Today in US Federal Court in Indiana’s Southern District, Gabe Whitley who goes by Honest Gabe sues Alvin Bragg for interfering in the 2024 Presidential Election and claiming Alvin Bragg violating 18 U.S.C. § 241, a federal law that punishes conspiracies “to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person … in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution”—namely, the right to vote. Lying to voters in a way that keeps them from voting, the theory goes, is a crime.

In Gabe Whitley‘s press release on Facebook he said “Today I filed a lawsuit in the US Federal Courthouse Southern District of Indiana suing Alvin Bragg for interfering in the 2024 Presidential Election. This political persecution of Former President Trump is illegal and we Hoosiers will not tolerate any election interference. America’s Elections are under attack by the Radical Democrats destroying our country and our free fair elections. For far too long Democrats have been screaming Election Interference about Russia, Russia, Russia which was later debunked. We Republicans will continue to fight for your right to vote in a secure elections.”

Alvin Bragg is under hot water for his political persecution against President Trump. The indictment lays out 34 felonies (not misdemeanors) which are based on the theory that the falsification of business records constitute felonies because they were made to cover up other crimes.

“It’s not just about one payment,” Bragg said in a press conference after Trump’s arraignment, in which he stressed that accurate business records are especially important to Manhattan as the “financial center of the world.”
