We are reminded in Leviticus 25:10-14 that “And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubilee unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family. A jubilee shall that fiftieth year be unto you: ye shall not sow, neither reap that which groweth of itself in it, nor gather the grapes in it of thy vine undressed. For it is the jubilee; it shall be holy unto you: ye shall eat the increase thereof out of the field. In the year of this jubilee ye shall return every man unto his possession.” This powerful verse speaks of a jubilee, a time of spiritual rest and physical renewal, where we can now take the land.
The Bible also speaks of a time of grace, a season of joy, and a jubilee of healing. This is a time of breakthrough and blessing, where signs and wonders will be seen in the land. The signs and wonders will draw others closer to God, as it becomes impossible to deny His Holy movement through these visible declarations. This is a time of refreshing and renewal, where the people of the land will come together to know God’s goodness and grace.
During this time of grace, a time where the Lord’s mercy will flow like a river and His grace will abound. Psalm 103:4-5 tells us that “Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.” This is the Lord’s promise of grace and mercy, and it is a promise that the Lord will keep. And for those covered with His Son’s perfect grace and mercy, it is a time to celebrate his coming Judgments. Yet, for those not covered, His Judgment will be accompanied with His Wrath.
