You Are Continuously and Lovingly Watched Over by Those in the Spiritual Realms ~ December 26, 2018

As humanity prepares for the grand awakening – andΒ everyoneΒ on Earth at presentΒ is preparing,Β even if unaware of doing so – Christmas is an excellent time to report on the progress already made, and on what you can do to increase the power and intensity of the already made collective decision to awaken.Β  This will assist others, who are still deeply asleep, to feel or become aware of the nudges they have been receiving to move them forward toward awakening.

Truly, your awakening is to be an absolutely amazing and exhilarating event.Β  Nothing like it has ever before occurred on Planet Earth.Β  The vast majority of humans on Earth at present, even those who are spiritually inclined and are holding the intent to live loving and compassionate lives, have no idea that an awakening of such enormous significance is shortly to uplift them into a state of joyful astonishment.Β  And even those who have been consciously working for it as light-workers, star-seeds, spiritual teachers, and way-showers for most of their lives, have lingering doubts and anxieties about the validity of the divine promise that humanity’s awakening is to occur β€œvery soon.”  They want it, and deep within themselves theyΒ knowΒ it will come about, andΒ yetΒ they doubt.Β  And their doubts are sometimes strengthened by their conversations with others who are also waiting expectantly.

The word β€œsoon” has been mightily overused during the last couple of decades in order to encourage people to trust that it is about to happen, and because, there being no time as such, it has in fact already happened.Β  Therefore, for all of you living within the limitations of physical form and linear time, and although you continue to remain unaware of it, itΒ is a done dealΒ that has already occurred!Β Β Nevertheless, the persistent use of that word has at times caused anger and resentment to arise.Β Β And this is, of course, because itΒ seemsΒ that the awakening is no nearer than it was maybe thirty years ago, and it most certainly has not happened for humanity in form.Β  But enormous progress has occurred during the last thirty years, purely because those of you working so diligently to bring it to fruition haveΒ neverΒ ceased to hold and maintain the intent to bring it on.

So, although the word β€œsoon” has been much overused to motivate you and ensure that everything unfolds as divinely planned, it has been most effective,and your awakening isΒ preciselyΒ what is happening now!Β  The news of economic, political, and geophysical events unfolding, and that are disturbing and upsetting so many, is a clear sign for you all of the incredible changes that are occurring, changes thatΒ needΒ to occur in order for you to surrender to the Will of Love, of Source, of Mother/Father/God, as you realize that your human intelligence lacks the wisdom and ability to resolve the issues that seemingly threaten to bring you to a state of self-destruction, in which you also further severely damage Planet Earth.Β  Issues that have arisen purely because of that ineptitude, and because of humanity’s fear-driven egoic self-centeredness, and which you have been attempting to solve through the eons-old game of β€œblame and shame” which has always led to conflict, andΒ neverΒ to lasting resolution.

The light of pure unconditional Love, that so many have been demonstrating, and which the ongoing flow of the Tsunami of Love has intensified, is dispelling the darkness in many places, whileΒ brieflyΒ intensifying it in a few areas where it is being gathered up for final dissolution.Β  There is only Love/Light/Source/God/ Consciousness/Reality, and all that is not in alignment with this is unreal and will not last, and cannot last.Β  Love, Reality is, to use an analogy, like the sky, permanently there always, and without interruption, and the darkness is like storm clouds that hide it briefly until the storm blows itself out.Β  Storms are like the disagreements or conflicts between individuals, groups of people, or, on a larger scale, nations.Β  Sometimes they are small and minor, and sometimes they are enormously powerful and destructive.Β  But theyΒ neverΒ last, they pass.Β  The sky, like Reality is always there, and it is against the backdrop of the sky that storms arise, intensify, and then dissipate.

The illusory game in which you are currently all engaged will dissipate when you awaken, and you will find yourselves under sunny skies, shining brilliantly upon you and your environment, and amplifying the beautiful colors of the heavenly environment into which you find that you have awoken.

