Wow! After reading the last message from Gaia Portal, I was (am) still blown away and have been in a “heightened state of emotional turmoil”all day. But now…I AM calming down with the recognition that even though the Earth is due for some real changes in the near future, I AM ready to be a part of that. There is no fear here… but a sense of burgeoning joy at what is about to unfold. Bring it ON!

Then, this message from Archangel Gabriel comes in, through Marlene Swetlishoff, who gives the perfect message…become gentle and transmit gentleness for/to others. Why become gentle? “Only strong people can be gentle, because gentleness restrains strength by love.” So…although I have felt the power stemming from new internal knowledge today, with the message I AM given the perfect message, be gentle in my ways and means conveying the strength of my new knowledge with gentleness. This is the best way to this message to others!

Beloved Ones,

Let us have discourse on the quality of love known as gentleness. This quality is discerned in an individual as one who is humble and gentle, someone who shows kindness in their nature, as someone who is peaceable and ready to do whatever is good and right. They express true humility by not considering themselves as too good or too important for humble tasks. They endure injury from another with patience and without resentment, keeping their own feelings under control and by doing deeds that are done in the humility that comes from inner wisdom. They have the noble ability to give way to the wishes of others by sometimes yielding all that is rightly their due. Like a gentle giant, they sacrifice their own rights for the sake of peace and out of love, generosity and sympathy for the other individual. In all situations, they exhibit restraint coupled with strength and courage. A gentle person does not seek to make other people angry. Gentleness within an individual desires that no harm be done. A gentle person is a non-violent person who chooses to act in a way that does not harm others. They are aware that there are gentle ways to be assertive, that there are non-violent ways to stand up for what is right, and non-manipulative ways to lead and inspire others.

The gentle person shows true strength by staying cool and overriding their human ego tendencies to be right above all else. They think first and then respond in a way that will best help the other person to understand non-violent logic. Gentleness in an individual may lose a few battles, but it helps win the overall struggle. A gentle response tends to create fewer enemies, and definitely more friends. Those who have an attitude of kindness by looking for ways that will benefit others will always treat others gently. This attitude can contribute much to the comfort of life and the peace of society by reducing friction between people. Gentleness is self-control displayed in a calm spirit based on an unshakable confidence in God and the goodness in others. Many people think of gentleness in an individual as being weak, timid, or passive but it is actually strength under control. It is this quality of love within that helps individuals to conquer themselves. Gentleness of spirit in an individual allows one’s spirit to move through them, making them loving, happy, peaceful, patient, kind, good, faithful, and self controlled. Gentleness is that quality which does not insist upon personal vindication. It does not always have to correct others and does not repay in kind. It does not return insult for insult and does not use force and intimidation to get one’s way.

Gentleness gains its strength from its steady and stable foundation of kindness. Daily practice of the qualities and virtues of generosity, compassion, mercy, gratitude, humility, and tolerance prepare an individual for the quality of gentleness. Only strong people can be gentle, because gentleness restrains strength by love. When one thinks only of oneself and not also of others, then it is easy to hurt others unintentionally. It is only possible to be gentle with others when one has learned to be gentle, kind and compassionate with oneself. Each individual speaks their words, and takes action, whether great or small, with the utmost gentleness possible. This thoughtful approach can serve as a model for others to emulate. The motivating power behind gentleness is always love – love of the other for whose sake one restrains oneself. To behave in a gentle manner requires that one stays centered in one’s values and strength and in one’s reactions to change. Worry, fear and sudden outbursts of anger become a thing of the past. One sleeps in peace because their conscience is clear. One’s tone of voice softens and one smiles more and expresses less criticism and instead gives more encouragement and empowerment to others. Learning and living becomes a joyful experience where everyone’s gentleness is the rule of the day. Once one tastes the effect of gentleness in oneself and in others, one will never want their old way of relating to others back again.

