In approximately 10 hours or so from NOW You will begin to experience/feel heightened energies within the root and heart charkras. This is the furthering powering of Your Light Body/Merkaba for upcoming great things. You are to keep pulling/pushing this energy upward beginning from a point about 1 foot/ 25 cm,s below the feet, enveloping ALL Chakras up to the Higher Heart, then continue pushing it into the Crown proceeding upward to a point approximately 2 feet/ 50 cms, ABOVE Your head.
Also, the higher You are in expressing/feeling the Love in Your Heart, the faster Your Merkaba is strengthened/activated and prepared. Your acts of intimacy with Your Partner, amplifies this greatly! Have LOVE AND FUN!!!!!
