Beloved Ones,

Let us have discourse on the quality of love known as truth. A person who embodies the quality of truth within them always appears to others exactly as they are and are honest in all the things they say and do. They stay true to the integrity of their spiritual being and divine essence. They are open and transparent and are without pretence. They know that if they want the best results in any given situation, they must be completely truthful. The greatest quality at work in a person’s life is the quality of truth. Applying one’s personal value of truth not only has the magnificent power to ennoble and uplift one’s life, but can also attract beneficent responses from life as well. When people are being truthful and honest with one another, they embody a general belief in the practical values of integrity, decency, and virtue. The truth becomes their own knowledge base and they will feel it clearly inside of them without the need of either thinking or meditating about it. Their inner voice is the unerring connection between their spirit and the light of truth and they perceive clearly in every moment of their life what is or is not in harmony with Creator’s natural laws and therefore, that which is for their highest good.

The principle of truth is the guiding light of consciousness in its search to become aware of reality and its manifestations. By choosing truth over falsehood and deception, one aligns themselves with divine reality and the spiritual flow of life. By being true to themselves and to the divine qualities, they radiate light for all to see. Being true to self means staying in a centered and grounded place, by honoring one’s self in everything they do. Truth is about having the courage to say what one means, to mean what one says, do what they love, and love what they do, in all things. It is being true to their values no matter what others might think of them. Being in truth means practicing outwardly what one’s inner self knows intuitively. They have discovered that truthfulness is a liberating, joyful and empowering experience and that truth comes from love and a willingness to honor the importance of each relationship they have with others, and especially the one they have with themselves.

One’s truthfulness promotes the same in others. It empowers everyone and gives them permission to be truthful themselves. When people share honestly with each other about their feelings and their needs, everyone is more likely to have their needs met. Truly happy people are committed to positive living. They strive to have true knowledge of their strengths and weaknesses and to know what they really want. They strive for authenticity and accurate personal evaluation so that they live in a state of integrity with themselves. Living truthfully is a life long process, as each person gradually comes face to face with themselves and makes the choice to face the things about themselves that could use some ‘work’, to look at their behavior honestly, and to do what is right for themselves. As they experience the liberation and empowerment of living truthfully, they learn to make their corrections immediately and with increasing grace and ease, and in the process they become happier and whole.

Nothing is more powerful than the truth. Truth should be the foundation of all of one’s beliefs. One can do their part by setting a good example, and by having the courage to be truly honest with themselves and with others. By doing those things and being exactly who they are, one is going to be happier and will attract the kind of people they want in their life’s experience. When they live their truth they gain a sense of self confidence, their life flows harmoniously and they simply ease into their life’s work. Their thoughts, actions and words are all in alignment with who they actually are and where they see themselves going. They are living their life purposely using their natural talents and skills. In living their truth, there are no pretences. Everything they do reflects the choices they make. Living their life authentically is challenging because it demands a continuous expansion of their horizons but the rewards of this effort is worthwhile. In the process of living a more authentic life, connecting with their truth and following their calling, their life becomes more meaningful and genuine.

The simplest way to live one’s truth is to leave the expectations of others behind and live the way one feel’s is most worthwhile. The more one knows their authentic self, the better they can understand the world around them as well. They develop a deeper understanding of other people, the human condition, and the world. One feels purposeful and joyful when they do something that lifts others up. And the joy they feel in serving contributes to the happiness of those around them. By practicing habits of service in small ways in one’s life within one’s own family such as spending more time with their children, or doing something surprising for their spouse, this leads to a feeling of happiness within. By seeking out and practicing actions and habits that one knows makes them feel good inside; one is being truthful to themselves. These aware individuals make a habit of viewing each day as a gift, with themselves as the happy recipient who gets to enjoy it to the fullest. They experience a state of truly sustainable inner peace.

May you take the leap and go toward that which nurtures, sparks and helps bring you toward your true power and aliveness.

Beloved Ones,

The way before you has burgeoning potential and possibility. Those of you who have persistently done the work of the initiate on the path of light will now begin to reap the rewards. These rewards come as the blossoming of new gifts of the spirit. These gifts lay waiting within you to be discovered, explored and developed. Many of you are beginning to have lucid dreams in which you take control and then direct as you desire. This is a sign of one who is awake and aware of their true presence, one who is a Master of Self. No longer are you floundering in confusion about whom or what you are. You KNOW that you are a being of light and that you CHOSE to be here on Earth expressly for these times that are now upon you. You will be finding it much easier to implement your plans, goals and projects, those which have been put on hold until now. You will be amazed at the rapidity with which these now manifest into the world.

