Ascension Update ~ Reclaiming Your Personal Power ~ April 27, 2017

Beloved Ones,

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. It is a time of deep silence, soul integration and liberation of everything that once served us to evolve but that is no longer aligned with our Unified Self Will. It is a time to witness the lower self, as we destroy old worlds and build new ones that will foment a path of oneness instead of the separated one in which we used to dwell. It is at this time of profound inner change that we have Pluto, the Heart Planet, “retrograde” in Capricorn, since April 20 to September 28, to help us reorganize our tangible life as well as to help us become aware, of where we place our power and the use we make of it.

At this phase, we find ourselves immersed in the manifestation of our soul desires, within the physical. Remember, Beloveds, building is made from a pure space of authenticity, purity and communion with our soul. One cannot build from the ashes of the old, for they will not serve you to rebuild a new reality but to dis-empower it, by bringing back old memories.

Building is made from the inner knowledge that we are forever changing, accepting this as a constant and using the opportunity of the unknown to navigate through new horizons. Building cannot be done if we still hold regrets for past mistakes, for moulding a new reality is only done when we use our inner Force Light to love what was and embrace what Is, knowing that all serves us in evolving, as we keep climbing an infinite ladder of soul reunion with Source.

Failing to take full responsibility for our thoughts, feelings, words and acts is one of the main reasons why some people give their power away. For every time we do something against the Law of One, it is easy to blame others instead of recognizing our part. The majority of people do that unconsciously, and when they lie or hurt others, they find many excuses – in terms of what others have “done” to them – to justify their own actions. This is a way in which we give our power and energy away, by blaming others and victimizing ourselves for what others may have done to us, when in truth, what others have done to us is not our responsibility. Our responsibility – response-ability (the ability to respond) – is solely defined by what we give out.

Another way in which a lot of people give their power away is by literally poisoning themselves with processed food, addictions and everything that maintains one’s attachment to a certain person, situation and all that one keeps re-creating in one’s reality. All this is not for you to punish yourself, deny or blame the part of you who is human. This is for you to become aware of the many implants that are still playing within your mental plane, and that are compulsively making you repeat the same old scenarios, without embodying the lessons

Most people, even in the spiritual community, who maintain an addiction to someone/something and still claim sovereignty, are not taking responsibility for their own journey, for they are using external things to mask their pain and refusal to heal by blaming the world for all that has happened to them and by lulling their physical bodies with substances that impede the pain, yes, but also the light required to heal.

This is written from a place of total respect and love to All, for I am not here to say what is right or wrong, as in essence nothing is, or to judge anyone. My pure intention is to simply help you to become aware of the old implants and programs that we all have had or still have running within ourselves and that impede us to express our true potential as Divine Beings. All these old patterns are so hidden within our unconscious, that we are not even able to discern when we repeat them.

I have co-created sessions with beautiful souls, beyond which human words can express, and as they told me their personal stories, I observed how some of them tended to give their power away to their fears, by telling themselves how silly they were for repeating an old pattern, or for being again with the same person, or simply because they do not love themselves and it is a way of self – punishing.

My mission is to observe and assist unique individuals in awareness that they are giving their power away every time they diminish themselves with negative self-talk. For every time you tell something negative to yourself, you are not treating yourself with compassion, instead, you are creating another program which will keep telling you how unworthy you are – of having all your soul desires and experiencing an abundant life.

Your own fear and lack of power can also be reflected in your dreams or physical body, for it is our main fountain of guidance to let us know what we are feeling and creating in the depths of our being. I have been asked many times what is the meaning of constantly dreaming that one cannot properly walk or run at all, as well as being unable to drive a car in their dreams, not knowing where to go, or to lose teeth. Usually, in the physical they also tend to experience pain in their legs and spine. For this is a sign that we are in fear, unable to control our life experience and where we are going.

All these are not meaningless dreams, this is one way your soul has to tell you that you are allowing your fears to control your life instead of your inner Light Force, allowing them to guide you – or better said, paralyze you – instead of following your soul compass while you walk as human. This is a message for you to take your power back and to use it wisely, so you cannot feel others control your life. For this is a human illusion, the biggest one of all.

It is in the silence – that reigns in this intense month – that we are finally able to open ourselves to the Truth that has always been shown to us, we just had to know how to listen, we just had to master our lower self to allow it to descend into our being. Pluto brings into the light our inner shadows and the aspects of the Self that need to be healed by inner transformation. As it is in the sign of Capricorn, who is a very practical sign, determined to bring all his goals into the physical, we are invited to ask ourselves if we are resolute to put our soul visions within our tangible plane or if we are still living off mere dreams in the ethereal, due to our lower self fears and lack of power.

At a collective or planetary level, Pluto’s effect will make some people feel confused, and for those who are beginning to awake, unable to discern their true path. This is due to the previous need, we all have in this journey, to first embrace our shadow self, before we could step into a higher path of conscious co-creation. This will continue for a few years, as we are still bifurcating from the 3D Old Earth and adjusting our frequency is not simply a one-day process. It takes spiritual devotion not just for our own journey but to All, deep commitment to practice our inner work as well as integrity and neutral observation.

It is a period we could also use to consciously work on DNA reconnection at the same time that we also keep clearing old implants and 3D programs that we still hold within our lower layers. Pluto gives us the gift to observe if we are still attached to our human fixation to change or if, on the contrary, we are forever turning old worlds down and flowing with change and the opportunity of soul expansion and a higher creativity.

