How does it feel to experience different Dimensions ~ Sept. 22, 2017

We read a lot about ascension, about energy, about different frequencies, about symptoms we experience etc. The information can be not only superconfusing, but also easily keep us trapped in the idea, we have to reach something, and we still have not found our truth.

What if there is no “THE TRUTH” but many different truths, depending on what reality we choose to be in. What if there is no GOAL to reach but just the journey to experience. What if there is no better or worse concerning dimensions, but just a different experience? And what if that never stops, moving from frequency band to frequency band? What if we are about to overcome the belief of finity and understand that evolution has neither a beginning nor an end, but just shifts we go through. And by shifting from one reality to another, it feels like a beginning and an end, and yet, it is nothing else but just another turning point in our personal evolution. The way I perceive it, each dimension has its own truth in its own reality. And we only start questioning that truth, when we start raising our own energetic frequency out of that dimensional comfort zone we have been in. A dimension is a certain energetic frequency band we resonate with. I am absolutely aware, that using the term dimensions (in this case 3D, 4D, and 5D) is just another label to make sense of what we feel.

And there are tons of labels that are trying to describe certain phenomena and it can be overwhelming to work through all the information. Yet, I felt it was worth sharing this overview which was a result of a get together in Bern/Switzerland by Herzraum, on “Living in the 5th dimension” . The most prevailing question that people had was, how does it feel like to live in that dimension and how can I tell where I am at?

So I hope this overview gives an idea on the different experiences. Enjoy and honour your journey and experience, where ever you are right now.

Different Types of Twin Flame Connections ~ July 10, 2017

Note: I don’t write much about twin flames anymore because I do not want people to stick to a certain label and be stuck in a romantic dream or the idea of reunion as an equal to a relationship. It is so much more than that. For me, the whole process is about oneness and finding back to inner truth and freedom in the first place. Only when all fear based patterns, all dependencies, all neediness, all expectations are energetically cleared from all bodies, and complete balance of the masculine and feminine energies is reached, the cosmic partners can come together to co-create and serve for the greater good and contribute to build new earth. In short: Ego is gone.
This article does not judge or compare or blame in any way, everyone is important and serves a specific purpose. It is written with the intention to help get a broader understanding, why the physical manifestation of these connections can differ despite the same energetics being at play.

People going through a twin flame experience are often confused because there is so much different info out there and so many different twin pairs sharing different teachings and truths. Working through the jungle of information can be quite challenging. In addition to that, many compare their own journey to the stories of different twin flame couples that seem to have made it through the boot camp. Nevertheless, all of them still have to deal with the challenges of ascension, no matter if in physical “re-union” or not. To understand that better, here is an overview of the different types of connections. In this article, we focus on those where both “halves” are incarnated at the same time.

Before taking a closer look into those differences, it is also important to point out that different pairs have signed up for different tasks and missions before incarnating. Everyone is exactly where they should be in their process, so comparing is rather counter-productive. We are all asked to develop the trust and inner knowing that everything is happening exactly according to Divine will and for the best outcome for all involved. Energetically, pairs can be in physical “re-union”, without having reached a full balance energetically. These types of connections are usually very challenging and draining for the pairs and require permanent focus on the connection to balance between the two human beings that is not balanced within them individually yet.

Having said this, here are the main different types of connections:

No Separation Phase at all

This is the most infrequent connection of all of them as it is very draining and challenging for both partners. Despite the intense energetic pulls, caused by an inner misbalance of feminine and masculine energies and by 3D conditioning and fear, the pair decides to stay together, in most cases have children and work through the process together. Often, these pairs do not know for years or even decades what they are experiencing and why their relationship is so challenging and draining despite the huge love they feel for each other. All their energy is spent on somehow maintaining balance, as they do not understand that it is about finding balance within themselves first. They are so busy with themselves, that they do not participate much in social activities. Their spiritual side remains hidden for a long time. Often after years and years of struggle, the carrier of the more feminine energy (which is not gender based) comes across information on twin flames and all of a sudden understands. Energetically, many of these pairs still have not reached a state of energetic reunion, although being together physically for a long time. They have tried to make this connection work based on old relationship templates that are not suitable for the very high frequency twins share.