You are now finding yourselves able to focus and stay the course as you begin and complete the projects that have been on hold. Each of you has at least one gift to share with the world in whatever form it takes. You must believe in yourselves no matter how strange or outlandish the creative ideas that come into your mind seem. Open yourselves to the new ideas that come into your consciousness. Write these ideas down immediately with the date you received them. Make a point of reviewing your journal at least once each week in order to refresh your memory. Sometimes, more information will come into your mind as you read and review your notes. Record this information also. Then begin to watch for the synchronicities as they appear in your everyday life, as your guides and angels come in to assist you to bring the ideas into manifestation. You must ask for this assistance each day and be willing to follow through on the information that comes to you.

The collective field of human consciousness has been upgraded with the higher energy that has been coming into the Earth’s atmosphere. This is causing much turmoil within those who have no idea what is taking place in the cosmos. Their lives feel as though they are being turned inside out and upside down and they are striving to understand why this is so. These people are turning to the internet to search for the answers and they are finding the places of light, love and inspiration that have been created by those of you who are aligned with your divine mission and purpose and who have prepared these online beacons in order to assist the seekers to find their way. Your centers of light will henceforth be seen and sought by an increasing amount of awakening people. Your greater role upon the planet is now unfolding. As an ambassador and emissary of the Creator, your task is to shine your light as an example to the rest of the world. Your inner light must be more visible in your outer manifestation in all areas of life.

These times call for greater responsibility from each of you as you strive to uphold the higher vision of the world you desire to create and sustain. You it is who is creating it! There is no one else, only those such as you who are willing to stand in your light and in your truth and daily BE it! So we ask you to continue to be the path cutters and the trail blazers; now is not the time to rest on your laurels. You have graduated, you have passed the tests of initiation and now your work begins in earnest. We promise that it will be work that is filled with ever expanding joy, peace and happiness than you have ever experienced before. When each person is operating from the higher dimensions, life just seems so much easier, more fulfilling, more expansive and more enriching in all facets of daily living. Do whatever is necessary in order to implement and sustain this higher state of being.

By daily grounding your light and the cosmic light into the center of the Earth, you are assisting everyone to reconnect with their higher version of themselves. As this reconnection becomes more frequent and prominent, a greater degree of awakening will result and the entire collective field of humanity is empowered to carry greater light and knowing within it. As the very waves of the Earth’s atmosphere carry this empowering energy, all the inhabitants upon the Earth become upgraded to a higher frequency through the process of osmosis. What happens to one person truly does happen for all. The more of the world’s people that can live in a state of joy and maintain and sustain this state of being, the more enabled and empowered everyone on the planet becomes. The entire potential in the world’s population is uplifted to a higher level of functioning and the old ways of doing things and perceiving things will no longer work. This is when inspired creativity will flourish within each human heart and humanity will begin to live as originally intended upon this planet.

Beloved Ones,

Each of you is going through a process of self evaluation and re-evaluation. You are looking at all the patterns such as addiction and noting which ones need to be replaced with something that is more conducive to the path that you are on. In all things, it is a matter of balance, not necessarily the need to give up something that you enjoy indulging occasionally, just becoming aware that you have the detachment necessary to walk away when it is time. The energy downloads are bringing up areas that you might not necessarily have wanted to look at objectively to this point. Love is the answer in these instances, the understanding and compassion for one’s underlying needs that want to be acknowledged and met. The concepts of right and wrong, judgement and criticism, blame and shame – these are all human perceptions that have been assimilated into your thought processes from the time you came into this world as an innocent and wide open child, ready to experience all the wonders of life on this planet in all of its many variations.