Do you only dream of what your human life could be, instead of using your power to build what you desire into the physical? Do you practice constant renewal in your life? For this is how we start the change we would like to see manifested. Do you give your power to other people and circumstances to convince yourself that you are not able to change anything, unless they allow you to do so? If so, you are not seeing who you are yet and the best is that all that seems chaotic in your life, is a constant reminder of not what others are making for you, but of the misuse of your own inner power.

Your power resides in the Now, in the capacity of BEing fully present in the moment. Your power goes where you put your love, attention and intention. Therefore, choose wisely whether you waste your Divine Inner Force on meaningless things, or whether you use it to construct and create new outcomes that will assist All.

To transform your life and regenerate yourself, it is essential to first dissolve all the false inner beliefs that impede realisation of who you truly are and the power given to you, to create. Changing your life is done through constantly letting it all go and being at all times aware of who controls your life and who does not. When one feels lack of self-love and respect for the self (an individualized aspect of Source who is immensely loved and appreciated by the Divine) one cannot use his/her power properly, for it has already been given to others or external forces

When you do not see yourself as an extension of God, then you cannot manage your Divine Force, for you do not even recognize it within yourself. It is when this occurs, that we tend to judge those who walk among us as sovereign beings, as being selfish, and egoic, for they walk as incarnated Gods/goddesses, instead of mere puppets controlled by cosmic forces or other beings.

To have a better understanding from where the guidance you receive comes, which also depends on your soul contracts with these cosmic beings and above all, in the purity of your intention, physical frequency and to whom you give your power, I share the basic things I usually do, between others, in my unique way, to purify myself, protect my energy field and to only commune with my Guides/Selves who come from a pure Fountain as well as to call upon my Unified Self, as I call our Higher Self.

This is important, for I have been receiving many emails with people wanting to communicate with different entities, or doing self-healing, without not even the proper consagration, to do so. It is important that we do the energetic work required not to attract negative forces. Do it, only if guided, take what resonates with your path and with where you are now and remember that you are always – as the master and healer that you are – your main fountain of love and wisdom, not other beings, not external cosmic forces, but you own Self.

I have not included any Ascended Master, Archangel or being, although as you know Michael is magnificent protector. For my own personal journey, I prefer to commune first with my Unified Self before calling other beings – that I do not maintain a soul contract with. In your case, feel free to call as many ones as you feel guided to.)

Begin to use protection to assure you are not allowing other forces/beings and negative form of thoughts to enter into your sacred field. I use, apart from other physical tools, my own meditation with my own words to surround my auric field and all the aspects of my non-physical body dwelling in all dimensions, with a golden shield. You can change it as you feel more comfortable. Visualizing yourself within a white pillar, will also work. The most important aspect is that you feel connected to Source, again. It all depends on your preferences and own guidance.

Call upon the Presence of your Unified Self and Monad, for protection and to ask for the proper guidance and healing you need at the moment. For they will tell you if there are still some old programs that need to be cleared or what it is exactly what you are in need of.

Set your pure declaration of intention to only serve the Law of One and your God Self, above all other forms of human illusion

The Energies of April 2017 ~ Transfiguration and Cosmic Initiation ~ March 30, 2017

Beloved Ones,

Dwelling in the illuminated ethereal realms of Pisces during March, has been magical and revealing, but it was also intense, for we are still feeling the energies from the Eclipses and the deep inner/physical cleansing that we continue to experience. This new month of April, especially reigned by its “retrograde” energies, is an invitation to move inward before fully anchoring our soul desires – and creations – in the physical – rejuvenating ourselves mentally, physically and emotionally. For we are not going to create anything authentic unless we are pure, ourselves.

We are now under the reign of the Fire element, and as our Sun is also very active, both Forces are helping us to burn all the old and rebirth into the light that we always have been and that was dimmed by the many illusions of our lower self. As some of us are deeply immersed into the process of dissolving the 3D membranes of our lower chakras, these fire frequency will also help us to do so and purify ourselves so we can be able to continue with our higher chakras/soul integration process.

At a planetary level, there are many changes, as you may already be feeling, affecting us at this time as well as the collective, as the Earth’s magnetic field is experiencing many changes and this together with the Moon’s rays (especially during the Full Moon in Libra on April 11) will bring all the unconscious limited beliefs – and implants – to the surface.

At the moment, many of us are under the process of transfiguration – inner and physical metamorphosis of our 3D personality or lower self – and we can feel deep physical sensations such as pain in our bones and spine, headaches, anxiety, loss of hair, between many other things, that releasing old imprints and beliefs have. This will be also accompanied by profound mood swings. This is the light coming from all these forces and cosmic alignments helping us shift and dissolve what is no longer aligned with our God Self Will and soul role. This Light may bring challenges but deep revelations for our soul evolutionary journey as well.

If you are a stabilizer, as it is my personal soul role, you may want to “seclude” yourself and be at peace, while this phase lasts, for we know how hard it is to keep our own balance, nothing to say at these intense phases, when we assist to bring balance to All. This is why this month reminds us all to be fully grounded to Earth as well as we are also connected to the Higher realms, so we can keep our inner balance while we are affected by Earth’s bifurcation intense energies and its many changes within this process.