You all chose to be here now to assist in this wonderful process, and you all have all the support and all the tools that you need to do so.Β  You are continuously and lovingly watched over by those in the spiritual realms who are, in every moment, available to provide you with the guidance and energy you need in each moment as it arises.Β  All that you have to do is toΒ acceptΒ whatever arises.Β  Because whatever arisesΒ hasΒ alreadyΒ arisenΒ when you become aware of it, there is no point in regretting it, or attempting to undo it.Β  You can only move forward by dealing with it, without anger or negative judgment, which only distract you from what you need to do in the moment, even sometimes persuading youΒ notΒ to do what needs to be done.

So, to strengthen your sense of purpose to assist in humanity’s awakening process in whatever way you have chosen to assist – you allΒ chose,Β prior to incarnating, the way in which you could best assist in this most wonderful process – make sure to go within regularly to realign with your real Self.Β  And you strengthen that sense of purpose to continue with your holy task by means of your daily, or more frequent visits to your inner sanctuary where you can relax into the Love residing there permanently, and actuallyΒ feelΒ the Love as it embraces you when you allow It to.Β  It is the strength, the power, the infinite field of energy that flows through you in every moment, unless you block it by allowing yourselves to be distracted by fear, the weak negative energy which can only very slightly divert you from the path of Love you have chosen to follow.

And remember: Call on me!Β  I am always available and always answer those who call on me.Β  I love you to call on me and I love to support you because you are all my beloved sisters and brothers.Β  Let go of any and every sense of unworthiness that might arise when you think of calling on me, because I am there for everyone of you, and I can assure you thatΒ no oneΒ is unworthy.Β  You areΒ allΒ divine beings created in the perfect likeness of our heavenly Father, so unworthiness is utterlyΒ impossible.

Saul ~ Self-Judgment, Recrimination and Blame ~ July 14, 2018

All the apparent ongoing chaos in the world most definitely does have a purpose and that is to encourage and nudge humanity to move forward enthusiastically along the path to awakening.Β  In this context moving forward means to recognize and become fully aware of all the β€œstuff” that no longer serves you, and then to very consciously intend to release it.Β  The recognition is easy, but the releasing can be very demanding, especially when people attempt to deny and disown what comes into their awareness in this fashion because it is seen as unacceptable, unreal, and shamingly painful.Β  No one enjoys becoming aware either of their inadequacies or of their unkindness in their relationships, and yet there is no one who is free of words or actions that have been driven by these attitudes or behaviors.

However, this β€œstuff” is, in truth,Β unreal!Β  Yes, you have memories and awareness of it, but it is part of the unreal game that you have been engaged in for eons, and you need only release it.Β  There is absolutely no need to go into self-recrimination, negative self-judgment, and blame for the words or actions you engaged in that were unloving.Β  Instead, forgive yourselves, and accept that in that moment, in the moment when you engaged in these words or actions, you were doing what you thought was best – even if almost immediately afterwards you realized that this was not so.Β  Negative self-judgment, recrimination, and blame closes you off from the Love that is your true nature, keeping you in the game where it seems that you are separated from Source, and thus draining your energy and exhausting you.

The releasing is not easy because you keep on remembering, reliving, and judging yourselves for stuff that occurred in the past.Β Β It’s over!Β  There is only now, so all that you need do is forgive yourselves, love yourselves, and accept that you are, and always have been Love – an aspect or part of Source that is pure, perfect, and unchanging – just as you were created.Β  Holding onto guilt – constant negative self-judgment – as so many do, just drains your energy, exhausts, and depresses you, and itΒ serves no useful purpose!Β Β What God creates is perfect and remains perfect, and God in infinite Love and Wisdom created you.

Therefore go within, to your holy inner sanctuary, andΒ openΒ yourselves to the Love that resides there willing and desiring only to embrace you in every moment.Β  As you allow Love to embrace you any feelings of guilt and unworthiness will fall away, and you will experience the knowing, the absolute certainty that you are totally lovable, and that you are indeed loved unconditionally and unreservedly just as you are.

