This
week’s guidance from the Ascended Masters, Galactics, Earth Elementals,
Faery Elders, Angels, and Archangels known as the Collective:
COR: My
friends, What is the significance of places of worship burning down
completely or in part, in different parts of the world?
Particularly, yesterday’s fire at the Notre Dame cathedral in Paris.
Millions
of us wept as we saw that beautiful structure, which has such a strong
presence and has stood for so long, being invaded by such a powerful
destructive force.
Can
you give us some clarity as to why there seems to be such an energy of
tumult and sudden shifts in the world now? I’ve experienced it in my own
life this past month, and so have many others.
Is this a great cleansing? A transmutation of some kind?
THE COLLECTIVE: Greetings, dear ones! We are happy to have this time to speak with you today.
We
would say, that though there is, as we have said often, an element of
chaos in creation, and you are most assuredly creating a new world, that
several other factors are also involved here.
You
have seen how some have noted that Notre Dame—Our Lady—is symbolic of
the Divine Feminine, whether in form of the Mother of Yeshua or some
other Divine goddess expression.
It is important to note that there are no holds now on how energy on the Earth expresses itself.
For a very long time, energy on your planet was held in certain patterns and waves.
People
would find it difficult to say or do or believe things that were an
individual expression, and that varied from what their social class,
religion, gender, or culture had been taught to believe.
You
have seen oppressive governments in some countries, where this is still
attempted—a stranglehold on certain thoughts or behaviors.
Except that in the Earth eras we speak of, this influence was not obvious to the masses.
It
was simply “in the air” to believe only certain things possible or
true, due to the energetic matrix which people lived under and
unknowingly followed.
These old oppressive energetic structures are no longer working so unfailingly now. In fact, they are failing colossally.
Human
thought and emotion, and most importantly, inner wisdom and
imagination, have broken out of the old system into an era when
individual thought stands at least as strong as the socially trained,
carefully programmed group belief.
And in many cases, it stretches well beyond what the group has been told to consider to be truth.
As human beings exercise this new freedom, they influence countless others across the world on the etheric plane.
None of this is accidental.
Humanity’s
own intention has pulled this planet from a place in the cosmos where
ignorance and slavery were the norm to a place of individualism,
authenticity, and soul purpose—a multiplicity of beliefs expressing as
Truth, and an expression of the honesty of the individual journey.
And though that is a relief to know in some ways, it ushers in a very great “shake up” on other levels.
When
you see institutions burning that have long symbolized the comfort of
certain traditions, understand that much of that comfort is an
inadvertent addiction to the “cover” of the old structure.
Deep
within the Love you experience for a particular sacred space, is the
drive to know yourself, to know the Universe, in ways and at a depth you
have never experienced while in a human body, or not experienced for
millennia.
That intent to know and revere the inner sanctuary cannot be destroyed, unless you choose such.
In
regards to Notre Dame—no one can harm your connection to Yeshua, to
Mary Magdalene, to Mother Mary or the apostles, or the Archangels.
No
one in that well-known story will turn from you or repudiate your
desire to know them and to know yourself in the Light of their story,
though the old rules of religion may instruct you otherwise at times.
Humankind is not only (mostly unconsciously) releasing its need for religion as a spiritual guide or resource.
Humanity is overcoming and exceeding the limits of religion.
It
is breaking apart those strictures and boundaries that have not only
kept your ideas and understanding small and confined (and often
erroneous), but forbidden you to ask certain questions and hold certain
thoughts or images as possibilities.
We understand that you are experiencing discomfort in many ways.
The
old order is exerting whatever influences, pulling whatever levers of
control it still possesses now, in an all-out effort to keep people’s
vibrations low, their expectations small, their beliefs dim and grey.
You will not fall for this, though it may feel that way some days.
You
have recently had a tax day in the United States—note how many now are
realizing the extreme inequalities of that system, and are asking,
essentially, why the king’s men must still be paid, in a country that
was crafted to be a democracy.
To return to your question, fire is a fascinating element.
You have yourself witnessed its power to transmute and to clarify, in sweat lodge experiences, and in Nature.
The
flames and heat intend not so much to harm as to promote a powerful
energy that yes, transmutes in many ways, and also purifies and clears
that which has decided to return to the air, to pure etheric form.