We could feel more emotional, during this month, and even depressed, especially the ones who are beginning to awake, for they shall begin the challenging inner work of releasing all this karmic baggage but this is all occurring to give us an opportunity to recognize where fear still keeps playing a major role. Fear can be disguised in many forms, it can appear in our lives in form of lack, in the form of attachment or in form of self-sabotaging. However, we always have the choice, as sovereigns beings, to choose which one to serve, if fear, or if the love, that after all, we all are.

We have an opportunity, especially during Easter, to clear old beliefs about what truly ascension is, and old imprints that are impeding us to embody a higher level of consciousness. It is only after we transform ourselves and begin to embrace our True Essence and descend it into our tangible plane, that we will pass from planetary ascension to initiate ourselves at a cosmic level, which comes after our main seven initiations and complete mastery of our lower human self.

April, is a month that acts as an inter-dimensional liaison – creating the space for us to plant the seeds that in May will finally bloom, bringing harmony and unity between our Yin and Yang polarities and regeneration, while we step out of our inner realms and direct all of our inner fire – and visions – into our tangible plane. If during March, we focused on manifesting – first – from an inner place of higher clarity and wisdom, during April, gradually, we are going to surface again, descending all these inner worlds, for when May comes, be ready to finally manifest them in the physical.

We ended March with the Sun already in the sign of Aries. We pass now from Piscean Waters to Fire and later to feel again the power of Earth with Taurus at the end of the month. The wheel of life has rotated again and we moved from mastering and integrating all the wisdom received from our past challenges, with the last sign of the zodiac, to initiate ourselves again in this endless evolutionary soul journey, with the first sign of the zodiac, who leads us into a new cycle with the strength and wisdom regained in the depths of our being.

As the Universe always confirms and shows us in our heavens when we are feeling and giving birth in our micro one, this month holds a 14 – 5 reduced – frequency. If the number five holds the essence of fire, which indicates creativity and action – in our tangible plane as well as in March – number 4 frequency reminds us that April – with its dominant masculine essence – moves us from the ethereal to pay attention to where we truly reside, as humans.

But as we are impulsive by nature, sometimes manifesting without the proper discernment, the essence of number 14, which also governs this month and which corresponds to the tarot card of Temperance, invites us to balance ourselves before stepping into the unknown, for, as the winged women on the temperance card, we are still between with a foot in the ethereal and another one in the mundane. As Mercury will also remind us by the human illusion of being retrograde, while we walk in between worlds, the only true direction comes from our inner compass. For this is the only way we have to know where we are going and what we are bringing into fruition.

We begin this month of April by having Venus, the Planet of Abundance and Beauty, retrograde entering into Pisces. Venus in Pisces and even more together with the powerful energy of Neptune in the same sign, connects us with our inner creator, it helps us to give birth to our visions and expand ourselves into our heart desires – and spirituality – as this is a time for us to immerse ourselves within our inner senses, connecting to our souls, and listening to our own guidance – and Divine inspirations – more than focusing on the outer.

Venus in “slow motion” is going to give us a perfect healing energy for our relationships as well, it is going to be a healing energy – dissolving everything that is impure and inauthentic in our sacred reunions, leading us to an inner synthesis, establishing a deeper connection with all the aspects of who we are and loving each one of them as unique and equal without any judgment before we can love them too in another being.

As we also have the Wounded Healer Chiron, also in Pisces, it will be a great time to use forgiveness – especially with the Full Moon in Libra on April 11 – as our main tool for healing and soul integration, which is essential before fully embracing a new partnership. As the Goddess of Love revises her journey, so do we, and it may bring from our past old lovers and situations that we thought were finished. When this occurs, it is a gift, for we are being told that there are certain aspects within ourselves still active within that keep attracting what shall remain in the past.

On April 6, we also have another Planet reminding us of the important to just be before we step a further step into the physical. Saturn, the Planet of structure and responsibility – as another form of consciousness within Creation – teaches us how to be responsible for our own actions/creations. In contrary with what some may think, Saturn does not punish us for our lack of awareness in our past actions, but to make us more conscious of what should be shifted and transmuted so we no longer repeat the same old patterns that are not aligned with who we truly are and soul desires. By having Saturn, Venus and Mercury as well as Pluto, later on, retrograde, we are given the gift of becoming the witness of our whole life experience – past and present – and taking full responsibility of what we have manifested, until this moment.

Saturn also invites to examine ourselves before going deeper into this new stage of our lives. Have we learnt and integrated the wisdom from our past challenges? Have we healed what seemed broken to our human being and restored it again by recognising that we are always whole beings? Have we seen beyond our human illusion what truly Is and accepted it? Have we stepped out of the “karmic” wheel to finally embrace our inner creator and start manifesting outcomes aligned with our soul?

This is a time to see everything from a wider perspective, not from a linear one, as it is only when we move beyond what seems real for us as humans that we can realize if what we manifested was of assistance to All, or if we still have to break free from old chains and start seeing all the limitations that we impose to ourselves with the excuse that they are necessary structures for us to live in this world.

Mercury, The Winged Messenger, will turn retrograde on April 9. As I always say, the human programmed fear about a Planet being retrograde is still present in a lot of people. When we embody a higher level of consciousness, when we inform ourselves properly – as out there exists a lot of false propaganda – we understand that within this wise and loving Universe, there is nothing ever retrograde, this is just an illusion from Earth, there is nothing ever in slow motion within this light Universe, there are just moments to be lived from within and moments to emerge again in a new form, with a new direction to follow.

