Once we have released enough inner light, it begins to feed and fuel itself. Until that point, effort, exertion and discipline is needed. Spiritual sadhana or practice is needed – but once the light in the aura expands to a certain level, it just takes off.
This is the state known as absorption, which follows contemplation. Absorption involves the release of inner radiance from within our cellular structure. This inner light is released from the DNA, which mutates due to the very high frequencies. It is this mutation that leads to the higher states.