The prospect of giving up those things that stand in the way of full integration with your higher aspects is daunting. This is where end point visualization on that which you wish to experience is most helpful for you and this can be done many times each day. It will help you to remember your higher purpose as you continue to progress in the mastering of the elements that comprise the human experience. As you work upon the refinement of duality, let it not become so weighty that you lose your perspective. Make time and take the time, for frequent breaks from your dedicated efforts. When you do this you come back refreshed, revitalized and regenerated, filled with renewed enthusiasm and passion for your projects and goals. The fire within you that aspires to greatness of spirit and creation burns brightly once again and moves you forward on your noble quest in the search for higher meaning in life.

Enjoy the benefits of all that you’ve created and relish it. You know that you can create more and you’ve learned how to give and are now learning to receive and keep the flow of energy moving through your life. Appreciate all that you have manifested into your life and seek to be in balance with all of it. Celebrate life and all the infinite potential that each new day brings to you, on all the wonders that you are given. You have everything you need to be happy and fulfilled and there is always more than one option available to you in moving forward. You simply need to look from a different angle and perspective to discover new possibilities for your life. As you open your mind and heart, you’ll see the unlimited potential that resides within you.

The next step on your journey is the surrendering of your human will to the divine will in a greater heart opening. Trust all that is unfolding even as you experience all the emotional and physical occurrences that take place. Allow the universe to nurture and support you and feel its loving energy to flow through and embrace you. Observe your mind and the words that you say about yourself. Make it your objective to become your own greatest ally and friend. Be as kind and forgiving of yourself as you are of others who are also going through their own initiatory experiences. As one who is here on Earth to give assistance to others, loving yourself with compassion and nurturance is one of the greatest soul lessons on the journey of physical incarnation. If you do not have your own needs met then it is most difficult to give of yourself in service to others.

As you release all that no longer serves and nurture yourselves, you are creating the space for your inner abilities, gifts and power to awaken within you. Feel into these as you become aware of them and begin to experiment in the utilization of them. Allow your inner light and goodness to shine as your inner treasures and gifts of spirit come into your awareness. The energy downloads are assisting with this process of uncovering what lies within you. It is important to stay grounded and clear. Keep your daily life as simple and uncluttered as possible and give yourselves quiet time.

How could I let Sunday go by without posting the latest Hilarion article? Well, I can’t miss out on Hilarion’s latest because it is SO important for me…and you…to read! Today, Hilarion, as channelled through Marlene Swetlishoff, recognizes the growing ability of Lightworkers to hold and amplify the Light sent to Earth from on high. “Lightworkers around the world are holding and anchoring the Light like never before!”

And now Lightworkers realize more than ever that holding the Light in actuality means developing the art of self-love! Lightworkers around the world are holding and anchoring the Light like never before! Each person is endeavoring to nurture themselves each day by doing kindnesses unto themselves, little rewards that make them feel acknowledged and seen. You are all learning that self love is a necessity in order to move forward on your spiritual path. Love of self is a vital component in one’s overall spiritual development and it keeps a person in balance and in harmony, both within themselves and in the world around them. As the distractions of the outer world continue to bombard the senses, this practice keeps one steady and grounded. Never forget how wonderful you are and that you are deserving of all the good in the world.

Most of you have been receiving more downloads from the cosmos and this will require the usual integration and assimilation. There is more focus now on moving forward by contemplating that which brings you joy and that which brings out your passion. Much of this has been contemplated upon for many months and now it shall become much easier to implement. Through your alchemical work you have been learning how to wield your power in loving and constructive ways and this will only improve in the days ahead. You will feel a renewed sense of peace, joy, and creativity and for the wonders of life here on Earth. You will be putting your skills, wisdom and knowledge to good use in ways that expand the possibilities in your lives.

You have all been letting go of past regrets, sorrows and patterns which are no longer useful on your spiritual journey. Some of these have been deeply ingrained in your subconscious and these new energy downloads are allowing the final release, bringing a sense of renewal and of new beginnings. Life is always changing and unfolding in alignment with the higher will of your soul. Everything that you experience is designed to help you expand your awareness in order that you can embrace greater levels of love and wisdom. Every experience you have had, has lead you to become the wise, loving and compassionate person that you are in this moment of now. It was and is all good, for it is now the time for positive transformation and for profound changes to occur.

