Could it be that you and I are NOT the same person we were only a year ago? Sure…many will say that of course we we are different, time changes everything! But the change I AM alluding to is the difference in how you think…in what you think. Are you still unconscious and not aware of humanity getting ready to become far, far more than we are just now?

As we exist in these crazy times, I AM learning to be kinder, gentler, and to not fight an issue, but rather…go more with the flow of life. Many things that used to hold importance for me (like shoes!) really don’t meant that much now as I AM just happy to BE!

I see so many still keep “trying” to deal with their realities the “old ways”. Still trying to medicate, still applying old beliefs, still trying to fix something they believe is broken, instead of stepping back and observing… and I mean TRULY OBSERVING, from a multitude of different perspectives…..

EXPEDITED COLLAPSE MODE means that the old ways don’t work anymore… the old participation AS AN UNCONSCIOUS BEING will not work…. and that things MUST continue to collapse UNTIL ONE BECOMES CONSCIOUS to SEE things a DIFFERENT WAY…

Higher Consciousness means that you stop….. just stop….. step back, pull away…. OPEN UP FULLY to listen, expand your vision, CONNECT FROM INSIDE….

You are not trying to FIGHT AN OUTSIDE SOURCE… you are to stop supporting it, participating in it, allowing it, feeding energy into it….

Your physical body has to go through an entire TRANSFORMATIONAL PROCESS… where all separation, all that was suppressed, all compromise, all lack of love, all lack of connection, all beliefs of victimhood must be physically released and cleared. It is through the transformation of your own beliefs, mentalities and understandings that things get easier…. It is through your LOVE, ACCEPTANCE and CARE for your physical body that it is ALLOWED TO UPGRADE WITH GREATER EASE……..

Even in the most “least-separated-being”, this is a beyond challenging process of evolution back. Total re-programming of ones entire existence….

Where one was deep asleep as a human, there was much suppression, much compromise, much separation from SELF AS SOURCE…. and there will be MUCH sleep, de/re-programming, much observation and REVERSAL of the old ways necessary all along the way…. The amount of LOVE necessary to bring the physical body through for ASCENSION is beyond anything our human can comprehend. The amount of opening up, the amount of listening, dedication and CARE….

We awaken as we sleep, amnesia comes and goes as the beyond thick veils dissipate/are removed. We REMEMBER when we pull away, get out in nature, connect fully…. without any distortions in the way. We TUNE to a higher frequency, we embody as we HOLD THE HIGHER VIBRATIONS ALL OF THE TIME, not just here and there when it’s convenient… we have to do it when it’s most inconvenient and uncomfortable, for this is the point.

If you “treat” your body, your reality, your life as if it is broken, then you are the one that breaks…. for breaking points are necessary to break our own stubborn and “not-listening/not-honoring” programs….

Compromise of the soul for the convenience of holding onto unconscious human fear, lack, limits, beliefs and ways of being… this is what is no longer acceptable in these higher vibrational bandwidths here. Each must look at themselves and their own mentalities and SEE what they are still “trying to do” the old ways, where they PERCEIVE it’s the “easy way” or the way it is…. These are habits (old programs). SELF RESPECT, SELF LOVE, SELF CARE…… supporting your body, supporting your spirit, supporting your own physical needs from a higher state of consciousness… and finding a way that assists the body in naturally repairing itself, rebuilding itself, re-juvenating itself, re-viving itself…. through introducing LIFE, LIGHT, LOVE into your every moment of your day….

The physical body breaks down when it’s been neglected (not listened to), forced to eat that which interferes with what it tries to tell you it needs, forced to hold vibrations of lack, compromise and “I’m not important”….. The physical body is your vessel and it responds to what you DO to/for it…. how you look at it, how you see it, how you feel about it, how you perceive it…. When it shuts down, it’s SCREAMING for love, attention and something you are not listening to and it’s trying with every bit of energy it has to tell you what it needs in order to do what it already knows…….. It is intelligent. Do you listen, see and honor? Or do you DO what you “think” or want instead………..

Observe your beliefs about everything, your mentalities, where you function from, what you do…………. When where you come from changes, everything changes…. For when it’s truly from inside of you, from the depths of your own soul, as a Higher Self…. you will do differently than when you are in your head and listening to everything else….. ♥

In these increasingly challenging times (vibrations), you may have to “get by” until you can do something different, for the compromise and suppression before was so great. Start somewhere. Start feeding love into your body…. It will understand that you do care, it will relax and start to release all of the pain, trauma and programs held for eons… this can be very painful for those who have much to clear.

Photonic/higher light activations target everything in the body that’s got to upgrade, stimulate the nerves, stimulate the pain centers, stimulate everything that was dormant and asleep. Every aspect of you as to FEEL FULLY AGAIN and everything you didn’t want to FEEL before, it’s coming up and out (or down and out, as it leaves the body). The energy has to be released somehow. Are you assisting or avoiding, opening up or suppressing, listening or ignoring. This will dictate the actual experience that you have here.
