We are here ready to offer insights and empowerment to all those connecting to this transmission. You are standing in your physical position observing your reality. What you are observing, witnessing and experiencing can be and often is challenging. This reality seems to be increasingly more difficult to witness and experience. Many would like to step out of this state of being; others are asking the bigger question, what does this mean, what is unfolding, how am I a part of what is occurring?

There is an aspect of the awakened self that knows there are far better ways to deal with these personal and global challenges. Events seem to be spiraling out of control, old patterns and beliefs holding on to the collective. Outer appearances are fearful, and polarized as systems seem likely to fail. This is not what you hoped for or expected.

Consider for a moment that this is all part of a major shift, a cosmic shift. The matrix of this 3D reality is being transformed. This matrix holding your perceived limited reality in form operates on a very limited narrow bandwidth of low frequencies. This is an energy field of unconscious limitation.

The frequency spectrum of the galactic or cosmic energies is unlimited. These frequencies are vast and multidimensional. There is a gentle yet continuous wave that is activating and encouraging all earthwalkers to awaken and anchor this incoming flow of energy, of upliftment and to remember how these awesome frequencies and vibrations feel.

Quantum physics reminds you that there is only one immense ocean of energy that materializes and dematerializes over and over in a millisecond. Nothing is solid. Remember it is all energy. It can never be used up; it will never run out. It is only re-cycled, re-directed and re-imprinted.

Unfortunately, many continue to use their creative ability upside down and backwards. The results are to repeat and imprint the same old patterns, the same limited outcomes, influenced by fears, doubts, and feelings of being powerless or helpless. Consequently, the inadequate dysfunctions have continued to manifest.

The cosmic frequencies that are interfacing with your 3D reality are stirring you awake. This shift, this transition that is happening, is overdue. More and more light workers and conscious starseeds are holding a firm frequency of gratitude, appreciation, compassion and respect for others.

This awareness and the conscious work that is being done to imprint this energy field with a frequency of honoring and respecting are causing a shift. As more earthwalkers awaken to their true essence, they are realizing that they are unlimited divine beings having this physical experience.

The energy illusion that you are experiencing as life is actually beginning to disintegrate, to break down, to wobble, as you and other awakened light beings accept the invitation and opportunity to imprint and anchor a new experience.

You are beginning to understand the hidden connections which unite the outer and inner worlds of your experiences. You truly connect to every aspect of your experiences, from your own body and thoughts to every event and object in the environment. All life is interwoven. You are like the pebble tossed into the pool of vibrations rippling out to touch all shores.

Now is the time to step up, to take ownership of who you are as a member the galactic family. Be present, alive, fully engaged with this dimension and your wondrous world at this significant time in its evolution and ascension.

Everyone has free will. The realities being created now offer many different paths. Realize that there is neither right nor wrong, they are just different paths. From a bigger perspective each divine being has selected a physical experience as a method to evolve, to expand and to remember. How will these paths play out in the matrix? Observe how you respond to these different paths.

This planet, this dimension, is a teaching environment. Each divine being infuses a physical body and interfaces with the energy field of your earth, which happens to be a field of unconscious limitation. Whether that individual awakens to this truth in this life experience or the next is their growth opportunity.

You however are aware of who you are as a divine essence, as a member of the galactic family having human sensations and encounters.

Recognize which path calls to you and follow it with all your intentions and will. Follow your heart insight and guidance with dedication and action. And as a star being you have the opportunity to hold a vision of a path of peace, harmony, love and forgiveness. You have the opportunity to evolve and reclaim your divine partnerships.

We remind you to exercise self care, listen to your own guidance and intuition, practice consciously raising your vibration and frequency, engage in a partnership between your mind and your heart. Be in nature, practice quiet alone time, nurture yourself as well as others.

When you consciously apply awareness to clean your own misqualified energies, when you watch your thoughts, your actions, your words, you are cleaning up aspects of the collective consciousness with which you have identified. You are on a path of light. You are an anchor for a new reality to come forth. Be aware when you hold and anchor a frequency of the higher vibrations, you are powerful beyond measure.