These pairs have incarnated and chosen this path to show the many others going through the process, that the physical separation is a blessing and should be welcomed. They help people to understand that silence helps both partners to focus on themselves and on building their own strength and inner balance.
Once they have found their own balance, they can work on this connection in a whole different way, and finally reach energetic and then physical reunion based on freedom, authenticity and trust. Their new connection is completely different from their former experience. That is when they start to really develop their gifts and talents in a whole new way and touch people with their energy to the core.

Early Reunion after short Separation

There are quite a lot of twin pairs that are also publicly sharing their own experience going through the separation process and then reaching union. Most of these pairs are indeed living together but not in full energetic reunion (which equals full energetic balance with all that is, which equals oneness). They still go through a lot of push and pulls and daily struggles as the energy is not as balanced as it should be. Many have cleared most of their relationship related beliefs and patterns and yet often abundance or health topics still play a major role. They mostly have troubles of being physically separate from each other and experience great feelings of dependency, especially when the other is gone. That is why they often feel that their mission can be fulfilled jointly only. Often, there is still a lot of spiritual ego stuff to clear. These pairs need to be highly valued, as they stay in this condition usually over many years to help many going through this process when they pass a certain energetic gateway. While people move on from them when they have learned that there is more to come, these pairs remain there as the important wayshower on that frequency level. They are sacrificing their own ascension to serve many others on their way.

On and off and on and off

There are quite a lot of pairs that also come together and separate again while going through cycles of drama and fear. They both cannot be with and cannot be without each other. The result is intense togetherness for a while, often including physical experiences, just to fall apart again and going through longer or shorter periods of separation. They are learning on the go that the balancing is necessary. Like the previous types of connections, also for them the main portion of their energy goes into maintaining the connection and trying to find outer balance before inner balance. Which can prolong that process and pattern. Nevertheless, those pairs use the separation phases to find themselves and their authenticity. In these periods, they develop their own life and mission more and more to reach their freedom and find their purpose. So each time they come together again, they are using this re-connection to push the next buttons for each other that need to be cleared until everything is gone that is in the way and true physical reunion becomes possible.

Separation and Friendship only until all is cleared

This type of connection seems to be the toughest one at first but turns out to be the smoothest in the end. These pairs have decided to not come together physically before full energetic reunion (i.e. inner energetic balance and then energetic balance in the connection) is reached. That is why these pairs experience long periods of separation with hardly or no contact at all, and they only get back together when it is needed to push into the next level of releasing and clearing. While the feminine part often already sees very clearly what this connection truly is, the masculine part remains “asleep” for a longer period. Once they are back in touch again, the masculine part often defines this connection as “friendship only” as they cannot feel the connection the same as long as their heart center is closed most of the time. In these connections, bi-polarity is cooking high, and the feminine often has the feeling to deal with two persons (like a 3D and a 5D version of the partner that do not know each other or remember each other). That often, especially in earlier phases leaves them completely confused, as the words and actions often differ a lot. Although it seems very hurtful from the human perspective to be in separation and getting a friendship talk, from an energetic perspective, these pairs work very structured and focused through their own stuff, subconsciously knowing that this is the quickest way to find back to balance, happiness and joy. They are finding inner balance first before balancing the energy between the two. They are finding their freedom, authenticity and individual talents and gifts and build a life on their own first, which in the end makes an energetic and physical reunion easier as energy is directed into self first.

Spiritual Connection first

There are also twins that experience intense connections in the etheric only, without a physical encounter. The energetic experiences are a lot more intense than for those pairs that have met in the physical. This is often the case for celebrity twins, where the non-celebrity recognizes the partner first. They do all the cleansing and clearing on the energetic level, until they are ready for a first physical encounter to activate the partner to go into their own balancing and cleansing process. These connections are most challenging in terms of trusting the own intution, because the non-celebrity twin is often declared to be completely insane and just hopelessly in love with a famous person.

Separation and no Reunion

There are also pairs that are not making it to reunion as they are too stuck in 3D belief patterns and fears. By holding on to those, they keep going through the same spirals, experiencing pain from attachments and neediness. These low frequencies of fear keeps the two apart energetically. These pairs are getting less and less though as the frequencies on the planet are rising and supporting the awakening and transformation of the pairs.

So looking at all types of connections, we can see that the energetic dynamics are always the same. The connections are exhausting and draining, when there is a misbalance within the individuals and between the two. Real energetic and physical reunion without heartaches, pushs and pulls is only possible when the individuals have fully balanced themselves within, have reached freedom from all conditioning and have found their true essence and self love, and when ego has completely transformed into a free spirit. The energies on the planet are now allowing this more and more to happen. Nevertheless, each individual needs to work for and through this on their own and consciously clear all low fear frequency patterns from their mental, emotional and physical bodies. No matter if they are in touch with their partners, even living with them or not.

