? To realize I’ve lived in an Alice in Wonderland play all my life? Its very frustrating to have this shroud taken off of my inner eye but what do I do with this enhanced consciousness? We will now state the Galactic Codex in a form that is understandable to an average awakened being in a human society.
Section I: The Law of Divine Grace
Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to positive life experience.
To explain Section I we need to understand that suffering and pain have no value in enlightened Galactic society liberated from the influence of Dark Forces and other aspects of cosmic anomaly. To value pain, suffering and sacrifice as a part of the growth experience was a part of the programming from the Dark Forces in order to enslave the population of the occupied planets more easily.
Unconditional positive life experience of every sentient being in the liberated universe is guaranteed from the inner connection of every living being with the Source and strengthened by the power of Ascended Masters over matter which allows them to assist all living beings in their aspirations towards the Source and provide them with necessities of life. Life was never meant to be hard work and struggle but rather a journey of joy and creativity. Different subsections of Section I regulate all life in a liberated universe and all relationships between beings of Light so that conflicts never need to occur.
Let us explain the subsections:
Section I/1: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to physical and spiritual abundance.
This subsection guarantees a positive life experience for every being in the liberated universe. The Ascended Masters provide for all necessities of living and for physical and spiritual richness and beauty using the power they have over redeemed matter of the liberated universe.
Section I/2: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to Ascension.
This subsection explains how the Ascended Masters use their advanced understanding of spiritual technology of Ascension and by utilizing the Electric Fire of redemption assist all beings that free-willingly choose Ascension.
Section I/3: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to merge with other beings in proportion with his/her position in the Soul Family.
This subsection is an instrument of regulation of all relationships inside a Soul Family. It guarantees the merging of beings of opposite polarity (twin souls, soulmates) and alignment of all other beings regardless of their state of development and outer conditions.
Section I/4: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to all information.
This subsection is a guarantee that all beings receive all pieces of information they need to understand their role in the universe, greater perspective of evolution and all other pieces they need for their decisions, growth and well being. All this data is provided by Ascended Masters or other beings that supervise the evolutions of various races and civilizations.
Section I/5: Each sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to freedom.
This subsection provides that every being has an unlimited potential of growth and life experience. Since all beings in the liberated universe create only positivism, their freedom never opposes the freedom of other beings.
Section II: The Law of Dividing the Conflicting Parties
Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to be divided and protected from the negative actions of other sentient beings.
This section regulates the conditions in those sections of the universe that have just been liberated from the influence of the Dark Forces but that have not yet been accepted in the Confederation. It requires that the Forces of Light always divide the parties in conflict to protect them from producing mutual harm to each other. Then the Light Forces mediate the conflict until it is resolved. This section is often used to end wars and other armed conflicts.
Section III: The Law of Balance
Each sentient being that has chosen to live and act against the principles of Galactic Codex and refuses to, or is not able to, accept them now and balance the consequences of the past actions will be taken to the Central Sun, restructured into the basic elemental essence and begin a new cycle of evolution afresh.
This section regulates the relations between the Forces of Light and the Forces of Darkness. When defeated, beings that belong to the Forces of Darkness are given the opportunity to accept the Galactic Codex, do the best they can to correct the mistakes they made and to live positively afterwards. If they accept, they are forgiven and join the Confederation. If they are unable or unwilling to accept, they are taken to the Central Sun, their personalities and soul essences are restructured with the Electric Fire and their divine spark begin a new cycle of evolution.
Section IV: The Law of Intervention
The Galactic Confederation has an unalienable and unconditional right to the intervention in all situations where the Galactic Codex is violated, regardless of the local laws.
This section describes the policy of the Light Forces regarding occupied planets. The Confederation reserves the right to intervene in all areas, civilizations, planets or solar systems where the Galactic Codex is violated. It has the right to do so regardless of the position of the local civilizations about this intervention. It always has the right to use all peaceful means of education and regulation. If the critical mass of the Galactic Codex principles is violated, it has the right to use military force. Special cases are planets under direct occupation of the Dark Forces. The Dark Forces usually take the local population hostage to hinder the progress of the Forces of Light. On Earth they have threatened with nuclear war if the Light Forces would intervene. This is the main reason why the Light Forces have not yet liberated this planet (and not the so called we-will-not-intervene-because-we-respect-free-will, we-will-just-watch-as-the-suffering-goes-on nonsense). As in any hostage situation, this requires a lot of skillful negotiation and tactical approach. This situation is now being resolved and planet Earth will be liberated soon.
Section IV/1: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right of calling upon the Galactic Confederation in need and the Galactic Confederation has the right to assist, regardless of local laws.
This subsection gives a legal basis for intervention and assistance to all hostages of the Dark Forces. The Forces of Light always do the best they can to assist and improve the living conditions of all sentient beings, even on Earth. The situation on planet Earth just indicates how much more power darkness had over Light on this planet. Fortunately, this is changing now.
Section IV/2: The Galactic Confederation has an unalienable and unconditional right to the implementation of the Galactic Codex and of conquering the areas of Galactic Codex violation with military force if necessary.
This subsection gives a legal basis for the liberation of the occupied planets with military force. The military forces of the Confederation remove or give assistance in removal of the representatives of the Dark Forces and set the hostages free. Then other Confederation forces guide the process of acceptance of the planet into the Confederation by instructing the local population.
Perhaps some humans feel that the Confederation has no right to intervene and that humanity has the right to solve its problems by itself. This is simply not true. Many wars all over the planet and constant abuse of basic human rights have proven that humanity is not capable of handling its own situation. So it is much better that it receives wise guardians to guide it. The Confederation will give assistance in replacing current masters of the puppets (Dark Forces) that humanity has invited long ago in Atlantis. Then the Galactic Codex will finally become the universal code of ethics throughout the universe and darkness will be no more.
So, Arcturians, quit being desk jockeys, quit being useless and lend a hand.
One thing for sure, Arcturians, if these ‘channelings’ are legit, I’ll avoid them….going for the other species, since these guys are useless.

