Secret Service: Almost $100 Billion Stolen in US Pandemic Relief Funds
The US govt has been swindled to the tune of nearly $100 billion. The shocking sum was fradulenty taken from the $3.5 trillion given out for programs such as Paycheck Protection and Economic Injury Disaster Loans.
According to the Secret Service, just over $2.3 billion has been recovered so far.
Special Agent Roy Dotson told CNBC that he was shocked by the total sum: “I have been in law enforcement for over 29 years and worked some complex fraud investigations for 20+ years and I’ve never seen something at this scale.”

Space weather physicist Tamitha Skov has warned Earth is on “high alert” after solar activity suggested two potential solar flares could disrupt navigation systems and power grids – and create stunning auroras.
“No big Earth-directed storms yet, but we’re on high alert. Several sunspot clusters are in Earth-view right now. At least two are big-flare players, but none have launched anything significant.”
According to the US Space Weather Center, even the mildest category of solar storms can result in power grid fluctuations.