The
timbers of that institution understood that—remember that there is life
and consciousness in everything!—and willingly gave themselves up to
what was intended to be an emotionally wrenching event, yet what will
turn out to be a cleansing and clarifying one.
The medieval energies of that structure have been seeing the results of their era end, and move on.
Knowing it was time for them to do the same, they have released their Earth form, and also returned to the ethers.
It
is time to release the energies of master and slave, of kings and lords
and peasants, of the hierarchies that spelled misery for many millions
for many centuries.
As
you witness the result of powerful shifts in astrological placements,
you are also witnessing what is being birthed on your planet as a result
of these crucial moments, and humanity’s own decision to Ascend.
And so, we would say, do not fear these shifts and changes, however much of a shock they may be some days.
Though
events such as these are being used as a lever to intimidate, lower
vibration, or bring feelings of disempowerment, you have noted, as you
saw groups of people singing outside the edifice while it burnt, that the opposite is true.
You
are not merely, with this great shift in consciousness, overcoming the
hierarchical tyranny of several Earth ages, dear ones, as great as that
is.
You are writing
the way forward to a whole new moment for this planet, in which your
voices sing not the one note prewritten for you, but the many harmonic
notes you decided independently, before incarnating, to add to the
collective celebration.
This
glorious combination of voices is now serving to break through the old
paradigms of oppression, to bring you to new places of strength, grace,
calm, and a centered sense of purpose.
It is aiding you in awakening, to Know and to Remember why you are here.
You
will not celebrate every moment of this transition—there is much
sadness in any form of letting go of the familiar, when that has been a
comfort and a well-known pattern.
Yet in the name of your freedom and Ascension journey, you have decided on that very thing.
And
all of us in the higher realms (and also here with you upon the Earth)
rejoice to see your increasing forms of independence, your inner
empowerment, and your outer.
And your increasing knowing that you are completely loved and believed in, and guided at every moment.
You have only to ask, to know that Wisdom as your own.
Namaste, dear ones! You are never alone.
You are all of you Rising now, to new and unseen heights.

The latest guidance from the Ascended Masters, Galactics,
Earth Elementals, Faery Elders, Angels, and Archangels known as the
Collective [Channeled live on the March 12, 2019 Ashtar Legacy Call:
Greetings, Everyone! This is, perhaps, an unusual time in certain
respects, because you have experienced a winter, some might say, of
severe discontent, to borrow a bit from our friend, the Bard.
And so you’re looking perhaps at your country, particularly if you
live in the United States, as most of you do, and you’re seeing great
unrest.
You’re seeing great crimes committed against humanity,
although that is only one part of the story, of course, because the
Light that is being borne by those who are seemingly victimized is
shifting your Earth in very powerful ways.
And you are seeing this bizarre weather, this extreme winter, [with]
all of this snowfall. And as our writer sits here in Sedona, Arizona, it
is quite cold, damp, and rainy outside—very unusual for Arizona at this
time of year!—and seemingly, one calamity after another.
And we understand, as we wrote in the [March 11, 2019] Message to Lightworkersearlier
this week—we understand that you would have some consternation,
regarding what is becoming of Mother Earth and her people and all her
Beings.
Environmental protections seem to be disappearing, and corporations
given carte blanche to do whatever they wish. It’s understandable [that]
you would be disturbed.
Now, we want to ask you: When was the last time someone came into
your room to awaken you, hopefully with your permission the night
before, but came in and awakened you in the morning, without shaking
your shoulder, or without saying your name?
When was the last time someone woke you up at any time, without saying or doing something—without disrupting your dream?

And we would say, it would be unusual.
At least the alarm clock or phone would beep at you, and you would probably continue to sleep, if that did not happen.
And we just want to say, though it sounds very strange and unfair,
that there are millions and millions and millions of people, yes, on the
Earth, and throughout the Galaxy, who would not awaken if they didn’t
get some disturbance to shake them out of their dream, or their stupor,
or their complacence.
Now, does one always have to learn by, say, watching this terrible
situation of children being separated from their parents at the border,
or child trafficking, or pollution, etcetera, or corporations hardly
paying a penny in taxes while working people pay a great deal, and on
and on and on—medical rights being overridden, etcetera.
So, the question then is, ‘Well, do we have to feel pain in order to
wake up? Do I have to get a fender-bender in order to realize my
thoughts at that moment were on a downward trajectory?’
