while you are playing the – “be a natural healer” frequency video

take one litter or one galon of drinking water and set next to your phone or laptop, etc…
Play the video on a Loop overnight or whole day. The Water will absorb the frequency from the sound.
Then, drink that water whenever you feel thirsty…
Before you eat or drink anything- pray over the food or drink…
Pray to say thank you for the food or drink and then command it to only:
heal,
energize,
sustain, and
strengthen your body. And so it is. ☝️🙏
For the Parents with infants or small boys or girls…Pray over your children (protection prayer) and Bliss your Children.
Do the same for your youth and adult children even if they are not around…
Adult children do the same for your Parents and Grandparents. Pray for and Bliss them.
The same for Husband & Wife, Brothers and Sisters.
And, pray over youself I AM
Keep your prayers and blissings short and clear.
Pray over and bliss Canada and the World /Earth…
Remember, Prayer is all about saying thank you…Not asking…
