MK ULTRA THREAD:
1. Project MK-Ultra or Mind Control – what the CIA has been doing for years under our noses is “bigger than anyone can imagine” – 2/15/18 Q post 772, 773. It’s no longer called MK Ultra and is not supposed to exist or be in operation.
For purposes of this thread I will refer to it as MK Ultra. All references to Q posts can be found at www.Qalerts.app.
2. During WWII, Nazi scientists who conducted research experiments on prisoners were given a “second life” in the US after the war in exchange for their research and information. Q post 773, 774 The True Story of MK-Ultra and the CIA Mad Scientist (jacobinmag.com)
Think “Operation Paperclip”…Nazi scientists with a “blemished” past were given a new biography which effectively cleaned the slate of their war crime filled past.
3. The same practice was used to secure Japanese scientists who committed war crimes.
Following WWII, we know the MK-Ultra program was approved by Allan Dulles (Director of the CIA in 1953) and was allegedly halted in 1973, but is now being operated under a different name at a clandestine offshore site. Q post 2663
4. The CIA’s program development has been ongoing under an offshore tangent agency and is operated through covert financing (black budgets). We know that as of 1988, there was a 71% average success rate of the MK Ultra program involving human subjects. Q post 2663. That was more than 30 years ago. How advanced is this program in 2022?
5. If they experienced a 71% success rate in 1988, what is their success rate in 2022, especially considering the rapid advancement of technology, the “wonderful” drugs big pharma has given us, and the trillions in black ops funding given to the CIA over the last 30 to 40 years youtu.be/zb6P7U1S-P8
6. Assuming they target and control assets through technology, pharmaceuticals, and therapists, imagine what they can do to a pre-disposed asset by using “voice to skull” tech and by using the technology in the asset’s pocket in the form of an Apple iPhone or Google pixel phone. Who runs these experiments? Mental institutions and therapists.
7. The CIA vis a vis an offshore tangent agency conducts these operations through black ops budgets and keeps certain mental institutions and therapists on their payroll. Potential assets are identified and targeted over the years. Test subjects include vets wounded in action, vets with PTSD, and other kids and teens predisposed to a fractured psyche due to psychological trauma. These subjects are given a cocktail regimen of 4 x daily to influence and intercept brain activity. Q post 2663.
8. Q outlined the process by which overt psychological influence is applied to targets who have somewhat of a predisposition to mental control due to past mental trauma or fractured psyche. These “handlers” have the ability to use frequencies including incoming signals to modify, code and program their asset over a specified period of time. They use mobile phones to then control the target subject. Q post 772.
9. Think about the school shooters of the past: they claimed to have heard voices; they were taking or withdrawing from psychiatric drugs; history of abuse or other psychological trauma; therapists. See Q post 1629, 1630, 1636, 1872. According to Q, the shooters had therapists and these therapists were relocated 30 days after the shooting and given a new name.
10. The CIA uses therapists, freemasons, local police, local politicians, and others, especially in counties and cities in which the CIA exerts heavy control (think Broward County, Florida).
Remember Sheriff Scott Israel from Broward County in 2018 during the Parkland Douglas High School shooting? The shooter heard voices in his head, had a history of mental disturbances and psychological drugs. He pled guilty to murdering 17 students. 17. Q post 817, 818.
Let me give you a scenario:
11. Subject victim experiences mental trauma as a child or teen. Victim is taken to a therapist or mental institution to receive psychological help. The mental institution has therapists who are paid under the table by the CIA or its contractors to identify subject targets with certain predisposed characteristics which make them ideal candidates for these therapists to groom into MK Ultra assets over the next several years.
12. Victims are then “managed” by these therapists/handlers and kept on a regiment of cocktail pharmaceuticals which allow for further influence over their minds. Therapists continue to manage by giving them the drugs and then recommending a new therapist (contracted with the CIA).
Certain intelligent assets are identified for “big things” in the future as they go on to Ivy league school, military academies, or other technical institutions and become professionals such as doctors, lawyers.
13. These assets are “groomed” over time and may not even know it. They are allowed to function in society until they are needed for a bigger purpose to drive home a narrative important to the Deep State.
The assets are allowed to rise in prominence to some degree and they are even inserted into certain patriot and conservative circles. Once they gain notoriety and/or influence, some may be used to develop a certain narrative (such as Qanon or pizzagate).

Holy smokes! Another red pill moment.
I realize this is a hard ‘pill’ to swallow, but it is time — black operations, stolen/laundered money, off-shore CIA assets — for this to stop. The general public needs to understand what has been going on for DECADES. We are undergoing a deep cleansing of all the darkness on our planet, individually and collectively. It MUST be done before we can ascend into 4th density and then onto 5th density.
From what I have listened in regards to those people kidnapped into the 20 and back secret space programs, many of them, often children when taken, were also subjected to mind-altering torture techniques, intentionally… to fragment their consciousness so ‘programs’ could be inserted… to be used later when required by their ‘owners’ or handlers. This includes certain celebrities, politicians, and prominent (wealthy) people. The CIA breaks the “little” people; the illuminati families break their own members through Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA) — ultimately, it is the same outcome, someone who can be controlled to support a narrative.
Corporations and the military-industrial complex worked hand in hand with the DS U.S. (and other) military to run these operations, working in collusion with off-world entities, like the Orion Grays, the Ciakahrr, the Aldebaran Annunaki (Janosians), the Altairians, the Shiar-Taal from the Jayha System (Pleiades, Alcyone) and so on.
Observe these things with as much detachment as you can muster. We have been given an opportunity to take back our world and need to understand what has been done… so it will NEVER happen, again.
