Current Energies and Symptoms for The Different Ascension Waves ~ Jan. 12, 2017

Note: By no means does this blog intend to put stamps or labels onto people and put some people over others. No one is better or worse, as we are all part of the whole. The categorization used in this article is only there to help understanding symptoms and the awakening and ascension process better. The transitions between the waves are fluent. 

Since the beginning of 2017, we are experiencing very new energy frequencies. Something that has never been here before. To be precise, it already started building up on December 18 and continuously increased, with shorter breaks in between. These new energies come directly from the Central Sun, the Cosmic Heart, the ultimate zero point. Depending on where people are at in their journey and what Ascension Wave they are in, the perception and experience of these energies can be very different. 

Before we go into the details per wave, I would like to introduce a practical way to understand the process of ascension waves and their magnitude. They also follow mathematical patterns. In order to make this very visual, I’d like to use the model of “Diffusion of Innovations” by Everett Rogers, a professor for communications. This model is usually used in marketing and PR to understand and address target groups better and how they align with a product life cycle, when an innovation is introduced to the market. The model follows the statistical bell pattern. There is a small percentage of “first movers” or “innovators” (2.5 per cent) that are the ones desperately waiting for the next innovation to come out. They are embracing change and the new as the most exciting thing. They are willing to take risks and test the unknown without any guarantee of a certain outcome. They pave the way for others to follow. They are wayshowers and leaders. The innovators are followed by the “early adopters” a second, a bit larger percentage (with 13.5 percent). They are excited about everything new as soon as it has been proven to work by the innovators and then love to follow these new trends full hearted. They often take leadership positions as well. The next typology category is the “Early Majority”. That is when a product is already produced in masses. The early majority follows the innovators and early adopters, as they have proven and tested that the product is worth buying. They trust that new trend and/or change after having read and learned enough about it. They represent a big portion with 34.5 percent. Just as large as the portion of the “Late Majority”. Those are the one’s in general hesitant with innovations and change. They love to stay in their comfort zone as long as possible before the technological and social pressure gets too high, so they will feel the need to adapt in order to still be able to keep up. They are followed by the “Laggards” – the ones that will only change their behaviour when circumstances force them to (for example because no one is selling video tapes anymore, so they are forced to change to a DVD player). The chart shows them with a portion of 16 per cent. But to be completely correct, there is another group: Those that will never adapt. They will be another 2.5 per cent, which gives the laggards 13.5 per cent. To complete the picture: The yellow line in the chart is the market share, meaning the growth of product availability.

The different Ascension Waves in a Model

Now looking at this model – isn’t it striking how it can serve to describe the different ascension waves? The first movers being the one’s that bravely walked into the unknown with a trial and error approach to find out how the energies and the universal laws work and how to cleanse and heal the physical and the different energetic bodies. They could only rely on channelings, ancient teachings, science and had to trust their experience and intuitive knowing. Followed by the Early Adopters, the second awakening wave that is appreciating the insights and teachings of the First Movers and picking them up quickly, transforming even faster.

These two waves have gone through a lot of very intensive energetic changes since December 2012: To prepare themselves for being ready to assist the first wave of mass awakening, which started to wake up mid 2016. This first big wave of ascension will go through everything that the first two waves have experienced, in an even more accelerated way, with the assistance of the first two waves and their experiences – to be prepared for the next big awakening wave of the “Late Majority”, which will probably start to wake up in 2020, depending on the timeline choices we make as a collective and how well we do in assisting each other through this first large wave. The “market share line” is representing the average light quotient on earth in this adapted approach.

These waves are not to be confused with the three waves of volunteers (Dolores Cannon), which categorize people in rough human age groups and characteristics. These waves depicted and described here, depend much more on the willingness of people to move forward and beyond being human. Free will allows to accelerate or delay the awakening process, depending whether people choose love or fear. Thus, someone who was still completely asleep a couple of years ago can be a first mover, while someone who has been aware of spirituality and their gifts for all their life can still be part of a later wave. This has not much to do with experience or human age, it much more depends on the ability of an individual, to raise the personal frequency and the understanding and living in accordance with universal law.

As everything in the universe comes in wave patterns, it is no surprise, that the awakening process also takes place in waves. Just imagine, the whole humanity would wake up at once – there would be total chaos, and no one could calm down anyone and show the way.

Now that we have understood the different waves a bit better, what is going on energetically for the different waves right now?