When you hold the possibility of a reality in which pollution can be transformed into clean air and water, misqualified emotions of hatred and prejudice can be shifted to acceptance and understanding, you are offering a frequency pebble that touches all aspects of this reality. You are anchoring the energy of an evolutional shift. You are anchoring the energy wave being offered by the divine luminous beings of your galactic family.

We acknowledge you and the work and service you continue to offer. We celebrate you and we assure you that when we are invited, we will walk the path with you. You are meant to be in partnership and connection with the divine luminous beings of love. We do delight in your invitation. the ‘team’.

Weaving Your Reality ~ September 25, 2018

We are here offering insights and support as you move more fully into the higher dimensions. You truly are in the process of shifting and increasing your vibrations. You are actually straddling two realities most of the time. You are more focused on your third dimension because it demands your attention. However, you continue to sense or feel something is different.

That something different is the awareness that the Universe is communicating with you.

You are aware of moments that cause you to pause, and marvel at this unfolding mystery. You are stepping out of your restricted mindset and programmed responses frequently, to realize the incredible truth that you are connected to a powerful conscious energy field.

This energy field, this quantum field, this Universal consciousness is responding to you and the vibrations you offer. You interface with this field at all times. It is the water that you swim in, so to speak. Most individuals are totally unaware of this energy or their relationship to it.

We are inviting you to begin a conscious conversation. Begin to observe what you are thinking, speaking and emotionally offering; these actions are your vibrational interaction with this field.

You and all beings are truly divine creators. Remember, this quantum field matches the most consistent or dominant vibrations offered. Most individuals use their creative ability upside down and backwards. They energize and focus on what they don’t have, what they don’t like, what is not working and get more of the same or a similar vibration. What you resist or push against will persist. This is true in your personal as well as global experiences.

So we are inviting you to change the conversation, change the vibrations you are offering. This is important and especially true as your begin to be aware that you are interfacing with a higher dimension of consciousness. Your vibrations, your intentions and emotional offerings will manifest more quickly as you move into the fifth dimension. This is part of the ascension process you are experiencing. You are being invited to refine the energies you are offering.

The Universe is responding to you. It is giving you signs. Begin to notice. These messages, this guidance comes in many forms, in conversations with others, on a broadcast, something you read or overhear, an inspiring idea or solution to a problem, an epiphany or a synchronicity. It might come as a thought, a feeling that feels just right, an inner knowing or instinct, people showing up at just the right moment. We invite you to begin to notice these signs along the way.

The more you notice and acknowledge these messages the more they will become obvious.

Once you begin your partnership with the energy field, once you honor the possibilities that will unfold in this relationship, you will begin to see patterns unfolding, doors opening, problems resolving. You will discover that the Universe, the quantum field will arrange itself to match your vibrations as well as present you with endless opportunities.

The key is the vibrations that you are offering. So make it a practice to increase the coherent uplifting energy vibration and frequency that you offer. Practice feeling appreciation, practice being grateful. These emotional vibrations are the easiest and begin to allow you to integrate and interface with the field in a more powerful positive manner.

We realize there are times in which the idea of being grateful or in appreciation might be the most difficult emotions to call forth. If you are suffering in some way, mentally, physically, emotionally or spiritually or in a situation that feels difficult regarding your health or your finances or having problems with family or co-workers, it might feel impossible to be grateful or thankful, it might feel fake or false.

Let us assure you, this is the most important time to begin to engage or call forth even the tiniest shift into gratitude. Find something no matter how small or insignificant for which you can be thankful; continue to observe the situation looking for a reason to be grateful. It might be a stretch, you might find it difficult, however your simple willingness to look or discover a place where you could offer gratitude or appreciation will shift your vibration and your frequency.

When you make this shift the Universe is ready to mirror the slightest change in what you are offering. So pay attention, watch for signs that show this shift in your reality.

