This is just a little information for you to consider. I, myself, eat mostly vegetarian in order to avoid the antibiotics and other additives (like arsenic and animal growth hormones) given to animals in their feed. Why is this done? In order to make you and I sick with often debilitating dis-eases for which there are no easy treatments (and definitely NO cures).
I manage a hospital laboratory and see way too many folks with dis-eases based on our current state of foods that have been stripped on nutrients, and let’s not even “go there” with the whole GMO disaster! My advice…grow it yourself, or latch onto programs where organic produce and meats are available in your area. By the way…might be a good time to live where you can grow your own.