First Movers / Innovators

The First Movers are finally experiencing the ultimate relief. The last bits of fears disappeared and they are swinging back and forth between bliss and neutrality. The neutrality is something to get used to. It feels like walking through a movie, seeing people caught up in human drama and nothing touches or triggers emotionally in a painful way anymore. They see everything from a soul perspective, and the higher purpose of everything going on. Even terrorist attacks, mass shootings and death cannot trigger them anymore. All of it is perceived as unreal and part of a fake computer program. Often it feels a bit like an emptiness and boredom, when the bliss takes a break to allow the integration of these high light codes. Once the ego mind is transformed into a free spirit, it cannot relate to these low frequencies of drama and fear any longer. It has stopped interpreting anything. There are no doubts, worries, beliefs, expectations or fears. First Movers are living from their heart and completely in the now. They trust the process and know that they will always be provided with everything they need and much more. They have detached from all material belongings and do not depend on them anymore. They have become fearless and have established a permanent connection to the cosmic heart / Source, through their own heart. Mind and heart are aligned and are playing and creating together. Thoughts are now purely intentional. Manifestation comes easy. First Movers are experiencing more and more abundance now on all levels, be it career, health, relationships and/or money. They experience a new lightness and playfulness – being childlike again and at ease with all that is.

They often now feel like walking the fine line between the duality poles, not being drawn into any direction anymore, but balancing out the last bits of these pulls. They know that neither way carries their truth. They have become like a blank slate. They have reached a state of complete authenticity, freedom and trust. A state of complete self-love. The basis to be completely aligned with Source – the Cosmic Heart and with it, with unconditional love. This leads to a change in the perception of information. Channeling becomes intuitive knowing, as the merging with all that is has taken place. They are no longer receiving the situation from the outside but from within. There is no more need for psychics, tarot cards, pendulums etc, as the knowing is just there. No more desire to research or read, as the deep knowing is there, that the right information will be delivered and will find them at the right moment. It can still be a challenge for many,  to trust that new quality of getting information, as it can first feel like being completely detached from guides, angels and star family.

First movers are still dealing with physical cleansing, healing and restructuring, related to the extreme rewiring of the brain and the activation of further DNA codes and strands. That leads to headaches, blurry eyes, a sore throat with some coughing and the flaring up of old physical weaknesses that are to be cleared now for good. All of this happens to be able to increase the ability and receptiveness for the fifth dimensional frequencies (e.g. the eyes preparing to see higher frequencies, the voice bands to express higher frequencies) The mind is very foggy, memories are fading away more and more. Time is dissolving completely. First movers have a hard time to remember what happened even an hour ago. They also experience more and more timeline switches. Reality changes and can lead to fun surprises, be it finding the car keys in a completely different space than having left them, or a tree is all of a sudden standing somewhere, where it had not been before, clouds appear and disappear, or a blog you had read just the day before is nowhere to find anymore. These are just a couple of examples.

Many First Movers currently have intense and multi-layered dreams with complete detachment. They are very lucid and the mind is very active in processing it. It is a new sensation to have thought spirals without any attachment. This is part of the last bits of cleansing, done in the higher dimensions. Sleep patterns do not exist anymore for the first movers. They might stay up a whole night or a couple of nights in a row without the need for sleep, just followed by periods of intense need for rest. In general sleeping and waking state seem to align more and more, often it is hard to tell the difference between the two.

 Early Adopters

The Early Adopters are still dealing with their core wounds and beliefs. They still experience their (spiritual) ego trying to take over the lead again and keeping them caught up in duality and certain beliefs. They are experiencing deep emotional clearing. Triggers can hide behind every corner. These are the most painful experiences as those are the parts that hurt the most. Many feel the longing to exit and die because it seems too much to take. It seems so cruel to have to go through this after having done so much work. It is important to know and remember, that it always gets darkest before dawn.

Thought spirals and overthinking are very common including intense worries, panic attacks, and the feeling of being alone and not good enough can be very present. Early Adopters still tend to get caught up in the human chaos, duality and drama going on around them, for example by watching and following too many fear based news, which can keep them stuck in ego thinking, including the need to interpret and judge facts and actions of people and taking sides. It takes discernment to get back onto the soul/heart level. Many Early Adopters now experience the need to let go of material things and are longing to own less to free themselves from any pressure to have to make money just to finance stuff.