As that knowing arises into your awareness your need to judge will fall away to be replaced by an intense sense of love and compassion for all of life, and peace and contentment will permeate your being.Β  Of course, as humans still in form and having to deal with daily life, events and situations will continue to arise that upset or disturb your inner peace.Β  This is why it is absolutely essential that you go within daily to access the Love that is your true nature and reset your intent to be only loving whatever arises.Β  This does not mean that you are in any way responsible for making others happy, or that you have to go against your intuition or inner knowing in order not to upset them.Β  To be only loving means to act with honesty and integrity, and to see through the masks of anger, resentment, bitterness, and even hatred that others wear, to the loving being they truly are but are afraid to reveal because of the pain and suffering they are undergoing.

As you are well aware there is an immense amount of pain and suffering throughout the world, and your task – the receivers of this and similar messages – is to provide the safe spaces into which those who are suffering can relax and feel the love and acceptance that they so desperately passion.Β  Unloving behavior arises when people feel threatened, attacked, or unworthy and unacceptable, because to experience these feelings is terrifying, and so they feel the need to erect a protective barrier around themselves to shut out the pain.Β  If that does not work for them they may well attack others, verbally or physically, because in that state of intense pain they feel an intense and irresistible urge to project it out onto others thus, as they see it, freeing themselves and enabling them to survive.

There are very few among you who have not experienced this need at some time in your lives, so youΒ canΒ understand that when someone attacks it indicates that they are in pain.Β  And of course when you feel under attack strong emotions arise within you encouraging you to counter-attack.Β  However, with the enormous assistance available to you from the spiritual realms, you can choose not to react, and instead pause momentarily, and then reset your intent to be only loving.Β  When you do this the emotional tension in the situation eases, and then whatever has arisen can be peacefully resolved.

Remember, you are not your emotions, your feelings, or your reactions, you are a beloved child of God.Β  Those intense sensations are part or aspects of the human condition, and when they arise they are offering you lessons that you elected to experience when you were so wisely planning your life paths before this incarnation.Β  There are no accidents or coincidences.Β  Accidents and coincidences are just occurrences that you, as limited by the restrictions that being human entails, were unable to either foresee or imagine, and which cause surprise, sometimes extreme surprise, when they occur in your lives.

So, to reiterate yet again, it isΒ absolutely essentialΒ for your well-being as humans that you go within daily, to that holy inner sanctuary, and there remake the intent to open your hearts to the Love that resides there, the Love that is your true nature, so that you experience Its warm embrace.Β  Doing so strengthens and comforts you, reawakens your awareness that there is only Love, Source, Mother/Father/God from Whom you areΒ never,Β even for an instant, separated.Β  Then you can go forth into your day with confidence,Β knowingΒ that you have the ability to deal with whatever arises because you are not alone, but are constantly supported by all in the spiritual realms.

Saul ~ Cooperation is Love in Action ~ June 14, 2018

In many parts of the world humanity is presently in a state of turmoil as all the buried or denied issues that people have been avoiding dealing with for eons arise to be dealt with NOW!Β  AllΒ know,Β deep within themselves, below their level of conscious awareness, that Love is their nature and that they have mostly hidden that divine Truth from themselves as they have played the game of separation from Source, and lived lives that are basically infantile – the me, me, me, syndrome.

Awareness has been growing slowly over the last few hundred years, basically since the Reformation in the 16thΒ century, that inhuman behavior can never be justified, and in the late 19thΒ century the Hague and the Geneva Conventions established basic rules for treating people humanely in wartime.Β  Slavery had been made illegal a few years earlier.Β  After that, over time, other inhuman behaviors were made unlawful.Β  However, it has taken a long time – in human terms – for these rules and conventions to become effective, and in many parts of the world they are still being ignored.

Nevertheless, much progress has been made recently in the efforts to establish human rights for all as awareness of the unnecessary suffering occurring worldwide has grown.Β  As education for all became the norm people were encouraged to work with and develop their innate intelligence so that they could think for themselves instead of relying on authorities whose agendas were mainly self-serving and corrupt.Β  As a result of this general intellectual arousal compassion has also grown for those who live in unconscionable misery in many places.