When we see the Winged Messenger retrograde from our human perspective, we are simply invited to move within and obtain more clarity so we can be fully aware of what we are giving form to from the inside. We communed with the Higher aspect of ourselves, realising were we contracted instead of allowing expansion before we are ready to rise again – renewed – holding a wider perspective of our life experience.

Venus and Mercury retrograde, which is also ruled by Venus, will remind us of self-love and observe how we communicate with ourselves. It is not about what others think or say about us. Neither it is about how we communicate with others or what they understand, but about our internal dialogue toward ourselves that brings us down the most and make us think we are inferior or superior. This Venusian and Mercury retrograde period, to me is all about observing how we behave with ourselves, for this will make all the difference in how others treat us and how we also behave with them.

Do you keep telling others how much you love and appreciate them while you still see yourself unworthy of love and abundance? Do you still pretend loving yourself while you cover this with superficial things that make you feel someone you are not? Do you honor the individualized aspect that Source chose to experience through you? Do you nurture your physical body as something sacred, created with Divine perfection to serve you well in your human journey?

On April 11, we have a loving and balancing Full Moon at 21 degrees of Libra. This Moon comes to set the proper balance we need in both our physical and non physical reality, after all the eclipses’ turmoil as well as the intense purification phase in which we are immersed. Venus retrograde in Pisces will also be reigning this Moon, and as we also have the Wounded Healer, as I call him, Chiron in Pisces, it is a wonderful time to reconnect with our Divinity, feeling its loving and infinite embrace, while we keep healing the past wounds that we are still re-creating or giving power to, and that needs to be accepted and integrated instead of denied.

On April 19, with Venus already direct again, the Sun will enter into the earthly sign of Taurus. The second sign of the zodiac, ruled by Venus, offers us the gift to create our Heaven on Earth, connecting with nature, honoring our physical realm and enjoying who we are and our creations. Taurus will start opening the energetic gates for us to begin grounding ourselves as well as our desires in the physical. With Taurus comes our second initiation after Aries, into a deeper knowledge of how to manifest our desires from an energetic Plane into our dense world, teaching us our next lesson within the wheel of life, which is to master ourselves in the endless art of bringing things from our inner world into our human one.

Taurus, a sign that likes to see the rewards of all His efforts, invites us now to pay more attention to earthly matters, as they are the materialization of that which is within and that which sustains us in our lives, remembering that material things are also a part of our lives, we do not separate anymore, as instead, we choose to unify All as being equal within Creation and human life experience.

It is a time to create, to bring forth new desires now that we are about to enter into May. A time to be reborn just as nature does, as everything is giving birth to a new way of existing and so are we. We should stay open to receive all that we have been creating from within during all these months, and be patient, as everything has been already perfectly orchestrated for us to just have faith and trust that at Divine Timing, all that is meant to come into our lives, will come.

On April 20, Pluto the Planet of Regeneration and Power, will also turn retrograde. This is something that will assist us to put our attention into where we put our personal power, purpose and healing process too, as Pluto brings into the light our inner shadows and the aspects of the Self that need to be healed by inner transformation. Do you use your inner power to nurture yourself and others and be of assistance in all you can? Or do you give your power away, allowing others to control, manipulate and/or enslave you?

Do you give your power to your fears? Or do you control them, and choose Divine trust and faith above any other form of human illusions? Your power resides in the Now, in the capacity of BEing fully present in this moment. Your power goes where you put your love and precious intention to. Therefore, choose wisely whether you waste your Divine inner Force on meaningless things, or whether you use it to construct and create new outcomes that will assist All.

This earthly frequency will culminate on April 26, with a New Moon at 6 degrees Taurus, will act as a gateway – functioning as a bridge for us to ensure our new beginnings and goals into our physical lives. This Moon sets the proper energies for us to keep expanding and materializing all of our earthly needs and it invites us to ask ourselves if we are satisfied with the results of our inner creations, as well as allowing infinite abundance and new possibilities into our life experience, or on the contrary, if we still need to keep mastering ourselves to obtain the outcomes that are aligned with our highest Will. As always, the universe provides us with endless signs for us to realize where we are in our journey and the awareness to perceive, if we are allowing this infinite flow of abundance – and love – into our lives or if we are still restricting ourselves from it.

Venus will also move, as Mercury did on April 20, into the fiery sign of Aries, on April 28. Venus, who was in Intuitive Pisces, will find now in Fire, the courage to step out of its dreamy state while it resided in Pisces, to finally discern about the relationships that we have decided to maintain and keep co-creating with in our lives.  As when Venus was in ethereal Pisces, it dreamt about the new relationships it truly desired to manifest in this new phase but also, and even more together with Neptune, it could fall into old illusions and false idealizations. Now that Venus and Mercury are in the initiator, Aries, we are invited to ignite this inner spark of our true soul desires and set strong pillars that will support our relationships in the physical.

Finally, we end the month by having the second square between Saturn and Chiron on April 30. The first one of these squares took place on December 28, 2016. The third one will occur on November 2, 2017. When we have reached this phase of our ascension path, being honest is essential to keep dissolving everything that is still concealing the Truth. In a month with so many retrograde planets, and even more with Venus, having Saturn squaring Chiron, it is another cosmic reminder of loving and respecting ourselves as well as our truth.