That causes a push and pull dynamic, between surrender / trust and the need to control the process, not trusting it an doubting, whether this is real.

The dreams are also multi-layered and very lucid and can cause intense emotional breakouts as own old stuff and collective stuff is cleared simultaneously.

Physical symptoms are comparable to those of the First Movers.

Early Majority

 The Early Majority right now is deeply triggered by all the chaos on the planet. Potential wars, terrorist attacks, a new US president that nobody expected, relationships fall apart, health issues nobody can explain (which are nothing but ascension symptoms) Lots of insecurity is experienced and people are triggered deeply in their old belief system. They are afraid of having to leave their comfort zone. At the same time, the deep knowing is there, that something goes wrong with the old system and that this is not working any longer. There is this feeling that there can be a different way. And there is this longing of leaving the old life behind and finally do what they love. The ego is fighting heart to rationalize everything and to keep the lead and keep up the fear patterns. Nevertheless, the early majority now starts to research and find information about science and spirituality, about universal energies and what is happening. Their soul pushes them steadily into challenging the status quo and finding a new truth and reality. They experience unexplainable emotional breakouts and endless thought spirals, paired with the question: “Who am I, and what is my purpose?” As they have started their heart opening, they become vulnerable to the energies around them, which leads to a need of often pulling back and being alone. Often, they do not recognize themselves anymore. A lot of things they used to value lose their meaning to them. The feeling of being completely alone with their experience is paired with the fear that people might consider them to be completely insane. First paranormal experiences like astral travel, clairaudience, clairvoyance or clairsentience are common, which adds to the feeling of going nuts. Many are going into the dark night of the soul, not seeing any sense or purpose in anything anymore. Dreams can be nightmarish and very intense, bringing up lots of fears and trauma from the past.

The Late Majority, the Laggards and the “Non-Adaptors”

These groups are presently still completely asleep and still experience their reality from a fear based ego perspective. They are in competition mode and believe in the theory of the “Survival of the Fittest”. Spirituality to them is absolutely bollocks and people experiencing this need a medical treatment in their view. They can only see and feel the human drama and are either going into victim or perpetrator mode.They interpret, they judge, they blame. For them, the world is a dark place where everyone is on their own and needs to fight hard for their existence. There is only fear and lack frequencies with rare moments of joy. The ego is in the lead and keeps them in the past or in the future, constantly projecting things that are not real. Their energetic system is completely closed including the heart center, so there is no way they can feel the new energies and the unconditional love that comes with them. They are absolutely convinced that the matrix they are living in is the only reality. Nevertheless, they experience the increase in energies physically. They also have to deal with physical symptoms and headaches. Depending on the stamina of their physical body, heart attacks, strokes, cancer etc. can show up quickly and unexpectedly, as the physical body is not able to deal with these frequencies very well. Many of these souls have chosen to not make the transition into the fifth dimension while being alive.

No matter what stage of their soul journey people are in, it is important to recognize, that each and everyone has made their soul choice in what they want to experience and learn for their own expansion and growth in this lifetime, before incarnating. In addition to that, everyone has free will and can choose fear or love. No one is better or worse, we are simply in different stages of the process we all go through and perceive different energetic frequencies and – through them – different realities.  Everyone is responsible for their own reality. We always create our experience, be it consciously or unconsciously through the energetic vibration we are emitting. People will have to make their own choice whether they want to learn more and go through the awakening process and accepting the assistance of others who have experienced it already. But none of us can convince someone else or teach them something they are not ready for. As these wonderful quotes say: “Lighthouses don’t run around trying to save ships” and “Change yourself – change the world.”

Birthing a new Goddess Archetype ~ Jan. 8, 2017

A lot is said and written about the rising and reawakening of the Goddess and the Feminine to bring balance into this world. And indeed, the feminine energy is increasing a lot and men and women who experienced a heart opening, notice the effects. While the carriers of more female energy are healing their wounds of being suppressed for their feelings and vulnerability, the carriers of more male energy are healing their wounds of having suppressed their feelings and vulnerability. Both also heal their need of being in control. The female by clearing the need of manipulation and clinging, the male by clearing the need of keeping the power and running away, when it gets too emotional.