Is it true that some highly-conscious and compassionate evolved souls, at this particular time in Earth’s history, are being “attracted” to or matched up with souls who are stuck physically, mentally and emotionally in a negative 3D reality? The reunion is for the purpose of serving in a supportive spiritual role; ie, not trying to fix, but providing a beacon of love, light and hope and bringing others along through this shift. I know others who are in this supportive role and intuitively have been told that there are many serving this way. Or are we all fooling ourselves, or being misguided for loosh?

Thank you so much for a clear, insightful and thought-provoking article. I’m no scientist at all but I know we’re all physical & non-physical objets of the universe so I see the ‘twin flame’ phenomenon as a law of the universe, a way of nature to learn more about itself and work towards more evolution (=love, since it’s the force that propels everything forward). In that respect, all relationships serve this purpose and ‘TF’ connections are like evolved and more powerful connections beginning to develop on a larger scale towards more awareness, just like in a brain. A united pair is more powerful and a better conductor of love. After all, aren’t we all god’s brain?!

Thank you very much! Very clear and well explained. I believe that each pair of souls choose their journey before they born. I my case we chose the scenario of “Separation and Friendship only until all is cleared” and I have been prepared for that challenge many years before I met my twin flame.

Great read I believe my twin and I also chose the “separation and friendship ” Though in our case our friendship was a ” friends with benefits” type friends. We have never been a real couple guess none of us were ready. Our friendship resulted in a son though. I have been awakening for a year now and just found out about Twinflames earlier this year. Thank you clarifying this tough journey

On the Leylines – Discover Earth’s Energy Grid! ~June 27, 2017

Leylines are the meridians of planet earth. Different leylines provide different energies to keep the chi of our planet flowing. After almost having been forgotten, and having been hi-jacked in the third dimension to create an even deeper sense of duality, they are now being rediscovered and understood by a larger population. So called gridworkers have been and still are working on re-establishing and strengthening the leyline grid around the planet, anchoring the new energies that are coming in at major grid crossings, cleaning out, releasing and transforming low frequencies and re-directing the new energy into the meridians. Authors Jesse and Vera have both spent a lot of time with gridwork on leylines – that is also how they met.

Jesse: I first came to Cornwall on a whim. Once I crossed the border, only one thing reverberated throughout my consciousness:

The Energy, The Energy!

At the time I hadn’t a clue what exactly this meant on a conscious level, but obviously my entire Being grasped it on an etheric, intuitive, molecular level. Cornwall is a place of primordial energy and magic, situated in the pinky toe of the UK. The landscape and folklore is pervaded with a fusion of Christian and Pagan energies. It is the land of the Saints and Celtic Crosses, but also the land of standing stones and leylines. Deeply religious individuals would convene in this remote region of the earth, Druids and Christians alike. The prime power centre of such complex and powerful energies is located at the sacred site of St Michael’s Mount, a tidal island whose protruding Basolithic geological formation emerged almost 300 million years ago. Incidentally, this site is the sibling of Mont Saint Michel in Normandy. This particular site is deeply steeped in history and legend. Its greatest secret, though, rests in the four major leylines that cross through it.

Vera: I was traveling the UK last year from July until September, as I was guided there for some reason. Without knowing beforehand, I was drawn to important leyline crossings. I came to Marazion simply following my intuition. I saw the name on the map and it literally sucked me in. The closer I came, the lighter I felt. So much peace and balance! I just wanted to sing and dance. When I got into this beautiful Cornish little town, I felt like sitting in a pub to read in a book on energy work. At that time I was more of a loner, and not drawn to public places at all, so that was a strange thing for me to do. It took no longer than five minutes, when Jesse approached me to ask what I was reading. And another five minutes later, we were in a deep conversation on universal energies, and how they run through us and through our planet. He told me about the leyline crossings in St. Michael’s Mount, and that he could take me there to show me the strongest energy spots, as he had worked as a tourguide on the mountain. Of course I wanted to! It dawned to me that again I had ended up in exactly the place I needed to be in that moment to do important gridwork together with Jesse.

What on Earth are Leylines??