If you are wishful to step into a New Cycle of conscious co-creation and a higher way of living, first you have to face and recognize your shadow self, accepting and embracing it as an equal part of who you are. You will only walk in integrity, in love and in service to All, when you first heal all the wounds that are yet whispering, inside yourself, to be brought into the surface, screaming in the corners of your heart, to be loved and begin to love yourself as much as you claim to love others.

When we walk the talk, we take the time to look within, becoming the observers of our own shadows, and instead of blaming everything and everyone of what is causing us suffering, accept what is found within, with responsibility, for we know that all arises from the depths of our being, and transforms all that is no longer aligned, through Divine love and compassion.

March Equinox 2017 ~ Stabilization, Resurrection & Personal Sovereignty ~ March 18, 2017

Beloved Ones,

In the last phase of this month, we find ourselves traversing the threshold that is leading us into a higher state of BEing and new ways of living in this New Cycle of our endless soul evolutionary path. For as you may already be feeling, our Planet, who has been bifurcating from old Earth for a while, is already relocating itself within a new dimension, entering into a higher space within this New Octave in which we have consciously decided to dwell.

It is during this Equinox that we will be infused with a new cosmic wave, for us to finally disengage from the old 3D frequency and its limitations. It is a time to clear old timeliness and begin to merge our frequency with that of New Terra, for the time to step into this New vibrational reality, out of space and time, is Now. This last wave, that began with the Eclipses, and that we are constantly integrating, will increase as we reach the Winter/Spring Equinox on March 20, in which, we are going to feel how our bodies also ask us for the proper stabilization, and care, after all these new codes that we are consciously embodying.

As a stabilizer, I especially feel, when in our duality realm, opposite energies collide from both, within and without in the macro that represents our inner Universe, urging us to unify before we fall into the trap of polarizing at this challenging-integration time. This season is also an opportunity for us to master our 3D personality and begin to deprogram ourselves from more half-truths that we still maintain within – due to our human need to process and understand everything, with our limited minds, instead of just accepting everything that occurs as It Is.

We will pass on March 20, from Dreamy and Intuitive Pisces to the Fiery realm of Aries. We have been working on purifying ourselves as well as our physical bodies while we dwelled in this healing Water sign, especially by also having Neptune and Chiron in this same sign -fulfilling our soul contracts as we prepare ourselves for a New Phase. For it is with Aries, the first sign of the zodiac, the Initiator, that we begin to navigate again by holding now a higher knowledge within this eternal spiral of Creation.

This Year, the Equinox will feel totally different from the ones who have been constantly doing our inner work, for it not just brings balance as it used to in the old Cycle, between different polarities, but as we have been working on transcending polarity, and our deep human sense of space and time, it also brings the frequencies that are meant to help us in the process of self-empowerment towards regaining our personal sovereignty, as we keep mastering our lower self.

This is what this Year Equinox shows us for me; the need to finally act with total integrity and spiritual sovereignty as we move into a free realm, within a new plane of existence, where taking full responsibility is essential, and where its higher frequencies, will simply repel the lower ones that we may bring from our lower self. For we are resurrecting into love-light beings as we keep dissolving more old layers of our 3D existence.

Deconstructing our 3D personality is not a one-day process, in which, we do a meditation/activation and we suddenly begin to feel as the masters that we truly are, in Essence. Deprogramming all that has been implanted to us since we were born, as visual programmed inputs, between many other forms of mind control, is not easy at all, and from my view, it is widely manipulated by some people who claim to pass through this process in a few days or that they can make you heal and release all these old implants – as if we could just let go of centuries of genetic manipulation/programming like this, to me, this is again the ego trying to interfere when it should remain observant.

As always, many of us are physically sensing the many challenges that ascending – into the physical – for the first time in Creation, has. We will be having strong sensations, in the places where we constrain ourselves the most. For some, due to the lack of self-love it can occur in their heart chakra as a form of anxiety – to release all the effort our lower self makes to impede our natural state of being – which is always one of total connection to All.

For others, who are afraid to express their true feelings and beliefs, they may notice strong sensations in their throat chakra and thymus. This is just a way our human body has to show us the places where we should dissolve all the negative implants, beliefs and emotional burdens that we still keep feeding. For the ascending souls, it may feel as a total state of peace and liberation, as we are now not afraid of letting it all go and embracing the unknown in whatever form it comes, for we know the unknown may not be familiar, but it is always pure, true and what we need at the moment.

The shamanic rebirth, as I call it, that we are experiencing at this season, or the resurrection and therefore metaphorical death of our lower self, is a natural process of what we came here to master. Complaining will not help, only becoming our own caretakers and fountain of love will help us during this long physical transformation. Listen to your body, as it talks to you constantly, know which frequency nurtures it, from the food you eat to the crystals you work with, and feel what resonates with your frequency and what dims it.

Remember that we all need assistance and confirmation, but not someone who does all this for us – for this is not assistance, but interference and ego. Begin to treat yourself as the master and healer that you are and that you came here to remember, instead of relying on outer forces – or beings – during this transition into your true crystalline essence, for this will only cause more separation from your God Self.

