I was undertaking a rigorous set of yoga Dragon stances in sequence when this light code came to me. In blazing gold within a ring surrounding an upward pointing triangle encircling the rising sun, it stayed with me for 2 days when every time I closed my eyes, I would see the code.
As the dragon poses are powerful hip and pelvis openers, I sense that the creative forces that I was working and releasing through these poses are also protective and transformative in function.
This activation is to open you up to your own creative forces and awareness/connection to the rising dragon energies happening right now.

Take a gentle calming breath to your heart, hold for as long as you are comfortably able and with your out breath, gently feel your feet on the ground.