And we would say, no! Absolutely not!
You don’t have to have something painful to happen outright. As
Lightworkers, you can absolutely learn through Joy. You can learn in
peaceful ways.
But understand that you have lived on a planet in which
chaotic behaviors and events have been the way of the world for
thousands of years, and that there are many millions who aren’t yet at
the place where they will be awakened fully enough by pleasant events,
to realize that something has to be done.
Now, we don’t only speak of standing up for human rights, animal rights, environmental protections, etcetera. We speak of the internalrevolution,
which the astrological alignments are completely in accord with,
starting this year, and very powerfully into the next few years.
There are also disturbances going on within the new age community, if
you want to call yourselves that—the Lightworker community—which we
shall speak of in a moment. Because you’re aware that things are really
heating up on this Planet!
But just think for a moment. Just consider that even though youdo not need a shake up to wake up to certain realities on the Earth, many millions of others do!
And you holding, as they say, holding space for calm, for Peace, for a centered sense of wellness and well-being—this is just a remarkable, powerful Light transmission beaming out from all of you now, as you gather in a group such as this, not just to moan about how bad and how awful everything is, but to celebrate!
You know that song, “Seasons of Love,” came from a Broadway play [Rent].
And the film upon which the story was based, was all about people dying
of AIDS, artists barely surviving—people squatting in empty tenement
buildings in New York City, etc.
It was really, well—it wasn’t built on sunshine and flowers! And yet,
this tremendous song came from this fellow, [the composer] Jonathan
Larson, who did not really even live to see the powerful success of his
work.
Now, you’ve got an astounding song within you, which all of us in the
Higher Realms and here on Earth can hear and feel and see. And we would
love very much for you to realize, now is the time for that song to be
sung.
And we wouldn’t wait until it’s a sort of angst-ridden yelp or despair-ridden yelp. We wouldn’t wait.
You know, many a work of genius has been written in times of despair
and shock and trauma. We wouldn’t necessarily say that that would be a
requirement!
We would say, as you awaken each morning, and call back to yourselves
the bits of your spirit and psyche that have been out in the Universe,
out flying round the galaxy and beyond—call them back.
‘Come back in! Come back in everyone—all the bits of me, come back into my body. I need my full strength.’
And then what would be wonderful, is if you could say to your
Soul and your Higher Self, ‘What is MY greatest song of Joy, of Divine
Love? What is MY greatest song to sing?’
And it may surprise you!
It may come down to volunteer work in your community.
It may come down to writing that book you have wanted to write over the last 20-some years.
It may come down to only drink water and never eat meat again, as far
as what you drink during the day and the foods you eat. Going very
vegetarian, even vegan.
It may come down to starting something in your community, which is a
matter of, say, children getting together to sing in a chorus through
Love.
Children who don’t have the money, or their parents don’t have the money, to get them involved in other organizations.
It could be a thousand different things. Or it could be a literal song or poem, or anything that you feel motivated to create.
Now, we want to remind you of several things, dear ones: You are your own authority!
When you have a question, please do go to your Higher Self and say to him or her, ‘I need your wisdom, your counsel on this.’
Every morning, say to him or her, ‘What do I need to know?’
Sometimes people don’t hear as clearly as they would like to.
They don’t, in other words, receive actual words from their Higher Self or their Spirit Guide. That’s all right.
Say to them, ‘Look, I’m not hearing you! Download me with your
wisdom, and your ideas. Just send me the energy. I know the ideas will
pop up into my mind in the perfect time and way.’
[That wisdom and guidance will] come up in your own thoughts. They’ll have a beautiful Light around them.
You’ll have a beautiful sense of assurance—‘Yes, that’s what I need to do. I understand now about that.’
They can clue you in, as to what’s going on in other people’s heart-minds.
If you’re confused about a relationship with a coworker, a friend, a loved one, etcetera.
They can also clue you in about things that are coming up within the next few months.
Even though things are happening very rapidly on the Earth, they know
your life chart inside and out, and they can let you know what’s going
on with you, in ways that you haven’t quite thought of yet.
You haven’t quite worked it out, because all the evidence isn’t in yet, as far as what you in your human form can see.
You may get intuitive nudges, and we encourage you to listen to those and try them out.
Don’t be afraid to follow them!
But really, dear ones, we’re not your authority. There’s no savior.