Get out into the sunlight, be bathed by its crystalline cosmic codes of soul remembrance. Integrate these higher frequencies with the conscious intention to burn everything that is not coming from an authentic place, everything that is a part of your 3D egoic personality and that is only impeding you to be who you are and fulfill your unique mission, for this light heals, purifies and loves All – dissolving as it is descends through your body, all the impurities we unconsciously create and that are not aligned with our Highest Will and true frequency.

All the unloved aspects of us that make us fall into the egoic trap that we are not enough, all the superiority issues that also makes us belief that we are more evolved than. All shall perish when we expose ourselves to the light of our Unified Self – Sol – for our Central Sun, is not just a mere ball of fire to give us light, which is just what we perceive with our human perspective, not necessarily what IS, but a conscious stellar body helping us to purify, reconstruct and remember our true essence as cosmic beings as well as the light within.

During this season, especially in some countries, such as Spain, where I live, this is going to be, if you are consciously in this ascension path or beginning to step into it, a precious time for you to discern about all these old implants that you carry within for eons about the true meaning of ascension, and that are not coming from a true place, for the collective has a strong religious sense, and its impact can be strongly felt at this time. I am not judging or criticising any religion in here, for we all are where we should be, experiencing what in the end will make us free, and I do not consider religion as being good or bad, but simply as something that should be experienced and that will help us grow and at divine time, as it was in my case, remember that the Truth has been long hidden for us.

My pure intention in this article, is to help you understand the cosmic blessing of this new light for those who are ready to begin this step of deprogramming themselves from centuries of conditioning and are eager to find the answers that have always been within them, they were just taught to search outside. At this season, where people honor, respect and literally apotheosized external figures, we have an opportunity to observe the self and ponder about our human need to idolize the outer and what we have been taught, as if these fixed patterns were going to save us.

It is essential, that we begin to honor whatever it is that represents our true inner beliefs and soul desires, by being conscious that the first representation of alive gods/goddesses are our own selves, for we did not come here to worship anyone or outer things, but the God Self that lies within and that sees it in others as well. To be able to deprogram ourselves from years and years of controlled mind manipulations, especially with religion, it is essential that we first become aware and set the intention to begin allowing our soul to integrate the lost knowledge that we have been covering with our human illusions, for once we set our pure intention to serve the Law of One and embody our sovereignty, the entire Universe begins to send us all we need to see the Truth.

The Christ Consciousness frequency is available for all of us, at all times. Through religion, we are taught that only when we sacrifice, change who we are as natural sinners, and become pure, that we can be forgiven and go to heaven when we die. The truth is that we were born perfect, and it is only when we are programmed by those who only serve the law of separation and practice satanism as their natural way of living, that we being to dis-empower the Divinity within – overshadowing it with our illusions of being evil and the need to do the impossible for being loved by God, when God loves us unconditionally no matter what we decide to experience.

This is an opportunity, to stand up in our power and remain centered within the Illuminated Truth and Presence of our soul, for it is there where true peace and love resides. It is time for consciously embodying this new wave and beginning to direct it for the proper reasons. To awake – the human in us – from this long sleep in which we allowed others to tell us who we are, what we should do, what we should not do and what is pure and what is not within us. For a long time the dark forces have tried and have succeeded, for all these programs caused fear in those who were beginning to awake, making them unable to follow their soul truths, if they did not coincide with the imposed ones. But at this time, we are being assisted to finally go out of our cocoon and being to manifest a higher reality.

Remember, beloveds, the Christ Essence is always within, for this is who we are – love-light compassionate beings since our cosmic Lyran Creators – the Elohims – began to create life within this Universe. We do not become Christed beings because others give us their absolution, for this concept about Christ has been too manipulated as well. We become what we truly are, and always were, when we deprogram our human limited beliefs, and being, and allow Higher truths as well as our True Essence naturally descend into our physical vehicles.

To dwell in the highest possible frequency, never give your power to anything or anyone, including the Angels, Archangels and all the Ascended Masters and other cosmic beings we used to call, for they want us to be empowered and take our sovereignty, instead of relying constantly on them. It is important to be humble and learn from those who have already mastered what we are working with at this time, but not if we give all our power and attention to these beings or outer forces, for we are then not creating our reality but allowing outer forces to dictate it.

Reclaiming spiritual sovereignty is essential to walk a life free from fears and unlove. For every time we give our power to our physical senses, others or outer conditions, we are acting as hopeless beings adrift. When we begin to walk a conscious path of soul integration and co-creation, we cannot do anything from a dis-empowered state of being, for when we act from this lower frequency, we cannot love, give and share from an authentic place, but from one of separation and confusion.

At this season, and always, commune with your Eternal Self – forever observing from a place of love and compassion all that the human is experiencing, whether we label it as positive or negative, for we already know nothing, in truth, contains a good or bad essence, it is all about our human interpretation. Recognize your power as a Divine Being, whose eternal light is now focused and descended into a physical body.

When you walk as a sovereign being, you remember the light within, you know that when this light is shared with selfless assistance and great respect to All, it expands and touches everything and everyone with grace and love. And when you give your precious inner power in excess, emptying yourself, it creates illusion, disempowerment and suffering. Yours is the free choice to use this inner Force given to you and that is You, wisely, knowing that no matter what you choose, your choice will always affect All.

