His attorney, Kirk Pendergrass, confirms that the Governor of Florida must make a decision as to how this will proceed. Fortunately, since we now have Ron DeSantis in place as Governor, and President Trump held a rally in Broward County on Tuesday and had ample opportunity to speak with the Governor, we expect good news.