 

For both sides, this intake of the feminine energy results in a complete turnaround. It is the ultimate balancing. The masculine now honours the feminine as it has become a part of himself. He appreciates the new quality of being able to feel and to be. The feminine on the other side integrates the divine masculine within herself and honours the male for the strength and willpower and the quality of doing. For the masculine and the feminine, everything changes. It feels almost too much to take in the beginning, but those brave enough to embrace it and work through it come out incredibly empowered. With a strength no one would have ever expected to be possible. We become invincible. But this is an invincibility based on compassion and love, not on fighting and fear. Now, vulnerability is our biggest strength. We become completely balanced. Yin and Yang embodied in one person.

 

Emergence of a new Goddess Archetype

One thing that is very important to understand is, that the Goddess power now evolving is not a rebirth of something that has been here before, but an emergence of a new archetype. It is the first time that the masculine and feminine energies come into complete equilibrium. So – how is this new archetype like? What characteristics does she incorporate?

 

For a while now, every time I was contemplating on this new Goddess archetype, Pippi Longstocking showed up for me. She was one of my childhood heroes. I read the books and watched the movies countless times. I so wanted to be like her and live a life like she did. Back then, I had no idea that Astrid Lindgren’s story contained very strong activation codes, already preparing me and many others for what’s to come. So, I was watching Pippi Longstocking yesterday for the first time since my childhood. And it was striking for me to see the new Goddess Archetype so perfectly represented by her. Now – why would I say that the new Goddess representative is a little girl with freckles, weird clothes and red hair? Let me take you a bit more into the story…

In the German version of the song, Pippi Longstocking sings: “Ich mach mir die Welt widewidewie sie mir gefällt” “Und jeder der uns mag, kriegt unser Einmaleins gelehrt”

Translated that means: “I create my world how I like it” “And everyone who likes us will be taught our 101”. (on a sidenote: 101 in sacred coding means the beginning of the spiritual journey, one being the number of new beginnings and zero the representation of the ultimate God force). To me, she is a master creator with her very high vibration of playfulness, joy, compassion and gratitude. As we all know, the vibes we are emitting are creating our reality. Therefore, her reality is one of abundance, love and happiness. She is this powerful lighthouse, knowing that people who will resonate with her vibration will be drawn to her when they are ready for her truth and lifestyle. She is not trying to convince anyone or running around to desperately find friends. Those that come to her are ready to learn her 101: Her formula for living a fulfilled and happy life in perfect balance.

As a child, my parents always told me that this is just a story, and real life is not like this and I could not be like Pippi or lead a life like her. Now, after my awakening, I am absolutely sure that this is exactly where my life and the life of many others is headed to. I already experience a lot of it and it is beyond exciting.

Having said this, here are the characteristics that make her a true representative of the Goddess archetype of New Earth in my eyes:

 

She is childlike and playful

Pippi loves to play. She explores her environment without any judgments. She simply perceives what is going on around her and enjoys what she experiences. She is curious to learn more just by observing. She loves to go on adventures. She invents new games, she loves to dance and sing alone and in public, and she is infecting others with her joy.

 

She is fearless

Pippi lives alone in her Villa Villekulla. She leaves the door unlocked and everyone who wants to come in can come in – even the thieves who are trying to steal her satchel of gold.

 

She is strong

She has incredible strength and can even lift her horse without any problems. She knows how to use the energy and channel them into one physical action. She never misuses her strength, but only uses it for the good cause.

 

She takes care of herself and others

Although a child living alone, she takes good care of herself, her animals and her home. She cleans up, she knows how to cook and bake and she does it with so much love for herself and her animals. She even prepares a small Christmas tree and a cheese platter for the little mouse living with her.

 

She is androgynous

Pippi is the perfect balance between masculine and feminine. She is as much girl as boy. She is very vulnerable and shows her feelings and she is also very clear and precise in what she wants and what she does without any need of control. She loves to be and do.

 

She is compassionate

Pippi sees the good in every person. Even the thieves who were trying to steal her gold more than once. She forgives them and shares her abundance with them. She gives them food and some of her gold.

 

She is abundant and enjoys to share it with Everyone

Pippi is abundant in all ways. Love, health and money. She has many friends, all children love her. It makes her absolutely happy to share her abundance with everyone. She buys candy and toys for all children and Christmas presents for everyone who wants to stop by and see her.

 

She has no Expectations

Pippi lives completely in the moment and she does not expect anything to happen. She lets herself be surprised every day what is coming up next for her. She knows that every day will be exciting, without the need to plan or control anything.

