I have researched exhaustively, and believe deeply in, what I do ~ and am much healthier than before commencing both practices.
In both cases I voluntarily stopped as well, more than once, to objectively compare and contrast personal results. Not for every body, not for every ailment, but without any doubt practices overwhelmingly beneficial in my life.