You all have the ability to materialize your dreams, both for your personal world and for the greater world around you. You are asked to believe in yourselves, to have confidence and not let anything stand in your way. See every experience as a learning experience and that each one adds to your mastery of self. There are exciting new pathways opening for you and it is your time now to shine. This requires an open heart so that you will see the unlimited potential that resides within you. All that you would love to create, manifest and achieve is now within the realm of possibility; all that is required is to remain true to yourself and trust that your ideas and inspirations are divinely guided.

You have the ability to mentally and emotionally rise above all that you encounter in life. From a spiritual perspective, there are no mistakes in life. By accepting all of who you are, exactly as you are, you will see your life magically and wonderfully transform in divine synchronicity and order. The strength and commitment you have shown for so long will serve you well. Continue to listen to the guidance which comes from your own soul. Oh my! Hilarion comes to us today, channelled through Marlene Swetlishoff, giving a message with urgent advice on how to hold the light. “The new epoch is being created by your adherence to the highest ideals that you can envision and hold as your focus.” From the tone of this message, I’d say that “events” are not far from happening here on Planet Earth!

Hilarion consistently gives us advice on how to fine-tune ourselves in order to offer more effective vibrations for our coming transition into higher realms of light. Advice on physical exercise, drinking water, more frequent meditations and simply letting “… your light shine, to let your goodness and purity of heart shine, to let your deep love of the Creator shine.” is given because the time is NOW folks.

We call upon all lightworkers in the world to hold the vision high of the new Earth made manifest. We ask that you discipline yourselves to not be distracted or sidetracked from your purpose by the created illusions that beset the world during these times. You all have ability to discern what is real and true and to create what you desire to experience and this is where your attention should be focused. Peace is a reality if you can bring this into your own experience. From this, it flows outward into the world around you and has an exponential effect on everyone and everything. The new epoch is being created by your adherence to the highest ideals that you can envision and hold as your focus. The key here is to identify with your divine origins on a daily basis and act as the daughter/son of the Divine.

One does not have to be a magician, one has only to believe in their own goodness and integrity and uphold it. Leave others to choose their own way. It is by personal example that the wayshowers inspire and uplift their brethren. It becomes necessary to uphold the higher virtues and qualities of conduct now. Others around you will see, sense or feel these emanate from within you, they then have the human templates and examples of the divine human that they can become inspired by and emulate in their own lives. It is time to let your light shine, to let your goodness and purity of heart shine, to let your deep love of the Creator shine. Decree daily the light that you are and do not falter in this practice. It is necessary to add this field of protection around you as a shield or sphere of light.

Spend as much time as you can on activities of light in the form of mantras, prayers, invocations and decrees in order to constantly increase and maintain your higher vibration. Spend time in nature to connect and ground yourselves into the Earth and let the cosmic energy flow through you in balance and harmony. Keep the activities of your life as simple and uncomplicated as possible for this helps you to remember your reason for being here on Earth during these times. Daily communion with the Divine is essential. By this we mean that time spent in solitude and silence is very important to help with the integration of the higher energies and downloads that are now occurring. Do everything that you know that helps keep you in equilibrium and stability, so that you do not lose your way.

Focus on creating the feeling and state of joy, for this state is a higher vibration that one can easily create by focused intention. There are many experiences that each of you had in the past that can be tapped into in order to bring this state to you in your moment of now. Make a list each morning of all that you are grateful for and again before your bedtime. Do this daily, as this practice brings more than you can conceive to you. If you are experiencing challenges and difficulties, you must train yourselves to retain these practices of giving gratitude until they become second nature to you. As energy alchemists, you turn all that comes into your experience into a higher and lighter energy. You already do this each day and it only needs your conscious awareness of it in order to give it more power.

Again we remind you of the need for adequate hydration by drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily. The increased energy downloads may make you feel tired and depressed. You can assist your endocrine system with supplements such as the herb Maca, which is a natural way to regulate and support endocrine health, for it regulates metabolism, energy levels, and helps the glands to produce the vital hormones that create a sense of health and well-being. Eliminating processed foods and replacing with raw and unprocessed foods as much as possible can help, as well as learning relaxation and deep breathing techniques. Exercise for at least half an hour each day, even if you must break that time up into 10 minutes, three times per day. Moving your body parts are essential to keep the energy downloads moving through you. One hour of sleep before midnight is equal to two hours of sleep after midnight and your adrenal glands are rejuvenated by this practice. These are some of the ways to give practical assistance to your physical body during these times.
