US Under Secretary of State Victoria Nuland has taken a swipe at Russian arms exports, deeming their quality inferior to American-made weapons. She claimed that countries that buy from Moscow would be much better off getting their supplies from Washington.

  1. Nuland is fronting for the deep state and the big guy. Russian arms are usually superior to ours. When I was in Afghanistan my weapon was literally falling apart in my hands.
