It Is Possible That this sentence refers to what is perceived by the Population and by the Conscious and that can corroborate the fact that the change is actually in progress. One gets the impression that Gaia Portal wants to highlight that there is an expansion of awareness that leads to a stronger connection with the Source, this allows us to see, or at least peek, on which timeline we are walking and therefore allows us to understand that even small things must be recognized in their value and big things are not always necessary or available.
The same concept could also be applied to the Ascension Path, our mission is studded with minor elements that we have disseminated in the hope that at least some can be recognized and valued consciously and give an indication.