 

She goes with the Flow

Therefore, she is following her heart and intuition and she has no routines at all. She is carefree and trusts life and its flow in every moment. Every day is different and she loves the unpredictability of life because she knows that every day is magical and full of surprises without the need of control, expectations or interpretations.

 

She is Creative

Pippi is very creative. She loves to draw, bake funny Christmas cookies, hang presents into the tree, inventing new games, creating her own ice skates out of a iron poker, she repairs an old boat she found on the river, is inventing new words, she is cleaning the floor by putting scrubbing brushes on her feet… and much much more.

 

She loves herself

Pippi is very self-confident and puts herself always first. She loves her red hair and her freckles. When she sees a billboard of the pharmacy, how to get rid of freckles, she goes inside to tell the shop owner that she does not suffer from freckles but that they are wonderful and that she loves them.

 

She is authentic

Pippi is absolutely true to herself. She does not act or is trying to fulfil others expectations. She does not care what others think of her, she just does her thing. Whether it is dancing in the street, wearing shoes that are way too big, wearing stockings each of a different colour, or sticking her finger and later her head into the cake at a coffee party.

 

She is absolutely free

Pippi does not go to school, because she and her Dad do not see any sense in the things that are taught at school. She owns stuff, like the house and her satchel full of gold, but she is not attached to it. She enjoys it as long as she has it available. She recognizes that abundance is not about money: “No, dad, I don’t need more gold, I can do without. Money just complicates things.” She has no attachments to the system and is not dependent on anyone. She does not owe anything to anyone. She is completely free and can do whatever she wants. She is not part of the system but only observes it, not really understanding why people are living like this.

 

She is very connected to Earth and Nature

Pippi feels very connected to earth and nature. She spends a lot of time outside and treats trees, plants and animals with her deepest respect.

 

She loves unconditionally and does not judge

Pippi sees the good in everyone. She does not judge anyone for what they have done. Neither the director of the children’s home for trying to get her under control, nor the thieves who were trying to get her gold. By not judging them, she inspires them to change and turns them around.

She loves her father and mother unconditionally without any strings attached. Her mother is in heaven and her father in the South Sea. She knows that her mother is still there for her and she talks to her a lot. And when her father comes to visit, she lets him leave again without any sadness as she knows his love will always be there and he will come back for her at some point.

 

She enjoys Aloneness as much as Company

Pippi has no issue with being alone. She enjoys playing and creating on her own just as much as with others.

 

Writing this down touches me deeply. It feels to me like a long-term dream coming true. With the shift into the 5th dimension and the rising of the feminine, leading a carefree, playful and abundant life in the NOW in perfect yin and yang, like Pippi will not only become possible but real.

What a lovely message this is! I really relate to this writing as this is exactly how I feel about my own twin flame! The love I have for my twin is now sorta, kinda different…it doesn’t feel pushed or frantic any longer. And, it’s NOT expected, as our reunion…it is a given.

When will this occur? Don’t care know, but more importantly…don’t really care because our reunion is not necessary for me. The feeling of being with my twin is with me always now… this is wonderful!

When we embark on the sacred journey, we have no idea what we have gotten into on a conscious, mind level. We just have this deep knowing in our heart that this is special. And the first encounter brings so much energetic power with it, that it shakes us up so deeply – we have no chance but to move forward and step-by-step drop everything that is not authentic about us and is keeping us from being completely free. Nobody but our sacred partner is able to push our buttons so perfectly to recognize what is keeping us from ascension – and from self-love.

It takes quite a while until we figure out that the connection we have with the other person was never about a relationship. It was always about finding back to our true power, our true self and remembering who we truly are and what we came here for: Assisting humanity to ascend.

Cycles of Growth

As we move forward, we learn, we grow, and we let go. Just to enter another cycle of learning, growing and letting go. Although it seems relentless and like a never-ending story, the process takes us higher and higher in frequency. Into more and more wisdom, faith and trust and less and less attachments, beliefs and expectations. We learn so much about the energetic dynamics of these divine partnerships and are starting to get the idea, that this union is an energy that is not tied to one physical person (which only is true in 3D).

And yet – although we feel more and more confident and detached – somehow we still feel awkward around our cosmic partner. There is still some insecurity or anxiety around it. There is still not the ease and full trust and detachment we would love to have. We still have that longing and the expectation to reunite with our divine counterpart. And…. Exactly that is what is blocking it from happening.