We know you will become skilled at raising your vibrations. There are many techniques and practices that can support and assist you. Meditation, being in nature, being with beloved friends or pets, laughter, dance and movement, doing something that you enjoy, all of these actions shift the frequency you are offering to the field.

Now, when you couple that with your words, actions and intentions, you are a powerful creative force. You are powerful beyond measure. Remember you are a magnificent divine being who is playing in this hologame. You are moving consciously from the limited third dimension to the fifth unlimited dimension.

Remember that synchronicities are happening all the time. You just need to trust yourself and the universe, notice and allow for this ongoing conversation. With your energetic thoughts, emotions and intent you become a co-creator with the Universe. Imagine for a moment as you are weaving your reality that the universe is providing the thread.

Your high frequency vibrations of love, joy, gratitude and appreciation will align you with all possibilities. These vibrations invite the best results to any situation; you are connecting to an energetic web of support where things and events unfold with grace and ease.

Also you are energetically stepping out of the limited third dimension and walking into a new energetic reality where your heart’s desire and intentions for life sustaining realities become real.

You are here to anchor this awareness and this consciousness. You are here to transform any and all misqualified or negative emotions, thoughts, patterns or programs. You are here to assist humanity in moving into the fifth dimension where you know that you are truly connected to all.

We continue to empower you and remind you of your true magnificence. We invite you to practice extending more coherent vibrations of love, forgiveness, compassion, joy, gratitude and appreciation. Frequencies Are Exponentially Expanding Consciousness on The Planet ~ Sept. 19, 2017

We are here, acknowledging your resilience and courage while holding a space of peace and calm in the midst of incredible chaos. You are witnessing great shifts and changes. Also, within your own personal reality and body you are feeling/sensing great shifts and changes. The celestial energy events are being felt far and wide and their effects are being felt by your entire planet.

These times invite true mastery and awareness of your multidimensional gifts and abilities. It is most important for you to remember that who you are as a divine being is a doorway, portal and anchor for the frequencies and vibrations that are bringing about this evolutionary surge.

There is more that is unfolding than what is visible. Remember, appearances are often misleading, so continue to know and understand that there is more to be revealed. You are in the process of your own personal activation and recalibration. So we invite you to be gentle with yourself and practice good self-care.

Many are experiencing what they might call unusual events, sensations, thoughts and even images coming forth. Just allow these experiences to be witnessed and to develop without expectations. As you know you have been inviting this expansion, activating your memories and your own personal ascension codes.

We say good work. You have invited and willingly allowed the celestial and galactic gifts of frequencies to trigger this awesome awakening. Embrace the subtle changes you are experiencing, for they will uncover any limitations, even those you might hold dear. You and your planet are in the process of ascension. This is why you selected to be a part of this incredible cosmic occurrence at this time. Please realize that the entire universe is witnessing this ascension activation happening on your planet. You are not alone.

We realize that many times you do feel alone here, dealing with your personal struggles and the desire to expand and grow out of this tight fitting mental construct. We assure you that you are doing a much better job than you acknowledge within yourself. Use your tools when you find yourself stuck in your struggles.

Remember the importance to physically touch the surface of your earth. This action offers two important aspects. When you allow yourself to place your bare feet or your full body on the earth, any excess personal energy of discord can be released in this simple gesture and you will quickly return to your centered, balanced place. You will also attune yourself to the vibrations of your planet and as the frequencies change, you are in alignment.

The celestial and galactic frequencies bathing this dimension have been invited and called forth by you and your divine knowing and conscious self. You have never been truly comfortable here; you know this is not your home. You know far better realities in which there is an understanding of the connection and the true sense of oneness.

This awareness and understanding comes from you remembering being in those higher dimensional realities. This energy you are feeling and witnessing is occurring within all humanity; some, like yourself, welcome this enormous change and there are others who are in resistance out of their fears and misunderstandings.

