Since the Lions Gate portal we have been releasing and clearing out SO MUCH and with this came a rollercoaster of emotions. We have been so deep in surrender and letting go of what no longer resonates and although difficult at times, the hard work has paid off immensely. Breathe easy knowing that we are now emerging as a Collective into a much more neutral and calming energy thanks to the diplomatic and peace loving Libra frequency that is now blessing our hearts and home during this time

Take time to honour and give gratitude for this special time of year by
Going apple picking and make a pie or crisp.
Bake bread with harvest produce.
Go on a nature walk and sit with the changing trees.
Have a bonfire to welcome the first harvest. Write what you would like to release on a piece of paper and throw into the fire.
Decorate the home with gourds.
Adorn your alter with orange and red flowers.
Work with carnelian, tigers eye and amber.
Light a black and white candle to symbolize balance.