Expectations are a manifestation of a fear. And in this case – it is the fear of not being good enough. We still doubt that we are worthy of this love. “But – we have done so much work, so we must come to reunion. We deserve it! And all the writings and texts out there say that if you do your inner work, you will get to reunion and ascend together. So it must be in store for us!” That is how our 3D ego-mind tries to cope with it. And that is what blocks the energy from being transformed into 5D completely.

Beliefs and Expectations are preventing a Reunion

Although we often are not aware of it, we still have certain beliefs and expectations around the process and the outcome of this union. And that shows that we are still in 3D. Existence in 5D is only possible without any beliefs, labels or expectations. It is about opening up to the endless possibilities we have. Only then – the energy has the space to do its magic for us and create a reality that is far beyond of what we could have ever expected. By letting go of it all, including the expectation of a reunion or the expectation, that our partner is that one person in a physical body we are supposed to live happily ever after with, we set ourselves free. Free from humanness. We become divine. We ascend into a state of no-mind. A feeling of floating in a stream of warm and golden water. The most beautiful flow. The flow we once felt when we were meeting our cosmic partner for the first time.

It carries no more expectations of a certain outcome, no more fears, attachments, longing, anxieties or awkwardness. With this wholeness, we break completely free. When it happens, the energy we perceive with our partner feels pretty flat. It almost seems boring after all that human drama and all the push and pull dynamics that were caused by our fear and by the fairytale and Hollywood programming, how romance and relationships should be like. Now, we cannot relate to all that drama anymore as we have overcome the addiction to it.

Unconditional Relatedness

The partnership becomes a relatedness, a friendship. Two whole people that do not have any fear left and cannot hurt each other anymore, sharing their love, being fully rooted and anchored in their self-love and authenticity. They come together and part in a natural flow. Without any human ties, without any need, any pain and with full trust. Because both parts know: We can never lose what is a part of us. No more uncomfortable feelings or anxiousness. No more doubts whether we said the right or the wrong thing and worries how the other would perceive it. Because we know that we always say what is necessary from a soul perspective. No more desire or pressure to reunite. Communication and meetings become easy and normal.

We have moved beyond the human concepts of the 3rddimension. We are fearless. The connection feels so easy and natural, because, in the 5th dimensional plane, the plane of oneness where the concept of separation does not exist, we already have been reunited – all the time. We just did not realize it while still being in 3D – the vibration of perceived separation. When we enter 5D, we understand – that this whole process had only one goal: To lead us back to ourselves and our self-love, playfulness, joy and absolute freedom. To prepare us to inspire and assist the masses in their awakening. And being in that place is so much more amazing and beautiful than anything we could have ever dreamt of.

December Energies ~ Becoming Like a Blank Slate ~ Dec. 14, 2016

December 2016 has been superchallenging for many on the spiritual path. After a long period of cleansing many expected some relief towards the end of the year. But the Universe seems to be merciless and is bringing up struggle after struggle and pain after pain. It seems so cruel: It feels like we keep seeing the light at the end of the tunnel but we cannot reach it. And the pain has been very intense for many – including restlessness, deep despair, frustration and anger. I have worked so hard, and what do I get? This? There is often a strong yearning to leave and give up. Triggers seem to be around everywhere and the next emotional explosion can hide behind every corner. Believe it or not: This is a very good thing. December offers you the ultimate chance for your personal resurrection as a complete and whole being. And with it, your ascension into the fifth dimensional frequencies for good.

Although it is hard to trust this: What the energies in December do for you is outstanding! They are helping you to get rid of your deepest core beliefs you have been carrying around. You are reaching the core of the onion. You have pealed off layer by layer to get here. This is the final bit! There is one core thing that is crucial to be understood: Reaching the fifth dimension is only possible without any beliefs.

Limiting Core Beliefs are the last Block to be removed

Beliefs are closed and do not allow other perceptions or possibilities. Beliefs are conditions we impose on things, situations and people. They are attachments to certain expectations. The fifth dimension is the dimension of infinite possibilities. It is unconditional. It is a dimension of complete detachment. We can only access this dimension when we have transformed our limited ego-mind with its limited beliefs and its need to interpret into a free spirit – a follower and supporter of our heart. A creator of pure thoughts without any interpretation. We can only access 5D through the heart. Your Higher Self is ready now to move in with you permanently, so that you indeed become an intuitive, soul and heart driven being – meaning that Source is working through you all the time. And that is why you experience what you experience. The final cleansing to make space for your soul to take over for good. That is why you have moments of deep peace, trust and knowing – just to be followed by another shockwave of pain, doubt and fear. Your higher self is popping in and out right now for you to get used to this new version of YOU. The true, authentic, completely free YOU.