By way of analogy, I shall duly illustrate and clarify. Think of the Equator. It exists, and is symbolically represented as a line running through the centre of the earth. When you approach the equator, things get really hot. When you’re practically on the equator, you will definitely know. The Equator cannot be seen. But it can be felt, and its ‘bandwidth’ and intangible properties, so to speak, can be measured through sophisticated scientific means. Think, also, of Radiowaves. Again— unseen, intangible— but can definitely be felt, heard, and accordingly measured. Likewise, the electromagnetic spectrum in general is a great teacher.

So then, drawing from the foregoing analogies, it is safe to say that the exact same principles thereof apply to the existence and the nature of Leylines. It’s all a case of subtle energy. We as humans have been designed with Energy Meridians coursing through our collective organisms. The existence of Energy Meridians is verifiable: it is the foundation of Chinese Medicine, an ancient art-science far more advanced and sophisticated than modern Western medicine. Since we have Energy Meridians, so, too, does Mother Earth. The Leylines are Mother Earth’s Energy Meridians. Now, Leylines are not straight ‘lines’ per se. The Orientals described them as ‘currents’, which is more qualitatively accurate (the Western mindset prefers rigid, Pythagorean representations of inherently wiggly, frisky things for some reason — all to do with latticing free Nature into a control grid). On remotely viewing a Leyline, its appearance is a wispy, swirly spiral (not unlike a Serpent) infused with complexly beautiful colours. Leylines also have their unique characteristics. In the case of the four Leylines of St Michael’s Mount (the Greco-Christian Masculine-Feminine coalition of the Apollo, the Michael, and the Athena and the Mary), you could say that each ‘line’ bears a particular ‘feel’. For instance, the Mary line is renowned for its expansive ‘bandwidth’, warm, nurturing, and protective aura. Someone whose senses were sharply attuned to higher energies could actually smell Lavender on entering the auric field of the Mary line. This made perfect sense, as Lavender is the herbal equivalent of Protection. The Michael line hits its point home with tremendous intensity. On entering the Michael line, many have reported a sudden and overwhelming jolt, activating the Heart Chakra, and eventuating in a microcosmic orgasm. For those who are not ready, the Michael line can at times seem quite full-on and ‘Yang’, as the Chinese would say. In fact, during my time as a Tour Guide and Energy Worker on St Michael’s Mount, the Michael Line did everything to supercharge my chi energy, even to an overwhelmingly extreme degree! For some sensitive people like myself, this at times can cause temporary crashes and burnouts if they don’t have the proper tools/methods to balance out the energies.

The Apollo line bears a distinctly ‘Greek’ energy. I have encountered several people who have stopped in their tracks and asked me: ‘Why am I feeling a Greek energy?’ Beaming mischievously, I explained to them that they were standing right in the midst of the Apollo line. The Athena current charges the senses and soul with qualities attributable to the goddess herself: Wisdom and Courage. The Wisdom aspect is a feeling-knowing of implicit interconnectedness with the Force (yes, like in ‘Star Wars’), and the Courage aspect allows you to transmute any stubborn low-frequency fears into higher frequency Growth, Love, and Service – to your self, life purpose, and kindred souls.

I could go on giving examples, but I heartily encourage you to experience these wonders for yourself.

Vera: Yes, I totally conform to that, and highly recommend to go for this amazing experience yourself. When we approached the Mount together, I could already feel my chi running in a very powerful but balanced manner. Pure joy spread within me. And INDEED: The smell of Lavender was very present, when we stepped into the Mary line energy.

Plus, the Michael energy is powerful, wow! It truly let my heart expand even further and gave me tingles in the third eye. St. Michael’s Mount is very steep, and the hike up should actually be very exhausting. The opposite is the case. The energy is literally pulling you up there, and you feel light and rested when you get to the top. I just loved it, and enjoyed so much feeling, anchoring and transforming energy there. It had to be that Jesse and I met so he could show me where to go to do the work most effectively.

Jesse: Which brings me to the next section:

How do we locate a Leyline?

