You are a human, and your body is a physical tool, but you are much more than just that. You are also a spiritual being with the inherent power to create your own reality.
The law of attraction is a spiritual idea that states that you will attract into your life whatever you think about. It holds that by simply thinking about something, you can bring it into your life. The law of attraction suggests that the thoughts of a person draw similar thoughts to them. Several scientists believe this happens because we are all connected by one single energy field. But the LOA is much more than generalizations; thinking about red Lamborghinis will always bring you red Lamborghinis.
What you think and feel creates your inner vibration, which in turn attracts circumstances in your life that match them. If you want to change what you have, you must first change your inner vibration within yourself.
Let’s say that you wish to change the amount of money in your bank account. You can try to think positively about the money or repeat affirmations about money, but if deep down you don’t believe what you are saying, nothing will happen.
In other words, to get different results, first change your inner vibration, and then the outer world will automatically adapt itself to reflect it back at you. This is how we can use the law of attraction to our benefit and attract positive things into our lives without any effort from our side.
When you change your inner thoughts and beliefs, you can attract whatever you want from the Universe. The Law of Attraction says that what you think about comes to you.
It sounds simple, doesn’t it? It is! However, there are some people who have a difficult time believing in the power of this law. Maybe it’s because they don’t quite understand how it works, or maybe it’s because their lives haven’t changed yet.
In order to fully grasp the concept of the law of attraction, one must believe that what you think about comes to you. Furthermore, you must believe that you deserve it and that you are worthy of it. In essence, you have to examine your belief systems and delete programs that run subconsciously. You can think and feel red Lamborghinis all day long but if deep down something within you says, “nah, I don’t deserve it”, it will never manifest.
It’s also essential not to focus on what you don’t want in life. If you do that, you will attract negative experiences into your life. Instead, focus on your dreams and desires and visualize them as if they were already taking place in your life. The more vividly you can envision them in your mind’s eye, the more quickly they will come into existence!
So how does this really work? Well, we all know that everything is made up of energy, and when we focus our attention on something (whether it be a negative or positive thought), energy flows in our direction and creates what we are focused on – whether it is money coming our way or an illness manifesting in our bodies.
The truth is, whether you believe in the Law of Attraction or not, you’re already using it.
In other words, whether you like it or not, whether you do anything about it or not, you use the Law of Attraction daily! You just may not be aware of it.
If you want to attract a new car, then you need to start thinking about cars. The more you think about them, the more you will attract them into your life. If you think about nice cars, then you will attract nice cars. If you think about fast cars, then you will attract fast cars into your life. If you think about little red sports cars, then guess what? You will only attract little red sports cars into your life.
The key to using the Law of Attraction is to believe that what you are asking for is already yours (or soon will be). You must visualize and feel as though what you want has already manifested itself in your life.
AND, you must use positive affirmations to re-program the subconscious mind.
You see, when you think about what you want and believe that it is on its way, you vibrate at a high frequency. This high-frequency vibration then transmits a signal to the Universe that says, “I want this,” and the Universe responds by providing it for you.
But how do you know if you are actually doing this or just pretending?
Are you happy with what you have, or are you preoccupied with what you don’t have?
If you focus on your lack, you will attract more lack into your life. If you are feeling good about what is in your life right now, then more good things will come into your life.
If you are talking to a friend and he complains about his job and how much he hates it, yet he’s been there for ten years, do not get caught up in his complaining! Instead, be grateful that he has a job and send him positive energy about how great his job is.
You see, when you become an observer of someone’s situation and see it from a higher perspective outside of yourself, then you will “see” that everything is working out for them even if they can’t see it themselves.
Positive thoughts and emotions (love, joy, appreciation, gratitude, and so on) are among the most powerful tools at your disposal to get what you want. If you can master the art of harnessing your thoughts and emotions in a positive way, then that force will help you move inexorably toward your goal. It sounds cheesy, but it has its value.
In simple language, it is said that whatever you are thinking is what will attract people to you. Do believe in yourself and do not expect any help from outside. That is the first step to success. Imagine yourself in the place of your dream and being a dreamer.