There’s no one authority or expert who’s going to zoom in to rescue
everyone, whether on a very fancy, very amazing starship, or anything
else.
You are the ones you have been waiting for, as the beautiful old saying goes.
And we rejoice with you in that, every day!
What we ask, is that you grasp that with both hands, and really
celebrate it, and know you have within you the wisdom and the power of
thousands of gods and goddesses, because you’ve all been that at one
point.
You just happen to be in this very vulnerable, human element at the moment.
Don’t be fooled by that, dear ones, please!
You have thousands of years of wisdom and understanding, even
millions of years of wisdom and understanding, locked away deep in the
recesses of the heart-mind, and the soul. All you have to do is call
upon it.
All you have to do is expect it to be there, require it to be there for you.
Now, we want to say, in conjunction with that whole situation about how your higher self—you, in other words—you are your own authority.
You and your soul and higher self.
Now, in these days, there will be many coming, saying that they
are the Light, and you have read this in many sacred texts—you will
come across many who say, ‘Oh, if you’re not following this group or
this person, or listening to this guru, you’re missing it!’
And we would say, that that’s fine, if you want to listen to them.
Check in inwardly: How are you doing, when you hear them speak or write what they’ve written?
Are you feeling lighter? Is your energy expanding? Or has it contracted a bit?
Has your Light dimmed a bit? Are you having to make yourself a bit smaller, because they’re criticizing something you’re doing?
Or are they criticizing someone else?
Generally, people who are in the Light won’t spend a lot of time picking out the villains.
They’ll say, ‘Never mind them. They’ve got their tasks. Let them do
what they need to do, but here’s what you and I need to do, in my
opinion.’
And then you jump in and say, ‘Well, all right, what about this or, what about that?’ And everyone gets a say.
But it isn’t so much a question of, ‘If you’re listening to this, if
you’re following this, you’re completely mad—I’m the only one who’s got
it right!’
So just be aware, dear ones. Check in, in the heart-space, in the gut, in the body.
Try the muscle testing, which we very much encourage. There are different forms.
Some people prefer the pendulum, etc. But just ask yourself—say the
right hand holds the answer Yes, and the left hand holds the answer No.
And sit with palms facing up, and say, ‘Is this ringing true with me, this thing I just read?’
And see which hand raises itself, because the body is beautifully tied into the intuition, and it will not lie to you.
So we ask you, dear ones, and some [of these] are very tough tasks in these days—which is, as we were saying in our Message to Lightworkersof
a few days ago, please do not stare at the ugliness, and feel that that
defines the era you are in, or defines where you are in your life, or
defines Earth life.
And as the dear one said, the lovely Greeter [for this Ashtar Legacy call], who was saying Hello to everyone, There is so much beauty on this Earth!
And we could not possibly agree more.
And it’s your job—we task you with this: Every day this week, go around and notice things that are beautiful.
Maybe it’s a bag—it’s electric blue, a bag or a box or a door. Maybe
it’s one little weed that dared to sprout up out of the snow or the mud.
Maybe it’s a child smiling, seemingly for no reason, as they walk by you.
Maybe it’s an elderly person gathering their groceries, still doing
what they need to do, even if the body is in pain, still believing in
life, still moving forward.
It might be a grand mountain or a grand sunset—that’s fine.
But you only really find beauty where you expect to find it, dear ones.
So we give you this, asking, please do not just watch the news, and
decide ‘It’s all gone to heck, and I’m just going to give up!’
No, it hasn’t! There are, shall we say, some people who are counting
on you giving up, and dimming your Light—it’s something that they are
interested in.
And they send out little beams [of energy] to ensure that any time
you’re feeling dreadful, you get encouragement to feel even worse.
And we want you to affirm, as you’ve been doing on the Abundance Group calls,
‘This is my body. I claim it fully. Only that which is of Divine Love
and Divine Light is allowed to live here. And I love myself, and I
spread Light everywhere I go.’
Affirm this daily, dear ones. Affirm that you are pure Light and pure Love, and nothing can destroy that.
Nothing can put that aside, absolutely nothing!
So we ask you to trust your intuition, to seek beauty, to not feel that the ugliness defines anything, defines a moment in time.
It doesn’t even define the full makeup, nor the soul intention and
the soul mission, of those you feel are perhaps being victimized.