This growth in compassion and concern for one another is part of humanity’s awakening process, and it has been accelerating rapidly during the last thirty or forty years.Β  Major change starts at the lowest levels of society where the greatest suffering occurs and moves upwards.Β  It never starts at the top, because those at the top tend to look after themselves very well.Β  However, when pressure is put on them by the many, those powerful and influential ones realize that it is very much in their own best interests to become involved in improving the lot of the many who are far less fortunate than they are.

Compassion is becoming widespread and is helping to lead humanity away from conflict and toward non violent forms of communication and discussion in order to resolve issues that have until very recently inevitably led to conflict.Β Β The ineffectiveness of conflict in resolving disagreements is now recognized by most.

However, many of those in positions of power and authority believe that conflict makes them look strong and is good for their public image.Β  They think that leaders show that they are true leaders by engaging in conflict instead of seeking harmonious agreement through meaningful discussion.

Now the majority realize that conflict resolution through meaningful discussion is the way forward for humanity, and, as it increasingly becomes the chosen method to deal with issues, it will become apparent that people generally have many more points of agreement than of disagreement . As this happens problems that arise will be seen as opportunities to come together in celebratory meetings for the harmonious exchange of creative ideas that will benefit all of humanity.Β  In fact large numbers of people are already understanding this, and groups of loving creative ones are already making contact and coming together in harmonious discussion, much as musicians come together to perform (as here for instanceΒ πŸ™‚Β :

All are One, and therefore harmonious interchange is the natural, uplifting, inspiring, and rejuvenating way forward, because the individual energy fields of all involved meld and integrate.Β  When you cooperate willingly and enthusiastically, sharing your ideas instead of trying to demolish those of others, amazing results emerge from your shared endeavors.Β  Cooperation is Love in action beautifully demonstrated by the outcomes that arise when egoic needs to be right or to win do not interfere with or derail the ventures in which people engage.Β  The point is to create something new from the pattern of ideas that arise, and, if people feel safe and unafraid, everyone then partakes in the joy that a successful outcome produces.Β  No one feels left out or inadequate, because the very inadequacy of some ideas – instead of invalidating the ones who put them forward – have most definitely contributed to the successful end results, by demonstrating clearly what will not function as required.Β  When you choose to cooperate for the benefit of all there areΒ NO losers!

And that brings me back to the main and constant message that I keep on offering you and of which I keep on reminding, that there isΒ onlyΒ Love, and that Love changesΒ everything!Β  And if you will only look you will see that happening in many unexpected places.Β  Focus on the positive events that are occurring, and not on the negative outpourings of the mainstream media.

Knowing Yourselves is a Major Aspect of Your Awakening Process ~ May 3, 2018


The energy of the Tsunami of Love is strengthening and intensifying daily, and many of you can feel it.Β  Many others, who remain very much involved in the 3D issues of daily life as a human, are also aware of and feeling theseΒ energies, which they find disruptive and confusing because they are bringing to the surface of their sensory faculties emotional issues that have lain buried or denied for a long time.Β  It is very unsettling for many.

The thing is that to awaken you have to release all that is not in alignment with Love – hatred, bitterness, resentment, judgment, worthlessness, etc.Β  Many are shocked to find how much is arising into their individual awareness.Β  They may think it is world or personal events – political, business, family, earth shifts, and extreme weather – that are disturbing their peace of mind, but truly it is their own unacknowledged β€œstuff” that is coming up to be recognized, forgiven, and released.Β  And it willΒ keep on coming upΒ until it is released.Β  To release it is not that difficult, it is in acknowledging it andΒ owningΒ it that the difficulty lies.Β  This stuff has been buried because people find it too painful to acknowledge.Β  Please call on us in the spiritual realms to help you with the intense discomfort that these arising issues can stir up.Β  Remember,Β you are never alone!Β  Separation, as modern physics has clearly demonstrated, isΒ impossible.

The Oneness that is God, and all of His divine Creation, means that you always have loving beings close at hand to help and comfort you in moments of fear or stress.Β  Those beings, those who are not in form, are free to embrace and support you no matter where you are and no matter what you are experiencing, and they very much want to do so.Β  Many of you have loved ones – children, grandchildren, parents, grandparents, siblings – for whom you would do anything when they are in need.Β  Well, you all have teams of supporters here in the spiritual realms who feel the same way about you.Β  You are all beautiful and wonderful beings of Light, children of God, who appear to be encased in human form and severely limited by that form.Β  And of course, thatΒ formΒ is severely limiting, but You are not, except when you identify yourself exclusively with that human form, as so many do.

