What was going on today afternoon at about 16:00 UTC? From nowhere I felt my heart trembling, jumping, at one point the heart rate went to 145, the blood pressure went to 200/115, the heart rhythm was irregular… Anyone else having issues like this today?
In the end, I took one pill for blood pressure, one 5mG Normabel to calm me down, but that did not help. Then I decided to go to my brother’s home, who is MD ER specialist. He checked me, but at that point, I was feeling better, only my blood pressure was still higher at 170/110 and my heart pulse rate was also still high at 110. He recommended taking another but different blood pressure pill, which is stronger, and then I came home, took that pill, and feeling better, probably that calming 5mG Normabel pill kicked in?
Anyway, I am aware that light body activation symptoms can be hard on the body, I believe now more on the heart than ever, but still, it is not easy to handle when they are on this level as I felt them today…
When I came home after visiting my brother’s home for a check-up, my phone just froze, which is not normal at all. I had to pull the battery out to make it work again, a strange issue, especially considering all that was going on with me today, coincidence, maybe, but there are no coincidences in a life?! Perica

I find there has been a gradual descend of and merging with my Higher Self through this lifetime. I often receive guidance and insights through dreams. I respect my body’s intelligence and through mind-spirit-body practices like tai chi and yoga, I feel we are working as one.
I wonder if the 3D physical body, in such cases, still has a big problem in the transition to 4D. Many of us on this site are already living in 4D/5D consciousness. Desert Flower

Around the 4th of January, I had an experience and I didn’t understand anything at the time, while sleeping, I felt a crazy heat on my chest and woke up, and found my whole upper body wet, especially my chest, I got up quickly and changed the wet t-shirt and put on a new one, going back to the bed, I found no trace of water, everything was dry. I didn’t pay attention but the experience stuck. The body temperature was great…
For years and years, I have been living separate from almost everything related to 3D, but I never tell people about it so as not to condition them in their individual lives and paths. For example, social relationships I have minimized them to the limit for a long time, work, home, stability, marriage, they don’t interest me at all.
I am very aware that it is a difficult thing in a system based on satanic banking, the slavery that is called “work”. But I have challenged the system with the assistance of the Creator, and I have thrown myself into the experience as a challenge, which is to live within the system and not be part of the system. And I am very satisfied and don’t miss anything. My motto is always: the Creator is more powerful than their satanic system and He can bend it for me. This morning, 13/01/2022, I feel … exhausted, dizzy, strangely sweaty but cool, distant from what’s “me” and the once related weave of daily, monthly, yearly life/societal supposed tasks & goals; I feel intensely the beauty of the fresh new morning, the absolute radiance of Sun in the clearest sky – it’s almost as I can touch the light.
What I see a bit distantly as my societal, system “cog” life seems facing disruption, banning, economic and housing ruin (Italy, and not jabbed); yet, it’s all “faraway” but not in a “depressed” way; simply, all that feels incomprehensible.
Last evenings, while in bed, I saw vortexes just above me, with circles within circles rotating; saw also plasma-like lights whirling and dancing in the proximity of my body; at times, sort of fountains of such light/energy flows in/out and out/in between my body and the air…
The world is pushing and pulling apart, stretching and boiling, shouting – but like in that Pink Floyd song “lips move but I can’t hear what [they] say”. Alessandro