The late Cornish sage, Earth Worker, and dowser Hamish Miller is the foremost authority on this matter. The recommended implement is a pair of L-shaped dowsing rods. You can make them from scratch out of any sort of conductive metal (copper is best), or buy them for a reasonable sum at your local Spiritual Shop. Dowsing rods have been used for thousands of years as simple yet ingenious electromagnetic measuring tools. For instance, various gods and pharaohs on Ancient Egyptian wall paintings are depicted with L-shaped rods in their hands. You hold them hand in hand, not too loose, not too tight, facing straight ahead of you parallel to your heart area. Practice on a glass of water. Place the glass on the floor in the middle of the room, a few feet away from you. Now, as you slowly approach the glass of water, think, or visualize, water. Water. Water. By the time you are walking over the glass, you will notice that the L-shaped rods start to cross inward. And as you walk away from the water, the rods will seamlessly go back to their original straight-facing starting position. Once you’ve mastered practicing on water, you can even dowse for other minerals, materials, and even the size of people’s auras (my personal favourite)! Dowsing for leylines, even for most skeptics, proves to be quite a pleasant surprise. The rods cross even for the skeptics, mostly. This is because of the left-brain tendency to doubt and disbelieve. The principle, on dowsing, is to fine-tune the intuitive part of the mind with the heart and focusing on the visualized, or sensed object in question. It is this very fusion of heart and mind, which we in the West tend to lack.

Interestingly, the Chinese word for ‘mind’ is Xin, translating as ‘heart-mind’. Reason and emotion are not separate, but coextensive. We must therefore remind ourselves of this when engaging in dowsing. Dowsing can alternatively be done with pendulums. Most women prefer this method. Dowsing with rods is more of a guy thing. For the clairsentient adepts, dowsing can be done through sheer feeling with the hands or other parts of the being. So remember: it’s all about fine-tuning the heart-mind to the unseen forces that pervade and influence this earth. So, once a Leyline has been ‘found’, we can go further into…

Vera: Dowsing is an excellent way to train your intuition and learning the language of energy. Not only to detect energy lines, but also to understand your own system and bodies better. The dowsing device will always give you the answer from your authentic and true self, as the mind is not able to manipulate your heart frequency, the device reacts to. At some point you will realize that you do not need the device anymore, as you have trained your energetic sensitivity and intuition so much, that you just know without a confirmation through the dowsing device. And what is a better place than starting to practice this, than in a major leyline crossing?!? But lets get back to the leylines. What are they used for?

Jesse: Well, they can be used for many purposes.

The Uses of Leylines

The most neutral use of a Leyline would be energetic absorption. You simply sit there, relax, and absorb the energy into every part of your being. This charges you up and gives you a spiritual ‘uplift’, for want of a better term. Leylines can also be used to project positive all-loving creative intent into the universe. Since the Leyline is an intense concentration of ether, you can broadcast, amplify, and accelerate your intentions (such as remote healing) just by being on a leyline. Certain establishments (ecclesiastical, governmental, secret societies, etc.) have been deliberately placed on leylines in order to serve the agendas of those whose intentions are the opposite of those of us Lightworkers.

Vera: Yes, although that might sound pretty dark, actually it is just all part of the experience we chose on this planet, to learn how duality feels like when at its peak. So when human existence and the energies split into darkness and light, it was the beginning of this experiment. The “team dark” found many ways to keep the frequency on the planet on a low, fear-based level until recent days. One way to make sure that light frequencies would not interfere was to block major chakra and energetic gridpoints on the planet. They basically hi-jacked them, and manipulated their energy with energetic implant technology. The past two decades with a major increase since 2012, gridworkers have been traveling all over the planet or have been stationed in certain places to re-activate and upgrade the energetic system of the planet.

Jesse: Despite of it all, most Sacred Sites of Mother Earth, including St Michael’s Mount, Stonehenge, the Temple at Delphi (Apollo line) the Pyramids of Giza, and so forth, have been deliberately situated on Leylines for benign purposes whose ultimate motives are to connect more clearly and directly with the Divine Forces. So make sure that the heart and soul of your intent contains loving-kindness, abundance, creativity, and all things bright and beautiful.

Upside Down! How a True Twin becomes a False Twin and why “The One” does not exist anymore ~ June 21, 2017

Now, this is a truly interesting article for all you twin flames out there. I AM a twin, and know who my other half is, but he is not appearing to awake. What does this mean for me? I have long imagined BEing with my twin, and absolutely KNOW this will happen, but lately have wondered how this would happen. Many thanks J. for sending this to me!

I know the Law of Attraction to be most real, and my undying love for my twin in 3D will probably NOT ahppen. BUt even before I reads this article, I KNEW that my love for my twin remains and our “meetup” would be in another dimension. I look forward to that in Joy!

