Me? I like to use the term “upliftment” to clarify the term Ascension which is better defined by the process of experiencing, having, holding an elevated consciousness. What is that?

An elevated consciousness is that mind that is open, free, happy and holds positive and happy thoughts about, well….everything!

Sounds easy to be that way? Just try it! Dark and fearful thoughts will creep in unannounced and that is not your “fault”, but merely a reflection of how we all have been raised in our 3D society…we have been “programmed” to BE in fear!