We would like you to release that word ‘victim’ and understand,
people come in with agreements. They want to experience life in
particular terms and, all of us, despite our preference for Joy in
experience, and all of you, must allow that freedom, allow them that
path.
Bless it as sacred. It’s as sacred as that child smiling for no reason, absolutely, dear ones.
So, we give thanks for you constantly—your bravery, your beauty, the
power of your Light beaming out so far beyond the Earth! It’s actually
creating new pathways, sort of like when new neural pathways are formed
in the brain.
Your Light is creating new pathways for a higher Light to
come into the Planet, cleanse the Planet of toxicity, lessen the
effects of painful history, lift the human consciousness, lift all plant
life, animal life, air and water, in terms of their purity, and reminds
you over and over, how powerful you are!
Now, those neural pathways, lines of Light being sent out from all of
you now, also make it far easier for your Galactic and etheric friends
and family to flow in on much more easily.
You’re going to hear them more easily. You’re going to see them more
easily, sense their presence more easily, and know their Love far more
easily.
Now, we are getting a sort of group message from your twin flames. So we’re just going to listen. Just one moment . . .
So what they’re saying is, You’re all doing an absolutely
outstanding job! They would like you to remember that they’re there,
your beloveds, your true mate, your true highest form of Soul mate.
This is the other half of your Soul in a sense, the other part of that flame.
And they’re saying, ‘Call on us, if you need encouragement, if you
feel you need a hug, if you feel you need a beautiful surprise for the
end of the day, or the end of the week!’
Call on them. All of your soul families are desiring to give you that hand, but your twin flames are here very powerfully now.
So we’re going to ask them to send a transmission of Light and Love and encouragement to all of you now, on a heart level.
We’re working with you energetically this whole time, as we’ve been speaking.
We’ve been working with you, working with your higher selves,
that you see more of your life’s path in more joyful, lively ways, less
of the ‘Uh, oh, I’ve got that bill to pay’ sort of pressure, more of
the ‘Well, everything just always works out perfectly for me’ sort of
thought and feeling.
So we’re going to just flow all of that to you, dear ones, and
Beloveds likewise, and Twin Flames flowing that to you. Wonderful!
We see a lot of you setting down heavy sacks — heavy burdens, one might say.
They’re just disappearing, as you let go of them. You’re standing up
straighter, arms out, palms up, receiving this beautiful transmission of
Light.
We’ve been joined by the Soul, the Spirit of the gentleman [Jonathan Larson] who wrote “Seasons of Love.” Welcome, dear one!
And he’s thanking Lightworkers for sending so much Light, that he was
able to transfer his energies, to transition safely and happily to the
higher realms, because his energies were very low when he left the
Earth.
You have no idea of the miracles that you are creating every day, which we know aren’t really miracles!
They’re just natural outcomes of how beautiful and astounding you are.
So we send our Love, dear ones, and this energy work we’re doing now will continue with you as long as you wish.
Call on any of us! We are multitudes of Angels, Archangels, Ascended
Masters, Faery Elders, and certainly your Galactic Family members.
And those Earth Elementals who are, one might say, the Spirits, the personified aspects of Earth, Air, Wind, Fire, etc.
And we are constantly with you. There’s no reason to feel ‘Oh, I’m spiraling down again in my thoughts and feelings.’
Bless and thank those feelings, for whatever message they carry.
Hug the child who has suddenly walked into the room because
he or she needs that Love, that little one whom you used to be, and say,
‘It’s all right, absolutely all right! I’ll keep us safe.’
And so we’re sending Light to all of your child selves in past lives
as well. A lot is crowding forward now to be healed. So a big task, yes!
But we would say, for most of you, this is your last go-round in the third dimension.
Understandable—not the easiest place to spend one’s time!
This

Greetings, dear ones! We are very pleased to have this time to speak with you today.
And
we are seeing that many are getting caught up in mental argument or
confusion at the moment, as your brain’s capacity to work with language
shifts and transforms in ways you have not seen before.
You
will find some days, in fact, that language no longer serves you as it
once did — that it is inadequate to relay what you wish to explain to
someone.
You may find instead
that you prefer to send an image or a symbol — a sort of energy transfer
of what you wish to say — knowing that the purity of that will relay
what you wish to offer others far more clearly than what the left-brain
assignations of language are able to do.