Nevertheless, these activating frequencies are exponentially expanding to every corner of consciousness in this 3D reality. It is shaking things up a bit. We invite you to stay in your center and anchor the loving energies that are flooding your planet. The old fear based programs and paradigms are shifting and being transformed even as they seem to be increasing.

It is most important that these frequencies and activating energies are received by those who can embody them. Once they are embodied, the awakening individual carries within their own personal energy signature the vibrational seeds to trigger and stimulate others to blossom into their mastery.

When you stay aligned with your true and higher knowing you are aware that you are doing this work to anchor a new template which will end the misconception that humanity has of separation. You are the living portal allowing this true shift in consciousness to come forth and be recognized by all.

Many dormant portals within your personal field, your DNA and the field of this planet are being activated, triggered and enlivened to open and be available as part of this global shift.
Your personal activations will manifest, unique to each individual. We invite you to be receptive and stay conscious, in a state of calm and balance. This is the skill of the master that you are. It is in that awareness of who you truly are where you do your best and most powerful work and service.

As you embrace this understanding, even if you can only hold that state for a few moments, you are actually anchoring a peace and calm which allows your entire planet to take a deep sigh, so to speak. It is also in that state of peace and calm that you can and will invite celestial and galactic beings to join you in this reality to be in partnership and friendship for the highest and the best of all concerned.

Starbeings, Ascended Masters, Angels, Archangels, Celestials and all divine beings are awaiting invitations from you and others who know and perceive that this is their birthright and responsibility. So be the inviter, continue to request support and assistance from all beings of love and light in all matters concerning this earth and the well being of all living things.

Connect with the elemental energies, the nature beings, all those ethereal beings who are dedicated to the healing energy of nature and its manifestation. You, as well, are a part of the healing action required to bring a state of enlightenment and recognition that all living things are conscious and connected.

Make it your intention each day to connect with other forms of living energy, practice mentally and energetically reaching out to other energy forms. Listen for any message that might be offered. Perhaps you will become the voice for those living beings that do not have a voice. You are ready for this deep, rich connection with others.

It will become your silent intent to know and sense your interrelationship with all, and from that alliance, offer your own healing love and balance. This is what is being called forth now. You are certainly a respected, responsible member of the ascension team. Remember!

We are here to remind as well as encourage you to step into your unlimited possibilities. Who you are in your physical form certainly knows and understands limitations, however we are addressing your divine self now, the energetic aspect that animates the physical body and continues to trigger your personal awareness and activate your quantum consciousness.

The times in which you are living serve to shift your understanding. Galactic inputs, solar flares and the increased resonance of frequency and vibration of your planet earth are stimulating this leap in consciousness.

These increased frequencies are quickening and initiating expanded consciousness not only in humans but in all living creatures. There is a subtle yet significant shift in consciousness taking place throughout the animal kingdom. The shift in frequencies is affecting all and is driving the evolution of all sentient beings. Deep purifications are occurring which brings healing on all levels of consciousness.

This restructuring and activating of consciousness is sweeping your entire planet. It is part of the ascension process, moving humanity from the dense, limited 3D that everyone is so familiar with to the higher realms of unlimited possibilities of love and light. The other dimensions vibrate at a higher rate which is unattainable from a limited 3D mindset and the low-level vibrations of misqualified energies. As the fragmented aspect of humanity begins to dissipate there is a sense of wholeness and oneness in which more light particles are available.

Now is the time to engage in all the processes and skills that will allow your personal vibrations to increase in frequency. You truly have the support of the cosmic intentions.

Be mindful of your breath, breathe with consciousness, follow your breath as it moves into your lungs and throughout your body. Be keenly aware of the rhyme of your breathing, for it is breath that sets the tone of all your body’s functions. We observe that for most humans breathing is short and shallow. This is the breath of someone who is on alert, ready to fight or flee.

