In a few moments we will begin to go into a very strange time on earth as the depth and range of emotions and energies will be enhanced drastically
remember that each emotion is a choice to feel or to be lost in and that you can visit these new highs and lows with out being lost in them
as the observer some keys moving forward is be aware of who you are and what you feel if you catch yourself saying i am ____ then pause and bring it back to ___ is present
this is a huge way to stay centered in extremes as we move through the rest of October
we will be facing some intense energy highlights and many mirrors will shatter forever, remember you are enough and while this may not be easy it will be simple