You
may also find at times that you are caught in argument with someone in
ways that you inwardly know does not serve your or their higher good.
All
of this is due to coming out of the last vestiges of the ego-mind, as
you come out of identifications with groups or belief systems, job
titles or educational labels, social or political categories of thought,
and other narrowly defined associations.

You are leaving these behind in favor of viewing things from a much higher and broader perspective.
In
that higher viewpoint, you see that people come into this life having
chosen a particular background, with certain abilities and interests,
and heart connections, because they decided while still in the higher
realms that they could learn more from that particular path than any
other.
You are increasingly coming into the realization of how sacred that is — not a thing to be judged, but allowed and respected.
You and they have also changed a great deal as you have walked your individual paths.
What you might now call an obvious plain truth, you might not have called anything like truth five or 10 years ago.
You
might have considered someone foolish to believe that there are so many
facades and false representations among those who claim authority on
your planet in business, government, medicine, religion, education,
etc., for example.
Yet you have since
that time come to see that there are not only facades and falseness, but
forms of criminality that can be shocking and disheartening to realize.
We
would say, that the energies reaching the planet now—and which your own
powerful soul and those of your soul family are assisting—are such that
all that has been hidden is coming to the forefront now.
So
that the terms, phrases, forms of thought and language you have been
given to use in hundreds of Earth lives, you begin to realize, were
crafted by those who wished for you to remain utterly uninformed as to
the true nature of the power structure on your planet, and the true
nature of your Universe.
And
so, now there is a bit of a stoppage to that plan, as humanity’s mental
functions, cognitive reasoning, and intuitive understandings well
outstretch the social forms, languages, and belief systems created to
keep those false teachings operable.
You
are coming into realization of your Divinity — your Unity with all
living things — and there is no dark plan that can withhold that
development, that powerful evolvement.
We
ask that you simply extend Love, patience, and calm wherever you can,
as all do their best to learn how to use these new forms of thought,
realization, experience, and inner knowing.
To say you are experiencing the growing pains of an Ascending planet is to say the very least!

And
yet, we see great bravery in how you have taken on that voyage, amidst
great waves that look as if they threaten to engulf you some days, and
on other days, calm seas in which you feel that there is very little
movement toward NESARA Law being enacted, and world Peace being
established.
The interesting
thing about your Universe, of course, is that all is constantly
unfolding, constantly evolving, and constantly moving forward.
So
that there is no way you could not every moment move into your new
Beingness and not claim more of your intrinsic sovereignty, soul
expression, vision, and empowerment.
And
so we encourage you to rest when needed, to drink water throughout the
day, to exercise in some way you enjoy as often as you can, to listen to
inspiring music and spend time in Nature more often than you watch the
news or fret over a financial account.
And
that you remember that in this powerful Transformation you are
undergoing, no one is being left behind who desires forward movement
from the high heart—that of Service to Others, and of steadfast Love of
all that moves ever further into Divine Light.

Below is the last Message to Lightworkers of 2018. It’s been an amazing year for many—often trying some beyond what they thought they could bear.
I want to affirm how powerful and resilient you are, and also add that the door to much of our resilience and inner strength opens as we seek the support of others.
This is why I put out these Messages, and why counselors, therapists, energy workers, and shamans do what they do—to encourage and free the inner strength we all have, that we’re not always in touch with.
Please join me in blessing 2019 as the year that we come into our empowerment.
The year we fully express and feel our beauty, grace, inner knowing, and intuitive understanding, and a connection to our life mission that we could not have dreamt of having even a year ago.
This is what I wish and pray for you, and this is what I know we are coming into now.

A Message to Lighworkers – December 28, 2018
The latest guidance from the Ascended Masters, Galactic family members, Earth Elementals, Faery Elders, Angels, and Archangels known as the Collective:
Greetings, dear ones! We are very pleased to have this time to speak with you today.
And we see that for many, your energies are picking up a bit now, recuperating from the initial rush of the holiday season, and tapping into the anticipation that is building for the year of 2019.
And you are correct that this is a special, even an unusual year that you are headed into.
For one, since the fall of Atlantis, there has never been more open communication between those living upon the Earth and those living in ships surrounding Her, or living on (or inside of) other stars, planets, and space stations.
Your etheric connections and visits, telepathic conversations, and intuitive understanding and memory of these dear ones are growing daily.
