You have the ability to do that in many ways. Meditation, being in your joy, being in gratitude.
Or a nice easy way is to take a deep breath in of all this amazing energies.
Imagine you are inhaling light, then exhaling all that no longer serves you. Do that a few times today and feel your body shift with the energies.
As always with these energies, energy might be clear but you maybe experiencing older energies that you are catching up on.
That may cause more intense Ascension Symptoms.
Just flow with them. Listen to YOUR body.
