I remember days of old where once people talked,
Shook hands in the street,
Or hugged each other, in times of need,
They’d sit together over a glass of wine,
Laugh at jokes, and have a good time,
Now is all but days gone by,
Where once was sun,
Is now dark sky,
Now I pray for change to come,
Oh how I miss those days of old,
Memories of which,
I do still firmly hold.
