Fox News Sidelines Lara Logan After Fauci Complains About Her Nazi Doctor Comparison – December 11, 2021

The Conservative Fighters reports that TV personality Laura Logan has been put on a timeout from appearing on Fox News in the wake of her comments about White House Chief Medical Advisor Dr. Anthony Fauci.

Logan, who the Washington Post identifies as a top foreign correspondent and CBS News’ “60 Minutes” [reporter] and…boundary-pushing Fox News guest commentator,” has been strangely silent after her blistering comments regarding Dr. Anthony Fauci last Monday.

Speaking on Fox News last week, Logan noted a similarity between Fauci and infamous Nazi doctor, Josef Mengele:

What you see on Dr. Fauci — this is what people say to me: that he doesn’t represent science to them. He represents Josef Mengele.

Dr. Josef Mengel, [is] the Nazi doctor who did experiments on Jews during the Second World War and in the concentration camps. And I am talking about people all across the world are saying this, because the response from covid, what it has done to countries everywhere, what it has done to civil liberties, the suicide rates, the poverty, it has obliterated economies. The level of suffering that has been created because of this disease is now being seen in the cold light of day.

“Forget about the fact that she was being totally slanderous to me and, as usual, had no idea what she was talking about,” Fauci began. “What I find striking is how she gets no discipline whatsoever from the Fox network. How they can let her say that with no comment and no disciplinary action. I’m astounded by that.”

Logan’s comments have received fierce pushback. However, the Huffington Post notes that Logan has not retracted her statements, but rather has “doubled down,” referring to Fauci as the “Angel of death,” another reference to Mengele.

Logan has not been on Fox News since her comments about Fauci.

Several news agencies point out that in the week leading up to her comments, Logan was on Fox with Trey Gowdy, Sean Hannity, Fox & Friends, Fox News Primetime, The Five, America’s Newsroom with Bill Hemmer and Dana Perino, and shared in several high-profile events, such as the “Patriot Awards,” where she was a presenter.

Her absence leads many to believe Fox executives have hit the pause button on Logan while they monitor the public reaction and weigh their options.