Going within daily, and communing with the Love and the Light that resides there with you, helps you to become aware that you are indeed far more than you seem to be when you observe and identify with your human bodies.Β  You are V A S T, but enclosed within a human form that is very hard for you to realize, accept, andΒ know,Β even if you feel that you understand it intellectually.

KnowingΒ yourselves is a major aspect of your awakening process.Β  Not your human identity – name, family, age, sex, workplace skill or profession – but your divine identity as One with your Creator.Β  And you come toΒ knowΒ this through time spent within, open to the Love that resides there and which is your true nature, and byΒ acceptingΒ It’s loving embrace without the self-disparagement you engage in when you see yourself as β€œnot good enough, worthless, a sinner, a person that nobody, not even God, could love.”  You are and always will be the dearly beloved children of God, created perfect, in His Image and Likeness, and that state is forever unchanging.

What you disparage and dislike about yourselves is your egoic side, the part of you that judges, and then condemns what it judges.Β  But that isΒ alwaysΒ self-judgment, even if it is disguised by being projected out onto another whom you perceive as wrong, bad, or misbehaving by the standards that you have set for yourselves as the right way to live and behave.Β  Standards that, as you perceive them, you are always falling short of.Β  And that perception is frequently so painful that you bury or deny it, and then turn your perception outwards to judge and condemn others, who are but reflections of what you dislike or hate about yourselves.

Because of your severely limited abilities as humans, and the resultant negative self-judgments you make of yourselves, you suffer!Β  Please, I ask you, be kind and loving to yourselves.Β  YouΒ know,Β deep within, that you are One with Source, and that therefore you are an eternal being of Light and of Love.Β  Be Yourselves, be the Love that You are, and share and extend that Love with everyone with whom you have any kind of interaction throughout the day.Β  That isΒ preciselyΒ why you chose to on Earth as a human in this age of apparent ceaseless conflict, pain and suffering.

You are Love, each and every one of you, and you are on Earth to demonstrate Love in action in every moment, because when you do you have a major effect on not only those you know, love, meet, think about, and interact with for even the briefest moment, but also on the whole of humanity, providing essential assistance toΒ allΒ in the awakening process.Β  You are greatly needed to share and extend the Tsunami of Love that the divine Mother instigated to bring humanity back Home by awakening from the illusion that has, over the eons, caused so much pain and suffering to all of humanity.

Do not allow your egoic personas to persuade you that you can do nothing, that you are wasting your time, that you are ineffectual, because that is simply not true.Β  As the divine children of your ever-loving Father, the effect you have isΒ enormous!Β  Don’t forget that, you do know it is true – how could it be otherwise? – and continue to set the intention each day to be only loving wherever you are and whatever you are doing.Β  Your commitment to this divinely set task is absolutely essential.Β  YouΒ areΒ bringing humanity out of the nightmare that is the illusion, and Home to Reality where you will all experience once more the utter joy of being permanently in the loving Presence of your Father, Whose Love for you knows no bounds.

Commit to Love! ComeΒ alive,Β and wake up to the wonder of being Real, of being One, of being not separate but inseparable, and totally relish the peace and unmitigated contentment of that, which as you well know, is your natural and eternal state of existence.

Your Father Awaits Your Awakening – Jesus via John Smallman Dec. 25, 2016


On the anniversary of my birth it is always a joy to see so many celebrating it. As we move forward powerfully toward the moment of humanity’s awakening celebration is a most appropriate activity in which to engage.

To awaken will be stunning for you all. You have prayed and hoped for this for a long time, and now that it is imminent, celebrations put you in the right frame of mind to accept the wonders that are being offered, and acceptance of them will bring you great joy.

Our divine Source has planned a most exalting welcome for you all, a welcome that we here in the spiritual realms as yet have no knowledge of except that it will be absolutely astounding for all present.

