…[Wednesday] was the first reading…just like what we expected…This is a huge step forward. Now they are being pressured to read it the second and third times. They have to read it 3 times …then pass it.

…They have already agreed to the budget…now they are just going through the process. It sailed through the first reading in record time… Everything is worked out along with the HCL. I am still looking for a nice, lovely fat rate. They need it to fix the problems.

Question: do we have to wait for after Ramadan to exchange now?

MarkZ Answer: I highly doubt it…. If they want things completed by then – they should probably have us in and out the door. That is how I understand it.
