Juan informs us that numbers have two (dual) sides of meaning… 17 being one of them. Both sides are attempting to control/manipulate artifically these numbers.
The DS want to control time/measurements/symbols in order to manipulate people to obtain the results they want. Astrology, star clocks, symbolology, shapes of buildings, statues, clocks, numbers, meanings… How is the energy going to be perceived and used?
