Sustaining Love In The Midst Of Fear ~ February 16, 2019

Blessed Being, your Ascension path through separation is to find connection. This is the evolution that is before you. It is a gradual progression in the physical realm, for the flow of time supports deeper understanding through experience.

In the conditional realm of separation, you are experiencing the blessing of duality. This mirror offers you choice to connect, and choosing connection is your work. In this blessing of duality, you are choosing your yes and your no, yet connecting consciously with your in-formation of Love.

As you observe the external, you are receiving it internally. You are perceiving; connecting your unique perspective with the information now within your awareness. Your innocence is your willingness to observe it with a fresh perspective—to sense what is deep within the unspoken, the invisible, the intent. And choose.

First, choose how this information will impact you.

This determines how you will shape this information and flow it into your world.

This inner action of choosing is your first action. Your first conscious choice. It changes you, you change the information. The blessing of duality. Then you change your world as you emanate new solution invisibly into your world. The blessing of you.

Your inner action becomes your Interaction.

This is the benefit of connection as you reside in separation. You are consciously focusing on the invisible connection, understanding more deeply the impact of your inner realm into the physical realm. You are building a crystalline structure within that supports great power to change.

You are honoring the sacred within, your blessed vehicle of uniqueness in physical. You are viewing life with the connection that is invisible in the midst of fear—that as all life thrives, all life thrives. It is your work of Ascension to sustain Love amidst the fear that humanity has fed.

This is your Interaction.

As we sit to blast Interaction, we are opening our hearts to the duality that shows us the connection that Love brings to opposites. We are honoring our sacred separation that offers a unique perspective to Life. We are choosing to hold the space of Love within and watch that flow out into the world, whether through a yes or a no, we let Love flow. We are choosing our inner action of Love, and letting that Interact with the world. Blast on!

Allow Your Innocence To Flow ~ February 14, 2019

Blessed Being, as you incarnate into the Earth experience, you are subject to the collective field of creation. It is the nature of this connected physicality to reflect the inner into the outer experience. The reflexive nature of duality is that the mirror offers perspective and ultimately, choice.

For thousands of years, Earth and humanity had lost the structure of knowing that reflected the full picture of connection. You have been rebuilding this structure through time, as your natural evolution into a connected species progresses.

In order to support this structure, the inner work of your sovereignty and freedom is paramount, so that you are able to utilize the strength of diversity of the physical experience and the connection of the invisible, subtle realm unity.

Innocence is often mistaken for youth or ignorance. Yet it is a powerful energetic of openness and excitement for knowledge. We would call Innocence a passive force: it does not merely seek to consume, it seeks to connect. Because it is a natural openness, it is subject to consumption in physicality unless it is carefully guarded.

How do these two opposite energies; the openness of Innocence and the inaccessibility of guarded protection connect? Through choice.

As a child, the Innocence is guarded by the parents as they teach the child to make healthy choices for the self. As an adult, the Innocence is often lost because the openness has been barred by fear. Ideally, it creates compassionate strength and discernment.

Innocence is the inner-sense. The unique, unfiltered, non-judgmental sense of life. It is not ignorant, it is curious. It is creative, playful, and nurturing. As your inner sense of self is nurtured to play and choose with life, you are actualizing your creativity and life flows boldly through. The crystalline structure of your inner sovereignty and freedom supports your flow.

How free is your Innocence to flow?

Your Innocence is your inner sense of joy with life.

Your Innocence is your inner sense of worthiness for life to share itself with you.

Your Innocence is your inner sense of connection to potentials of  co-creation.

What are you sensing within?

As we sit to Blast Innocence, we are strengthening our inner sense of joy to play freely with life. We are letting the whispers of love soothe the cries of fear for forgotten freedom. We are sensing the love within each being, even if it is invisible at the moment. We are protecting our inner sense of self, honoring life’s sacred love for us as we create a new path for love’s flow into this world.

We are the Innocent, those strong enough to love when fear has tried to consume us from the outside in. Those that have not forgotten the divine freedom of love within. Blast on!

