Grounding is the best antidote for this cesspool of emotions. Remind yourself that Fear is the greatest illusion and you will no longer succumb to it!! Remind yourself that you have always been protected and guided in the Now and will always continue to Be. Remind yourself that all your needs have been met with Abundance as long as you have trusted and honoured your inner Voice and your Truth courageously and kept the Trust and Faith alive.
You are the Master and Architect of your Life and no one/ nothing exerts Power over You …unless you let it!!