The person they were absolutely convinced of to be their twin, suddenly just drops away because they met someone else that feels to be there twin. Many are confused why they can all of a sudden love someone else just as much if not more and how the other one just disappears. It must have been a false twin or catalyst experience with the previous one. Well – could have been – or not. It could have been a true twin, mimicking a false twin. Hmmm, what?!?

Well, with our shift into the fifth dimension, a lot of the twin flame teachings of the past are becoming outdated. That does not mean that they are not correct. Many of them absolutely are – when we are still living in the third dimension. So before we get into the topic why you can indeed have a true twin mimicking a false twin and why the concept of “the One” is outdated and we can have “many twins”, we have to look at the energetics.

Twin Energetics

The first thing to understand is: The twin flame is not to be seen as a person, but as an energetic. In the past, it was not planned that twins would incarnate at the same time on planet Earth, because they knew how challenging it would be to try and handle the energetic dynamic of very high frequencies clashing with very low fear frequencies of the third dimension. So usually – most twins took turns. One was staying on the other side of the veil to assist the twin incarnate. This is the vertical twin flame energy. So imagine it to be a pillar of twin energy, connecting your joint higher self with you in a body on Earth.

Twins were called to action and volunteered to assist the ascension of the planet and humanity. Despite knowing how difficult and painful it will get to go through the 3D programming and forgetting their true origin, they knew that their split energy joining again in 3D would catalyse this shift for humanity and the planet intensely. More about the true purpose of twin flames can be found here. Thus, the so far vertical twin energy became horizontal. And that meant a “split energy” – one energy field in two physical bodies that did not know about each others existence anymore, once coming to Earth. And the real challenge began when the two bumped into each other. Paired with a fast spiritual awakening, a balancing of this joint energetic field became necessary. And we all know that this is far from being comfortable and the biggest challenge one can go through while being incarnate in a physical body in the third dimension.

To fully grasp what is changing and why, we also need to look into the different dimensions.

The Differences between the Dimensions and what it means for Twins

The third dimension is a place of high density with low frequencies of fear. There is only one timeline available we are all on, and time is perceived as strictly linear (although that is an illusion).

In the fourth dimension – the so called astral or dream plane – linear time dissolves, but there is still only one single timeline. That means, we can move back and forth between past and future.

So far so known. Now let’s move into the unknown territory of the fifth dimension.

In the fifth dimension, infinite timelines become available and linear time is non-existent. That means, that our reality shifts every time we switch a timeline. We can alter past and future events. We have infinite possibilities in the fifth dimension we can choose from. This can happen unconsciously or consciously and individually or collectively, but is always intended by our soul(s). So what does that mean for twins?

In the third and fourth dimension, the twin flame energy is tied to one person because there is only one timeline available, i.e. only one possibility in which body the twin energy could incarnate into. So yes, in the third and fourth dimension it is absolutely true that there can only be “The ONE” in a physical body.

This is very difficult to understand for the mind, because it is only laid out to deal with a single timeline and linear time.

Infinite Possibilities in 5D

So what happens, once we have raised our frequency enough to get into the fifth dimension? We have all these possibilities available and all of a sudden anyone could be our twin flame, depending on the timeline and reality we are in. Just as an example: You could choose a timeline, where everything is the same as in your life you have experienced so far, with only one change. Your twinflame has incarnated into a different body. This choice of a different timeline can be momentarily or permanently. That means that a 5D twin can come in permanently or only for a specific reason. For example to help heal something quickly that would not have been healed fast enough for the necessary shifts with the 3D twin in 3D density. These healings are very intense, as the 5D energy triggers the remaining 3D frequencies to come up at once. The result: Deepest pain, but a very quick energy shift to a much higher level shortly after. Another possibility is, that it became clear to you (unconsciously) that the 3D twin will not be able to make the shift with you, so you have chosen an altered timeline with a 5D twin permanently. This way, your 3D true twin becomes a mimicking false twin. Nevertheless – your 3D twin can of course continue to be your twin in 5D, but it does not have to be that way.

While all of this might be totally confusing and overwhelming at first – it is also truly liberating. Because our old 3D new age limitation of “the One” simply drops away. Of course, there is only one match of the highest vibration energetically. “The One” is an energy, not limited to one physical body. We can sit back and relax and know that the twin energy can come through to us in billions of different ways. How rewarding to know that all the cleansing and healing work sets us free to such a large extent! And that is important to understand here. This new reality and all these possibilities only become available once you have reached these frequencies. So sitting back and relax does not mean not doing your inner work. Then you will remain in 3D with the old concepts, that are absolutely valid in that dimension, reality and frequency.