Envision your breath coming from above into the crown of your head follow this breath down through the center of your body and exhale down deep below your feet. Repeat breathing the opposite; breathe in from below your feet, up through the center of your body and out the top of your head.
Breathing is an alchemical process of life which can transform all. It is important as you consciously breathe that you infuse your breath with thoughts and feelings that are empowering and uplifting. Seed your breath with intentions. Seed your breath with healing colors.

Begin to be aware of taking long deep breaths as often as possible, for it is that type of breathing that informs the physiology and chemical reactions of the body that all is well and more. This offers a relaxed, safe state of mind that allows for expanded consciousness. This is the goal.

Be aware of all the triggers being offered by the world around you that cause you alarm. Remember to breathe into those issues, remember to breathe as you watch your news reports, notice when you shift from feeling a state of peace into a state of alarm or stress.

Remember that emotions are contagious and there are situations that are meant to cause you fear and alarm. When you are in a place of fear or feeling powerless, you are easily manipulated by those who have an agenda of limitation and control. These emotions drop you into the matrix of limitations. It is a cycle that keeps repeating and repeating.

Notice what your triggers are; is it issues with finances, or health, your safety or that of your loved ones? What thoughts and fears cause you to begin to breathe in a shallow manner? Pause and take a long deep breath, deep into your belly, hold it briefly and allow it to be exhaled slowly. With practice, this will become the first tool you use to reset your mind and the responses of your body.

Imagine that you could breathe in light. Imagine that you could fill your lungs with light particles that would then stimulate each and every cell and aspect of your physical body and empower as well as energize your subtle energy body. This is truly possible; it requires your attention and intention; over time you will begin to feel the difference.

Imagine that with each conscious breath you are acknowledging your divine self. You are inviting and awakening your quantum consciousness. As your physical body is being stimulated by your conscious breath, it has the ability to restore the divine integrity to every cell and system.

You begin to awaken codes within your DNA that allow you to tap into your cosmic awareness. You begin to feel different in some strange way; just notice and acknowledge the simple changes you might be experiencing. Remember, this is a process, it is a blossoming of your true essence.

Notice how you begin to perceive subtle energies, observe geometry forms or colors in your mind’s eye, begin to experience telepathic exchanges with others. As this unfolds and it becomes stronger, purer and more precise, you will become aware that you are truly a part of a network of light beings both physical and non-physical. You are allowing and developing your quantum consciousness.

From this divine connection you will engage with others in transforming the limitations of your planet and anchoring a reality that is honoring and life sustaining for all. It is from this quantum consciousness awakening with humanity that 3D situations and issues can and will be resolved.
You are the chalice, the physical embodiment in which this reality will be anchored. Hold that vision and breathe into truth. You and all individuals play a significant part in this ascension.

We celebrate your willingness and your success. Be courageous as you step out of this paradigm of limitation into the unlimited realities and divine template that you know. You are being supported with unconditional love and light frequencies and vibrations from all corners of the galaxy. You are the divine stars of this magnificent production of consciousness. We bow before you for your willingness and your dedication.

We are here, offering you our acknowledgment and gratitude. We are extending our support and encouragement as we remind you again of your personal power and youe magnificence. We are observing the energy of chaos and intensity that is being offered by the collective consciousness. Remember, you truly chose to be present during these times. You are here to anchor a new reality; you are here in this dimension to call it forth. You are here in physical form to transmute and transform all the dysfunction that you are witnessing. You are not powerless.

As a divine being of love and light you are truly powerful beyond measure. You are not alone in this endeavor. We want you to realize that there is a network of energy being anchored by you and others who are remembering who they are and why they are here. We understand your concern about the welfare of your loved ones and your beloved planet. That is the passion and the key that is being called forth as you remember who you are and why you are here.

It does not matter your financial situation, your status or your age. You are here to anchor a higher state of consciousness and transform the misqualified/negative emotions and vibrations that are being broadcast by those who are unaware, scared and feeling powerless.