Ascension Update ~ Embracing Our Ascension and Descension Micro Cycles ~ August 31, 2016

Beloved Ones,

We live in a constant dance of embracing and letting all go, as it is by emptying ourselves at every moment of what seemed to be ours in the previous one, that allows the New to enter. At this month, it is important that since the doorway opened by the New Moon in Aquarius we align ourselves with this pure abundant influx that will continue with the coming series of Eclipses. It is indeed a time to create, but it is also a time to free ourselves from old attachments, and we cannot do so if first we have not take the time to fully embody all the inner revelations and clarity that will make us discern about what it is that should be dismissed of our current path.

As ascending Souls, we are constantly choosing between different realities, deciding which one will benefit most to our true soul path and All and therefore doing what is necessary to anchor all of our inner visions in the physical and this is why it is important not to only focus on the external and into our human tendency to simply create things in the physical but also into moving within to envision the next steps of our journey from a higher place of wisdom and love to All.

The message of culmination, of releasing the old and finally cross into the other side of the bridge, welcoming a new way to live, will be reinforced during all this New Year by different sources, but as the Truth is only One, all of them will lead us to the same message – dissolving old ways of being and living that were just making us repeating the same old patterns and start anew. This message is also confirmed by the New Chinese Year of the Monkey, as well as by the 9 frequency that this whole Year holds. Remember, even if we, as humans, tend to create different dates for a New Year to begin, every moment is new and possesses infinite possibilities and miracles, and in the end, the truth is that there is only this Now moment to be embraced and lived.

As the creators and magicians that we are, we see beyond human veils and we know that when we identify ourselves with a certain archetype or label, we limit ourselves, losing our freedom, and allowing external forces to control who we are or what we do, as we choose to enslaved ourselves to fixed roles and old ways of doing things that impede our being to be in its natural state of flow and receptivity. This is why at this moment, is pivotal that you ask yourself if at the same time that you are focusing your intention on creating something new, you too are on releasing all the old versions of you that identify yourself with a certain aspect of who you used to be – remember that you are new, pure and wiser at every moment – or if you are yet choosing to remain attached to what is not real and henceis preventing you from creating the reality that is growing deep within your being but that is not yet reflected in your physical plane due to the fact that you are still holding onto the old.

Every time you focus your attention on an old feeling or thought, you are activating this same old frequency and re-creating the same old outcomes that are no longer One with who you are now, and this is what keeps you from living in the moment and embracing higher essences of your soul. It is not possible to be fully anchored in the new, while you still try to hold the remains of your old reality. It is not even about trying, it is not about chasing old dreams that are not meant to be just because your human being resists to get rid of the old. It is about releasing, emptying yourself and anchoring this new frequency without looking back, you do not have to try, you just have to do it with a pure intention and with the inner knowing that the Divine is guiding your at every single step of your unique and precious path.

We all desire to create and manifest in the physical, and this is perfectly understandable, as we came here to master the art of consciously co-creating in this dense plane as well as to keep expanding ourselves within the wisdom that other realms within Creation of existence offer us. But sometimes, what is important is not precisely what we desire to manifest, but to take the time to integrate all this cosmic knowledge that we are remembering now and in what way can wedirect it to assist All, before we could really keep giving birth to new creations.

The most important is not just to be constantly manifesting new beginnings and the material things we desire, as despite our human illusion of a permanent reality, we are always new at every single moment, and our creations even if similar to our human perception, are never the same. What truly makes a difference in our unique experience and being, is how we shift from within as we keep embodying higher essences of our True Self and aspects of the Truth. This is what makes the outer change, this is what makes everything new, not external forces, not others, not our visions, but the inner Essence of who we are that creates worlds, and this is where we also should focus our attention before becoming to eager to bring our desires into the physical.

During this month, we are being invited to realize that life is a constant dance between ascending and descending, as we are forever moving from within to without to just begin this eternal swing of opposites again, and it is our inner work to descend our higher essence into our physical vehicle so our human self can be illuminated by it, and not the other way around. Both are necessary and equals, as there is no separation between what we consider material and what is ethereal but the one we tend to create.

The unification of both is what we are going to be mastering during this month of February and as we step into the month of March, passing from manifesting and anchorour soul visions in the physical to travel between worlds in order to remembrance our union withour cosmic essence. As always, the Universe have a perfect time for All and if we learn how to dance within its macro-rhythms at the same time that we also flow with our micro ones, we will master the art of consciously co-creaitng in the physical, as we never create on our own, we all manifest in cooperation to All beings/forms of consciousness within Creation. By now, we are just asked to balance both sides of us, and at the same time that we enjoy the delight all we are creating, take some time as well to fully integrate all that we are receiving and experiencing.

The cosmos sends us this same message of freeing ourselves from a mental and emotional plane of old attachments and secure our inner creations in the physical with the Winged Messenger, Mercury, moving from Capricorn into Aquarius on February 13, together with Venus that will do the same a few days later on February 16! Mercury retrograde in Capricorn invited us to evaluate our earthly creations, as well as to take some time to move inward and to examine what aspects of ourselves were not aligned with our natural state of abundance and love in which we are supposed to live.