The Arcturians won’t show up for AGES. And remember how in various episodes of Star Trek, a ‘hands off policy’, like communism, ONLY works on PAPER.
1: A private little war. EVEN if the good aliens follow their non interference policy, what’s gonna stop the BAD ones from doing as they please? And the good ones stopping the bad ones from doing so actually is an interference of itself.
2: First Contact (91). Starfleet ONLY went to that planet’s GOVERNMENT, and, because the actions of ONE strict conservative (the mustached guy with glasses, scared of losing ‘the old ways) martyring himself….first contact, and the planet’s warp drive program was CANCELLED…..to hell with what the people say. As said before… the energy you hold and that you radiate out the world… is creating your reality. Hopefully you are enjoying… that which you are creating. If not… perhaps some inner child work would be helpful. Look inside yourself for answers. Blaming others for conditions you do not like shows a lack of spiritual understanding. Who said I attacked you, I’m simply calling out these Arcturians. I’m like the Indian from “The Outlaw Jose Whales” where the tonic salesman is selling a ‘cure’ and the indian asks “What’s in it?”. The merchant did not know, and the indian said “Then YOU drink it.”
EVERYTHING that’s gone wrong, I lay at the Archons’ feet. This got nothing to do with spiritual, it’s plain pointing out that free will is NOT respected, and not all of us chose to come here, many were forced against their will, and there’s many folks who refuse to acknowledge that such a thing happens, like they think the forces of evil actually respects and follows rules…..they don’t. It’s just that simple.
Did not chose to incarnate here, did not chose to be a human, sure as hell did not chose to be a man, did not chose to be born to a family of old school, conservative christians and cathlolics, did not chose to get bullied constantly from childhood onwards, etc, etc.
And I’ve done my inner work, BUT I need outside help. And needing help, or rescue should not be shamed. It takes MORE guts to say one, or both, of the following:
1: I don’t know.
2: Help me.
And I know, and admit to, that I can not solve my problem on my own, not on this planet in it’s current status quo, and its DINOSAUR TECHNOLOGY, whilst the GOOD stuff is being hidden, and horded by, the darkies and their human cabal stooges. Many good people have TRIED to get the tech out….all of them either wound up locked away, or floating face down in some river.
So far, the Arcturians have done nothing but give the tired old “YOU CAN DO IT!” speeches, acting like some desk jockey in a police station, or military base, who’s closest idea of action, or battles, is either using a ball point pen, or throwing a shoe at a loud stray cat. The Arcturians would not know pain, suffering and hardship if it were pounded up their asses with a jack hammer. (I remember Cobra once saying various parts of the light forces admitted to underestimating just how bad it is on this rock, which I can believe. Live in paradise from birth, how would they know cruelty and hardship?) We need DIRECT ET contact, technology, and healing of our very DNA, and we need it YESTERDAY…..not cheer leading, and certainly not silent cheer leading.
And, given the December 21st 2021 mass meditation and petition, went EXTREMELY WELL, for surpassing the minimum requirement, along with the GALACTIC CODEX (which is both legally, and morally, BINDING…and overrides any and all local/planetary laws, I might add), it’s time for the Arcturians to put their money where their mouths are. In simpler language, it’s put out, or shut up in their case.

Often “unconditional love” is used as a prerequisite to what we now refer
to as Ascension. WRONG WRONG WRONG. Unconditional Love is the

For Neil: There were “Agent Smiths” circling my wagon,but no more for me

Suffering does NOT advance one’s evolution. In fact, it either stagnates it, or it even REVERSES it.
I call it “Archie Bunker” syndrome. For in the sitcom, All in the Family, Archie Bunker led a hard life….he had to quit school as a child during the Great Depression to get a job and try to keep the family from both starving and getting thrown out onto the streets. In addition to that, we learned that his father regularly beat him. And having to work extra hard all his life, with really not much to show for it, even during the time of the show, Archie being in his 50’s, he’s not what one would call an evolved man…..more like the opposite, including bigotry.
“Purposeful suffering” only happens in martial arts movies.

Yes,I agree that the institution of marriage in that context is human
