What is self-healing?
A lot of people wonder how your mind and body has a connection to heal itself. How something that isn’t even visible can possibly alter your thoughts or your body and it will magically take your worries!!
Ancient medicine has been based on energy and self-healing for body and mind since thousands of years. We witness our body’s ability to heal itself each time from a cut or bruise to our emotional and psychological well-being.
The idea of self-healing with mind does have its worth and one need it time and again, in this blog will discuss positive aspects of mind self- healing. Why and when it’s needed?
Our mind is constantly working through the day and when it’s not working our body and mind gets that time to heal whatever is needed. It could be physical, emotional or psychological healing.
There are things that we might not know we are truly hurt by or we just ignore sometimes, whatever the reason our mind has registered subconsciously.
How often do you realize you are broken from inside? How do you know you need self time and healing? There are things that happens with us we just don’t understand how and what to react or sometimes we react to things that might not need reaction yet we gave one because our mind was holding up for a long time now and that was stressful so it was necessary for the mind to give reaction.
Handful people are aware of what they are going through or how to resolve their situation they either need people to tell them which are basically doctors or trained professionals to help control the situation.
In the case where we do not address what is wrong or why we are stressing out it frustrates us and our surrounding also piling other emotions which we may or may not understand.
Healing is not just a process that can be done in a day or two, it takes time and it varies for every person and one should always take as much needed.
Generally, when you realize you are in much need of a break for yourself it’s kind of hard suddenly to stop what you are doing and if you think you might not take break and finish the work you were doing then you will feel more trapped.
All these things are confusing at first, for anybody not understanding what’s going on in your life or how straight away things don’t make sense.
Even your machine and software needs update after a time which is exactly what our mind and body is in need too. Once you start to understand how your mind and body works it’s easy to understand the process for relaxation and self time.
Our body is made to heal as an when require but we do need to give it time and space and right amount of relaxation to heal from anything and everything.
Why it is needed/ what positive things can happen if you learn self-healing?
Healing through mind is important in order to grow, have peace and happiness.
When your body is full of positive energy and your mind has clear vision of what you want in life, the efforts you make to achieve your goal will automatically rise than its regular standards.
There are times when we feel like we are around demons and darkness has consumed us, those are the low deep of our life. Healing from this negative vibes is very important for anybody, but how do we do it?
When you realize the situation you are in is bad for you and no matter what you want to rise above from gloom you will be able to find door of course with obstacles but you need to be confident of what you want is for yourself and that is important to you in that particular time
There are many ways for self- healing and in actual fact every person has different type of connection that response to heal their mind and body.
Common ways to mend mind and body
Listen to what you mind and body is trying to tell you.
There are always signs though which your mind and body communicate with you or indicate what is going on, pay attention on to what is there and you will be able to see how to coordinate with your mind and body.
Clear your vision
When your mind has too many thought is difficult to see what’s the reality and what you desire for, clearing your mind will make you see what the missing puzzles are and where/ how you will find them.
One can obviously meditate to clear their thoughts, but if you are like me and unable to meditate than there are other ways to clear a your vision – you can start by doing what you like by simply going for rides, singing songs, cooking, or writing the stuff that’s in your mind.
Have positive vibe around you
When you have a positive vibe around you, your mind and thoughts will also get inspire so this will let you to be productive along with thinking all the good things that are happening around you.
Mother Nature and its healing power
For almost thousand years now, it’s been observed that nature has all the answer/solution to our problems. It gives us what we are in need and who better than nature to heal us. It has immense power to heal what is broken inside out. Spending time with nature will give you clear vision of what you are actually looking for and where you are right now.
Live healthy, eat healthy and exercise daily
It’s been said you can’t control everything in life, but what you can control what you put in your body. Taking care of what you eat or how you live is important because that’s where you produce Ideas and energy to carry out those ideas. So in the process to heal you first can start with what you can do and taking one step at a time will help like checking your eating habits or tracking your sleeping hour.
Yoga, stretching, exercising can actually help maintain body and freshen up mind. Leaving you energized and glow your day. This makes your healing process go smother and easier plus you don’t think much about how people make you feel hurt when you are all motivated for your better day.
Grateful for what you have in life
Wake up to every day be thankful for where you are and what you have in life. It’s always good when you appreciate the things you have in life, because a lot of people do not have that. Yes there are times we do take things lightly, yeah that’s okay but after the storm in you passes you should again think and gather yourself and be thankful for what you always have.
We are never given any less than what we deserve.
Scheduling helps you get clear goals and manage time. Basically it gives you a little heads up of what is going to come through your day by this you will be prepared and do not get startled by any of it. Its gives a fresh vision and time on things we want to work on and the things we are not ready to work yet can be schedule for later.
Plan trips/vacation for relaxation and freshness in life
It’s good to relax time and again. Enjoying what you have is really important not only to for a clear vision in your work but for your mind and body too. Stress at times kills all the good vibes and our body usually do not get sufficient amount of time to analysis and rest every time. Vacationing helps to reduce the stress and release endorphin that will help you stay calm in situation.
There are probably a lot of things you can do to heal yourself, once you decide to start. Finding ways or issue is not the hard part; the hard part is for you to analysis that you have had enough pain and it’s time for you to take things in your hand. Things might not work right when you start for first yet you do not stop to heal yourself the only focus should be is on how you choose to heal and grow yourself and for that matter nobody have a right to take away from you.
