The US has been losing influence in Africa, where China and Russia have become major players. Washington seeks to bolster its influence, and Vice President Kamala Harris will visit Ghana, Tanzania, and Zambia at the end of March. This comes on the heels of US Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s visit to the region.