Remember, this reality, this dimension, is energy; it is vibration and frequency. This dimension is created by layers and layers of vibrations offered by all those who are present in this dimension. Every human, every individual, adds their own energy and vibrations to the mix. Most individuals offer their energy from a place of misinformation, misunderstanding and helplessness.  You are here at this time to energize, envision and call forth a shift.

We want you to realize you have the support and assistance of your celestial and galactic family. There are more and more individuals awakening each day to their awareness and purpose in this awesome opportunity to transform and uplift the consciousness of an entire planet.

We invite you to step into this awesome awareness and true power of who you are. This is the time. We invite you continue to clear your own personal shadow of repressed emotions. This does not need to be painful or even difficult. You can lovingly place your focus on any emotional vibration that arises and give that emotion a sound with the intention of shifting and clearing that emotional vibration you have been avoiding, suppressing or even denying. Replace what has been cleared with a higher more coherent emotional vibration; anchor this emotion with sound vibrations. This is the work of a true alchemist.

You are here to transform all misqualified/negative energy that you encounter. Each and every time you consciously clear an aspect of your own personal energy field of misqualified/negative emotions, you are also clearing an aspect of the collective consciousness.

We will continue to share the importance of this daily action and practice. As the true alchemist you can place your focus on any aspect of the collective shadow or dysfunction that you are witnessing in the chaos and offer a sound vibration of that emotional energy. So you can offer a frequency or sound for the distress, the anger/rage, the conflict, the judgment. Once you have expressed this emotion from a place of true transforming power, make sure you call forth with sound and intention an emotional vibration of love, healing forgiveness or grace.

Be the inviter as well. Divine conscious beings of light and love are ever ready to answer your call and request for support and assistance. This is a partnership; non-physical beings of love and light are awaiting your invitation.

You planet is in the process of what you call ascension. The increase in the frequency of the planet, the resonance to which every living thing attunes, is activating and awakening all those who slumber. Your planet is being bathed with increased vibrations from the galactic center. The increase of resonance of the planet, the energy offered by the galactic center, is supporting and assisting your personal work and service.

Realize that you are part of an amazing network of conscious multidimensional beings who know who they are and know the work they came here to do. This network is available to you at all times. You are not alone in your efforts, quite the contrary. The connection to this network is your intention. The doorway or portal is your imagination.

Remember that you are pure energy and where you place your focus is where that energy goes. So focus on connecting to this invisible network of other conscious beings of pure energy. If it assists you, envision or imagine a sacred place to which you go to connect. Create that space or alchemical chamber. See, feel or imagine others of pure energy joining you. Practice this; make this a daily focus. It does not need to take a lot of time in your busy life. Remember, it is the willingness, the intention and allowing.

Imagine, sense or feel yourself joining other conscious beings in this higher realm. Know that you are a significant part of the many millions who are also creating this energy network of love and light. Surround your beloved planet earth. Breathe life into your intention as you focus and offer your own clear vibrations to this amazing field that is being created moment to moment in the higher dimensions.

You are energizing the quantum field of all possibilities with a future that is life sustaining for all. You are seeding this influential energy field with life enhancing realities. Trust your knowing. Trust passion for peace and harmony to be anchored into this realm which will assist in the ascension of consciousness for all. Each and every person who does this dedicated work and service adds to its glorious unfolding.

Remember to shift your own issues and limitations to a place of transformation. Lift them up using all the tools and processes available. Now is the time to truly step into your personal knowing and join others of like mind and heart in their physical or non-physical forms. Together in partnership, create a weaving of light that embraces all humanity in healing love.

Divine beings are awaiting your request; invite their assistance each and every moment. Join other earthwalkers who know how to be present in the limited experience yet connect to the highest possibilities of truth they can call forth and anchor.  The celestials celebrate your courage each day for your presence in this limited dimension. You are here, no matter the circumstances that you find yourself experiencing, to transform what you encounter and witness. You are a divine being embodied.

We hold you in deepest gratitude for your willingness to do this work. We are always available to support and assist you.