January 2019 Ascension Energies – Patient Potential ~ December 29, 2018


I was given a word and a vision for January. The word: Patience. Ugh. ;o) The vision was a flow of movement at different speeds that created adjustment. First, patience. Of course.

The Inner Work

Patience is not just surrendering to waiting. It is a powerful space of knowing within. When you are patient, you are not pushed and pulled by the experience of the moment as much. You are not contracting or resisting the moment consciously or unconsciously.

You are open, aware, perhaps even desiring change, but knowing that all is well and offering opportunity for new creation to form in the linear future.

Patience is a virtue because it requires some effort to instill within. We are creative beings and the experience of linear time/physicality stirs up fear of the future. When you are strong within, your sacred space is so deeply loving that the perfection of the moment, even in challenge, is experienced as an opportunity for new clarity and choice.

To foster your patience, release fear and trauma that has taught you that you (and/or life) are incapable of creating a loving life.

It may not all be easy, hence the virtue; but…you know what I’m going to say…its worth it!

Freedom and patience weave your foundation of inner strength to connect powerfully with Life.

The Outer Work

The vision I was shown supports blending the universal laws of the subtle realm and the laws of the physical realm. When you honor the conditions of physicality and honor the sanctity of your inner (subtle) realm, you are becoming more consciously interactive with the creative force of Life.

You are free to create within the physical conditions of this realm. As you do, the conditions begin to expand through time.

The conditions of the physical realm, such as living within a collective of connected individuals, means that you are not just creating by yourself. You are creating with Life.

As you resonate within, you are drawing creation to you. Life then shows you how your path is best served for movement forward. Sometimes that means stop, change direction, wait (patience snuck in there!), move forward, backward, let go, reach out…

You are constantly reading the clues of life to find your supported path in the physical realm moment. Patience supports your inner strength so clarity (and clair-ity) can form.

Your Freedom is constantly changing. Patience keeps you open to new information and inspiration in the present moment.

Your present moment is where your power to create is. Your choices in the present, even if that does not entail action, are creating your future.

How can you free yourself with a choice to love more in your powerful present moment?

January will continue to build your inner freedom through the lens of patience. How deep is your knowing that life wants you to thrive? How bold are you to take an action or not, then allow the consequences to show you next steps?

Is your FAITH (Full Acceptance In The Heart) strong enough to take a chance on yourself and life? You don’t have to decide it all right now. Patience helps you feel the impulses of your heart, even in the midst of unknown.

Time is experienced as linear, yet the broader truth of it is your relationship to the flow of life. The subtle realm, your space within, is the realm of unconditionality. Life is allowing energy to flow unconditionally for you to use as you choose. January helps you choose love—its worth waiting for. ;o)

The Sacred Heart ~ December 24, 2018

This is the time of the sacred heart because it is the time of Love. It is here that the human finds the complete remembrance of the Truth of Love, though it may not be accessed completely in the first moment.

The Sacred Heart is your clear connection to your Source. It is your repository for your Creator Consciousness, though truly this is in every space/non-space of your physical body and your world.

The sacred heart, like a well-spring source,  houses your creation composition, a substance that is smaller than any of your instruments have found, and yet it is the substance that builds all matter.

It adheres love to light, it ignites creativity and enlivens it into form.

This substance is etheric, never being seen in form, for it doesn’t clump together into form, it bonds creative intent (creation) to thought, emotion and then to form. It is the etheric, the spirit—enlivened into form. It is intent realized into Life.

The sacred heart is not as much of an interacter as a normal chakra, it is a mechanism that flows always, and enhances upon resonant trigger. When the intent matches the frequency that will access the well-spring of Source flow, the high-heart brims forth with Love of a non-human sort.

This ethereal Love is not the Love you feel for the people that please you when you interact with them or that have a familial bond to you. It is the love that you feel for All Life that pushes your vision past the skin, the personality or the deed and shows you the Love potential within every human.

It is the Love that shows you that All Life is brimming with Love potential that the world is receiving and flowing back. With the eyes of the Sacred Heart you see the Soul that chose to be a warrior for Love.
