Mother’s Day sneaked up on me again. May 8, and the card to my step-mother in Canada will be late because mail is pitifully slow.
And so is the bridge, pitifully slow. It was hung up early this afternoon with the spinner going around and around. I couldn’t save or do anything but type. Not good. Downdetector.com was showing a big spike for WordPress beginning at noon today so that could account for it—although we have our own hosting service but use WordPress for the blog itself.
I was also unable to make an online purchase for Eli this afternoon due to a connection issue. Very odd, but there is a lot of odd stuff these days.