Those that have done their healing work and raised their frequency have entered a new era, not only for the twin dynamics, but also for our manifestation abilities. Everything becomes a choice out of a pool of infinite possibilities. Enjoy!

Energetic Overwhelm – The Era of the Heart Center ~ May 27, 2017

Wow – once again we feel a strong overwhelm of energies. It can get quite emotional in between, followed by huge fatigue and physical ailments. Yet, these energies feel much softer, than those related to solar flares or geomagnetic storms. We have troubles to see and feel what is real. Troubles to sleep although very tired, troubles to think, to plan and to take decisions. It is common to trip, bump into people or objects and feel out of balance, losing orientation. We often crave food that does not seem to exist. Welcome to the Era of the Heart Center and completely new energy waves coming in with it, that we have not experienced before.

On May 24, we have entered a new era – a new cycle of 26000 years. The cycle of the heart center. And oh wow, can we feel the energies shifting. The mind just often refuses to work and has difficulties to express what is going on. Memories are fading away and linear time seems to dissolve. Nothing seems real anymore as we move from moment to moment. We feel that we have lost our talents and gifts and that our intuition is not working as it used to. And we are very tired. Our system is completely overwhelmed with all these new energies, light codes and data coming in that needs to be processed. Just know that this is normal as we get accustomed to shifting completely into a heart centered living. Find your me-time and space. Connect to nature and like-hearted people.

The brave first movers and carriers of the Divine Feminine codes are now fully anchoring in self-love and their power. The last bits of doubt and fear are washed away and shown to her one more time. And all that says is: Time to let go. Let go of the past. Let go of what kept her busy and from moving fully into the fifth dimensional frequencies and reality. Once this shift happened, she is no longer afraid to share her truth and vulnerability with the world. She follows her heart and creates what she loves. She lives her life as she always wanted and is focusing on herself. She now is inspiring others to find their way into the fifth dimension, too. She no longer feels attached or obliged. She has now learned to set her energetic boundaries and is no longer compromising herself, no longer trying to be someone she is not just to fulfil an expectation. Instead, she is now showing her full authenticity and is speaking her truth. She is now sharing herself openly with the world and everyone who is ready to receive her wisdom and unconditional love. She is no longer is afraid of being alone or of losing people that are dear to her.

Because she now knows that what belongs to her and is meant to stay will come back. She knows that she needs to let go once again to enable the Divine Masculine to now find into his own power and true strength by discovering his own vulnerability and ability to feel and transform. As long as she was still feeding him with her energy, he had no reason to enter his own process of growth and expansion. She is now able to receive and feel him, without processing and transforming the energy for him any longer. She can feel his anger and the intense grief hiding behind the anger, for having been betrayed and forced to be someone he is not and to have had to live against his inner truth. Energetically, there was no impulse for him to transform, as long as he was provided with the energy he needed to feel comfortable and safe through her. The Divine Feminine now sees and knows clearly that he needs his space again to recognize that his boundaries were guards out of fear and not out of self-love. He was still trying to tiptoe around his fear and pain to prevent this feeling of being seen as weak. By her boundaries out of self-respect and self-love, no longer making herself energetically smaller than she is to reach him, she forces him to follow onto the higher planes. The Divine Masculine now is starting to truly awaken and to follow the Feminine who is guiding the way and holding the safe space. A safety he has never felt before. He is learning to drop the need to perform and to act to be someone he is not. She is helping him now energetically to find the courage to be who he truly is and that there is no need to compromise himself anymore either. He is now learning, that there is a completely new possibility of being connected. A relatedness instead of a relationship. An interdependence instead of a dependency. Shared joy, happiness and freedom instead of neediness and contracts. As fear drops away – there are no more strings attached. And for the first time, unconditional love, experienced in a physical body, truly becomes possible.

He has been waiting for her to come into her full power and into her heart center. So that he can now find his own way back into his heart. To find his connection to Source again, and to all that is – dancing with her on a whole new level. So that he can come home to her – as a true warrior of the heart, co-creating a new world with her – detached from any old concepts of the 3D reality that is no longer able to persist, when she keeps the frequency high.
