New Moon in Pisces
Exact 20th Feb, 7:05 am GMT/UT, 1 degree Pisces
It’s a Pisces new Moon, and yet it’s so close to the cusp of Aquarius. We’ve just had a Sun Saturn exact conjunction, and Saturn will be just 3 degrees from the exact new Moon. And interestingly, the point of the Great Age cycle (Age of Aquarius) will be at the midpoint of Sun, Moon and Saturn for the event. For me, that brings Aquarius energy strongly into this equation. It’s like a new Moon for these times……
And that plays out thanks to Saturn’s involvement. Saturn has been in Aquarius for 2 years and 2 months now. Many saw the Age of Aquarius as beginning when Saturn and Jupiter came together in the sign less than 1 week before the Great Conjunction in December 2020
We also have massive solar activity playing out currently. A highly active Sun shooting our massive flares. I’m writing this in the middle of the night in the UK, after getting up from a sleepless spell. I hear than many are losing sleep of late
So, lots going on at an energetic level. Separate events that are connected in a bigger picture. And we’re approaching a time of serious change as well. Pluto on the edge of entering Aquarius, reaching that point of the Great Conjunction just over 2 years ago. Saturn will move into Pisces before then, and Jupiter will be in exact conjunction with Chiron before then as well
When so much is going on, it’s often best to revert to intuition and imagination, and both of those are Pisces keywords. The last sign of the zodiac which incorporates something of all that’s gone before
Pisces opposite sign, Virgo, is highly analytical. They zoom in, like a microscope. Pisces goes the other way, zooming out like a telescope. Aquarius is like the over see-er of all things Earthly. Pisces leaves the earthly realm, more entering a dream space or a spiritual realm, on a journey that is about discovery and resolution. The following new Moon in Aries will happen just inside the beginning of the zodiac. Between now and then, so much will be processed……
This is a new Moon for these times, and I’m tempted to simply leave it there. I trust that you will tune in, especially as the Sun will enter Pisces in less than 20 hours now. This really is an event where tuning and using one’s imagination will be key. It’s not about what I say, it’s about what you feel, and you will certainly feel it!
It will all become clear at the time……