When Mercury will be in the Air sign of Aquarius, it will provide us with new and wonderful insights that we could use to improve our new projects in the physical and/or simply keep sharing our soul gifts from a total place of clarity and freedom into a new and totally different way. Mercury will also assist us in creating a better communication towards the self and others, as communication always begin within our own beings and the way we talk to ourselves. So this is an opportunity to dive deep into our mental plane and dissolve more old patterns of thoughts, realizing with clarity what is impeding us a major growth because we are still too attached to what no longer is serving our new life and soul desires.

On February 16, Venus, the Planet of Love and Abundance, will also be moving from Capricorn into Aquarius as well. While Venus was in Capricorn, reminded us to create stability into our earthly lives and relationships, as establishing strong pillars in our Divine reunions in the New based on integrity and equality, is essential to create authentic relationships, so they can flourish. With Venus in Aquarius, we are going to feel free, free to love, free to go into the direction of our true feelings without judging ourselves if we have to leave behind old companions or situations. And we are also going to pass from taking life so seriously to also enjoy life in a more relaxed and joyful way, remember that our true natural state of being is one of pure bliss for the mere joy of being alive at this wonderful time, we need no outer person or experience to activate this feeling oh joy and wholeness within, as this is who we truly are in Essence.

Remember Beloveds, there is a time to ascend and manifest and a time to move within and descend/ integrate all the new wisdom we have regained through the embodiment of the new energies as well as by soul remembrance. Honor your micro own cycles, no matter what you may observe in the outer, your ascension path is unqiue and so are You, and remember that the best guidance that can truly inform you of what it is time for you to do, is your inner and precious one.

A Note on The Current Energetic Shift on Earth, July 2016 ~ July 13, 2016

Beloved Ones,

As we keep releasing lower dimensional layers of the self, some of you will start feeling the “shadows” – within you – surfacing, as this New Light brings purification in all levels of our being, and in order to unify and heal, we too should embrace our other polarity as being equal, remember we are here to first unify both, not to judge them. It is pivotal that you treat yourself with unconditional love when you find yourself repeating old patterns, just observe, and as you become the eternal witness, you will remember how to let go of everything that is not your authentic God sovereign Self.

The more we choose to be in communion with our Soul/Unified Being and follow its Divine Will, the more that we will find out how the old and our past memories do not affect our present reality anymore, as we know that this is not who we have become and that we are now a different person, choosing a different timeline to navigate in. This is also represented by the Grand Water Trine that we will face on the Capricorn’s Full Moon on July 19, whose main aim is to assist us with its regenerative energies to heal and unify the lower layers of ourselves, who make us fall into blame and lack of self-respect and compassion towards ourselves and others when we heal our past memories always encoded within our body cells if we do not release them.

Remember Beloveds, as we continuously choose to embody higher essences of our True Self, increasingly we will cease to judge our past experiences, as we will see them as necessary to be the sovereign beings that we are becoming now. We could have learnt nothing, we could have never reached this state of being without all the challenges and divine gifts that we have passed and have been offered through these different past experiences. All the souls who touched our lives at the perfect time, all the situations our human self judged as “negative” were divine blessings – in disguise – for us to be where we are now.

Hence, at this turbulent time, when all seems to decay, whether it will be within you or whether you see it in the collective, it is when you especially have to remember that it is all giving birth to a new reality/timeline/dimension where the “death” of our lower dimensional selves – as we freely chosen it – are required for us to move forward and transform into the Christed/crystalline beings that we in Truth are.

In the collective, we are also viewing how they are awakening and choosing to move into a new timeline. It is not coincidence at all that Uranus, as well as Saturn/Neptune Squares who are playing a major role during all this Year are functioning as a catalyst for all these changes to occur – as they are representing the break of an old paradigm and the rise of a new one based on integrity and devotion to All within Divine Love and respect.

As we all keep choosing to diverge into our own timeline, and as the collective do it as well, we may see different options of what reality we would like to finally manifest. As we keep descending higher aspects of our soul, we will finally obtain more clarity about the one that resonates best with where we are and with where our soul’s role is needed.

For others, who are still in the process of healing this may take more time and you may find more difficult to consciously build your own timeline. Be patient with yourselves, focus your most pure intentional desire on where you truly desire to be in the next phase of your journey, trust and recognize that all the pain should be embraced, accepted and understood by what it is – a human illusion of separation, based on the limited belief that something or someone belongs to us and its subsequent feeling of abandonment when they leave, as well as the false belief that they have hurt us, when in truth, no one has ever done anything to us but help us remember that our original pain comes from separation from Source and its infinite love.

For some Starseeds, whose main role is to stabilize and function as New Earth Anchors, I share from my own experience, otherwise I could not talk about what I do not experience – be totally compassionate with yourselves, when we stabilize, whether in our dream state or during the daytime, it is not easy to assist the collective move forward into a new timeline without getting caught into its density,

Helping clearing and shifting the lower 3D layers of Earth, remember that Gaia is an organism in itself as well, it is not easy, as we tend to deal with other entities, whose purpose is not to precisely allow us to move into a Higher Octave. Therefore, daily inner work and purification is essential as we also have our own challenges and personal journey and it could be harder to deal with all.

Focus on your unique role, when all seems to fade away, focus on your inner Light who will help you to remember to claim your sovereignty and stay always in the luminescent presence of your Soul, which is what will keep you centered in your heart instead of all the illusions and misuse of these lower dimensions/entities. We no longer participate in this, we simply shine our Light/Presence when needed and let the outer noise and distractions vanish as we keep choosing to shine.