Many of us have mistaken the upper fourth dimensional frequencies as 5D, when we had our first experiences of feeling free, authentic and blissful. The fourth dimension prepares us for 5D, but still allows room for the ego and its limited beliefs and fears. Only when we become a blank slate and have dropped our past, our convictions, our hard won truth and start trusting and having faith  – then the door to the fifth dimension opens for us. We are to become childlike again, being in the now and explore this new world. Being curious and learn for ourselves: Without anything to hold on to. Nobody has been in this dimension before with a physical body. There are no textbooks, guidelines or rules we can follow to succeed. In fact, there is no success as there is no goal – there is only experiencing – only fun in discovering and exploring. We need to trust our intuition and learn to follow the universal energies. We are to live our life with our highest excitement, without any expectation of a specific outcome. THAT is what is meant with “Going with the flow”. It is a jumping into the unknown, without a safety-net to rely on. It is the ultimate surrender. And this is why December feels so challenging. Because our core beliefs are so deeply ingrained in us, that we do not even recognize them as limiting beliefs. And when they are triggered, it hurts like hell. Because we don’t want to give up our only handles left we can still hold on to. But exactly those are the ones blocking us from moving upward in frequency.

How a Perception becomes a Judgment

Our mind takes facts and adds an interpretation to them. That is how a perceived energy turns into a judgment. To make it a bit clearer, here are a couple of examples of facts and how the mind produces limiting beliefs by interpreting the facts and thus – judging the situation or person:

Fact:

My partner did not call me for my birthday

Interpretation/limiting belief program:

He does not care about me and does not love me

Fact:

I have a lot of body hair

Interpretation / limiting belief program

Body hair is dirty and ugly so I have to remove it

Fact:

I feel uncomfortable, out of sorts and sometimes not like myself anymore

Interpretation/ limiting belief program

I must have implants in my aura or other beings sucking my energy that have to be removed

Fact:

I have met someone I cannot let go of and this connection is causing me a lot of pain

Interpretation / limiting belief program

It must be my twin flame so I only have to work through my stuff to be able to reunite with him/her

Jump into the Unknown

If we are truly honest to ourselves – there are many of these belief systems we have developed in the course of our life and on our spiritual path. Because our ego mind always needs an explanation for what is going on. Now is the time to realize: All of the teachings and tools we so far used only had one purpose. To get us where we are now, so that we can drop them, too to take this important step out of 3D for good. They have been our crutches, but now we have to learn to walk for ourselves. We cannot take our mind with us into the fifth dimension. Our limiting beliefs are a product of an underlying fear and mistrust – frequencies that do not synchronize with the fifth dimensional vibes. There are no man-made rules in the fifth dimension and there is no right or wrong as there is no duality. In the fifth dimension we only perceive energies, without any need to interpret them. Nobody does something to you. It all happens for you. And we are now graduating completely into this new awareness and consciousness.

So please honour the December triggers and energies. They are highly supportive to help you to become truly free and authentic. The energies and dynamics available now are highly transformative. We still have our free will and can choose how we want to handle this offer of the Universe. We can allow it and let go of all limits by choosing love. Or we can stick to our limiting beliefs by choosing fear and continue to try hard. So, every time you catch yourself thinking an “I have to” combined with the idea to reach a goal – go deeper: That is a very good indicator to show you the way to a limiting belief you still carry. Embrace that limiting belief as part of your experience and give it your gratitude when you release it with the emotions coming with it. Check for yourself whether you are open or closed: Are you trying (closed with a specific goal) or are you allowing (open to endless possibilities and outcomes). And yes, that is mind-blowing. That is exactly what is intended: Lose your mind to enter the fifth dimension. December offers you all the energetic triggers you need for this release and transformation of your ego-mind in order to enter into the light at the end of the tunnel. It is like going through a dark birth canal into a completely new world that expands and opens up widely right after the birth of the new YOU: The fearless world of infinite possibilities, freedom, joy and unconditional love.