As time ends and all move into full conscious awareness of NOW, all that was not in complete alignment with God’s Will, all that is unreal, will be gone as though it had never existed, which of course it never has. The now moment, the unitary and only state of Presence, will bring all consciousness together as One and many simultaneously, without any remaining sense or feeling of separation which, over the eons, you have come to consider and accept as the normal state of being.

There is only the One and all will now know that state even as they experience individuality and communion concurrently. What is a complete and incomprehensible paradox for embodied humans will fill you with endless joy. You will be fulfilled in the fullest sense of that word, as ineffable peace, contentment, satisfaction, and Love in Its most complete state, as Its complete and vital life principle, becomes your eternal and unalterable experience.

Love is always complete, but, as humans, you have not experienced that state, not even conceived of that state, in fact it is utterly inexpressible in terms that would make any sense to your limited human abilities to comprehend.

You are, and always will be, the beloved children of God. You are free because Love does not command, demand, deprive, or control, It ALLOWS! God is Love, and so are you, therefore you are free, free to accept what God offers you, or to decline. You were created free and remain free eternally.

You chose to experience limitation embodied as a human in a small and severely limited human body with a clearly defined and therefore limiting life span. But, in truth you are free, you always have been free, and you always will be free because your Source, God, the Supreme Intelligence, All That Is created you free, and therefore you remain eternally Free! That body, that form will die, decay, and pass away, but you are forever.

There is nothing to fear because fear is unreal, like your bodies, and it will decay. But you can nurture it by focusing on your bodies and their imminent dissolution. Bodies do not last, they are not meant to last, they were formed to allow you to experience the limitation of separation, and to fall away as you learnt that you were and always will be unlimited beings with no need of limiting forms.

As Love you have limitless potential to create diverse opportunities to express your creative abilities. One of your choices was limitation. Now the collective, the One of which you, each and every one without exception, are essential aspects, and without which God would be incomplete, have chosen to set aside limitation and awaken from the insane dream that has seemingly crushed and repressed you for so long.

The time for your collective awakening is NOW! But of course you chose as humans to engage with and be limited by time, itself an unreal concept within the illusion. Now you are in the process of discarding or dissolving time, and with it the illusion of which it is an essential and extremely limiting aspect.

Freedom is yours, you only have to claim it. It will never be enforced or imposed because then it would not be freedom. This is a concept that is very difficult for you to understand while remaining embodied as a human, because to be human is to be limited and to accept limitation. But you are not humans, you are divine beings, vast and limitless as you were created, and nothing can contain or restrict you in any way once you choose to be uncontained.

That choice has now been made and so your awakening is assured. Your Father awaits your awakening with joyful enthusiasm because He has missed your joyful enthusiasm creating along with Him.

Although the illusion and your presence within it is and has always been unreal, illusory, your choice to experience that state has always been divinely honored. Asleep and dreaming within the illusion you had deprived yourselves of the Joy that is Love, that is Life, that is Source, and your Father was aware of your deep dissatisfaction with the limits you had imposed on yourselves.

He has always willed that you awaken, but He has never required that you awaken. In His infinite Wisdom He has always known that you will choose to awaken because limitation of any kind is totally unfit for divine beings. He knows therefore that your awakening is inevitable, and because time is unreal, an insubstantial aspect of the illusion, that it has already occurred but a moment after the collective decision to experience unreality was made.

The illusion is unreal, it was never constructed, it was but momentarily conceived of and then the idea was instantly discarded, dissolving into the nothingness from which it had been imagined and leaving not the slightest trace. However the power of your thought is immense and so it appeared to come into existence, and you chose to experience it.

God’s Love for you is total, and so, while observing your discomfort benumbed within the illusion, He chose not to override your choice to experience that state, knowing as He does, being All Knowing, that your complete freedom desired and needed that experience to confirm for you that there is only God.

Now your awareness of this knowing is bringing you out of the dream and home to Reality where you have your eternal existence in the brilliant Light of God’s eternal Presence. That is why you should rejoice and celebrate, for you are about to once more know and experience the divine Reality that is You and your Father in your eternal and infinitely loving embrace where all that can exist does exist.