You nightly visit those in your soul families and those with whom you are working diligently to create greater awareness on Earth of the Ascension path, as well as ongoing Disclosure of the existence of other (nonhuman) races on Earth, in the galaxy, and in the Universe.
We are aware that you feel disheartened at times as you look out onto the world.
It is so that there are numerous disinformation efforts afoot that are leading some astray, confusing many, and throwing into the mix of energies and emotions that are now flowing forth, some lower vibrations that you are better off moving away from and ignoring altogether.
We would say, do not be discouraged, angered, or fed up with these efforts, for they are short-lived and self-damaging at best.
Continue doing your own work—meditating, playing or creating high vibrational music or tonal frequencies, or creating art, dance, and other creative expressions that lift your and others’ energies, transmitting healing and empowering frequencies that lift the vibrations of others, and speaking those words that only encourage and celebrate your own and others’ lives.
These among other endeavors, areas of focus, and higher intentions are carrying you into the next year and the years that follow with exactly those frequencies that will most assist you at this time.

We do not speak of being the one who is “right” regarding what is happening now in the world, and whom to trust and whom not to trust in terms of information.
We speak of establishing your own frequency of Joy, of Love for yourself and others, and anchoring that into all that you do, feel, say, and believe emotionally and spiritually.
And that you consider that your only reality now.
It has long been typical of human life, that you do as you are ordered, threatened, or programmed to do.
And we would say now, as we have said often, that those times are over.
It is well time that you regained your own autonomy, in the sense that you do not wait for one authority figure or another to tell you it is time to celebrate life, or NESARA law, or the liberation of the planet.
You are that very liberation that you seek. You are that very “authority.”
And it makes no sense that you would await some other outer presence, now or in any Earth calendar year, to free you to live the life you have so badly wanted for so long.
The reason you dream of free living—freedom of expression, of thought, of community and personal life, of Being—is that you were born into this particular Earth life for the very purpose of anchoring that reality into the Earth Herself, and to begin living it . . .

Greetings, friends! We are happy to have this time to speak with you today.
We see that many of you are feeling particularly stressed this time of year, as holiday times can require you to be around family members you don’t always have an easy time with.
For some it also means performing extra work to cover holiday spending, or doing extra cooking, cleaning, and other chores for family, friend, and community get-togethers.
This can be tiring and frustrating, as your child self wants to regain their wonder over the beauty of the season, and not be so tied up in “getting things done.”
We wish for you many beautiful, quiet moments this winter season, in which you take in the beauty of Nature at this time of year, and not only think in terms of scraping the ice off the windshield or having to wear snow boots.
We bless you with a sense of stillness that supersedes the rush and pressures of the holiday time.
You did not invent these stresses—they were handed onto you by those who did not know that they are not a requirement for an enjoyable holiday season.
They were invented so that you would rush headlong into spending money on things that others do not necessarily need or want, so that you would not feel guilty about not getting them a present.
Children do not need endless gifts or sweets over the holidays—that sort of excess often leaves them uncomfortable, tired, and confused.
It has little to do with the joy reaped from enjoying beautiful music, fulfilling time with family or friends, and simply the realization that somehow, you already have all you need.
The more you state this to yourself, the truer it becomes.
You can be a beautiful example of the Light Being who does not succumb to holiday pressures, as you also stay strong in the face of news about how those at the southern border of the US are being treated, and how thousands have been devastated by the fires in California.
Send Light to all situations that stress or trouble you now. Use the transmuting Violet Flame of St Germain to cleanse and lift any situation to a higher frequency.
Keep your holidays well, but keep them as simple and elegantly joyful as you can, without undue rushing about and feeling too pressed for time to enjoy the day or evening.
You are creative enough to discover the simpler ways of doing things, to not overdo with food and sweets, to offer simple gifts that encourage someone to follow their dreams to be their best selves.
Even just offering someone a list of everything that is wonderful about them—everything that you and others value in them—is a beautiful gift that they will never forget.
This sort of transformation is one of the things you came in for, and you are doing a beautiful job.
Release the need to “go on automatic” and forget your inner calm, just because of the time of year.
Give yourself quiet time each day in which you are speaking to your Spirit team or to Source, and speak of anything that is troubling you, asking for guidance and wisdom. The answers, if not immediate, will come to you in perfect time and way.
We surround you with our Love.
