Re ORGANS FOR HEALING, I remember some 50 yrs later the uplifing sounds of the organ in our church in Norfolk VA, I think the church was called Blessed Sacrament. Its been a long, long time so I might have the name wrong…..I at a young age LOATHED Mass but at the end of the service there was a huge organ up in the loft where the choir sat…as the services finished the organist who truly was an artist at playing those pipes, would go to town with a buffet of music and sounds that mesmerized me. I never wanted to leave until the organist had finished his/her musical display. Its a shame the church did away with much of that because it really made you feel wonderful. The church wonders why its membership has lagged for decades, it might be because they stopped this important feature of “feeling” spiritual.