In all things, it is best to be kind and loving with gentleness in one’s voice. This gentleness is a reflection of deep love. This love is so subtle that to be in the presence of such a gentle one can soothe an aching heart. Their words of wisdom can untangle the most confused mind. One speaks gently and effortlessly in a simple and profound way. One’s message of love and truth which comes from the heart profoundly touches the hearts of others. It is wise to nurture one self from the inside out, to be in flow with life instead of resisting and delaying it. One can freely acknowledge one’s present moment in its entirety. One can include every aspect of it, from the playful, joyful moments, and from the uncomfortable and challenging ones. One acknowledges one’s accomplishments and enjoys little successes as they happen by celebrating with small rewards in that moment. They do not rush to the next thing by overlooking and postponing the celebration that acknowledges their victory. Slowing their life down by simplifying their tasks and making a commitment to doing less instead of more is being gentle with oneself. Listening to one’s body and following its guidance by practicing mindful healthy eating is being gentle with oneself. Allowing and choosing to release and let go of the stories about the past that constantly keep replaying in one’s head is a powerful way of being gentle with oneself.

By saying no in a gentle way to the commitments that don’t serve their values, one is learning about the power of discernment and becoming deliberate in one’s choices. One must get rid of the old before one can take on the new by creating a daily time to relax and just be. One can avoid burn out in one’s activities and their effect on one’s well being. By following their intuition and listening to the gentle guidance from within them, one avoids overanalyzing the situations in one’s life to the point of exhaustion. Being gentle with oneself if one does not know all the answers is perfectly acceptable. By following these precepts, one’s world takes on a different appearance, a world that is kinder, more meaningful, more abundant and more compassionate. When each individual takes time to reconnect with their authentic self and the divinity within them, they are gentle with themselves and they accept all of their imperfections. When they replace fear with trust and learn to let go of the things they cannot control, they have learned to be gentle with themselves.

May each of you practice gentleness with yourselves and with the people around you, taking care as you walk gently in the world.

The ego…currently a much maligned part of you and me. Many don’t realize that the ego itself is a multi-dimensional aspect of every human! Multi-dimensional…how can that be? Isn’t the ego really a “bad” part of us?

Well, the ego is part of our human center of focus. This part of every human personality…no escaping this, sorry…is responsible for the “flight/fight” aspect of us designed to keep us physically safe. You know…like when we fought saber tooth tigers, et all. But now….it is every person’s individual job to keep the negative aspects under control. Like when you really, really want something bad enough to hurt someone else to get it!

“Why is it so hard to remove the ego?”

Such a very powerful question. The ego is what keeps us here. It is the 3D version of our eternal essence, and thrives on addiction. It has to believe in the “reality” of life here, what some call an illusion or a dream, and in order to do so, must hang on fiercely to something dense and solid. This could be the body (and what feeds it, starves it, strengthens it or weakens it), the slings and arrows of emotional wounding, the hardship of work or the poverty of perceived lack. Each is a fabrication, existing only in the realm of the ego, yet oh so real as we make a life here on earth in 3D.

The ego has a purpose and it will not be thwarted. It will go to any lengths to keep you believing in its solidity and reality. Any lengths, including suicide. Not to sound morbid but most of us know of at least one other, even remotely, who has taken their physical life. The reason? Pain of some sort, self defined and experienced.

If we were to let go of the illusion of the belief in an ego, both positive or negative, we’d lose our attachment to the earth itself, and disappear. For an interesting conversation about this read Gary Renard’s book “The Disappearance of the Universe”.

The ego has gotten a bad rap. It is neither good nor bad, but necessary. In order to function as a physical being we have to “believe” in something, require it and desire it. We have to retain some sort of addiction. This could be to food, money, sex, power, laughter, pain, poverty, illness, sadness, joy – the choices are many. When you inquire about removing the ego, I imagine you are really asking “How can we stop reacting to life from our negative, self-defeating ego?” The answer is, you can’t remove the ego, not if you want to stay here, but you can absorb it and morph it into someone you’d like to hang with.

Since you are here, I suspect you would like to stay. In order to manage negative egoic reactions, you can become aware of them whenever they occur, and instruct them, lovingly, to take a hike. Do not reject them, but absorb them with compassion into your ideal version of you (it helps to visualize her). Replace them with a response that serves your greater intent. This is the intent of your eternal essence. You do not exist separately from your ego, and cannot be human without your ego, so you must integrate with it and manage your ego.

This is so hard because the ego part of you is the solid part, and the part you identify with. Statements like “I always”, “I never”, “My favorite”, “I hate”, “I love” all come from the ego part, the part who has grown up and become the woman you are today. To reduce any negative effect and reactions from your ego will take repetition, vigilance and determination. It will not be easy, but can be accomplished with a clear intent. Your ego will be trying to convince you that you WANT to be miserable, lonely, angry or whatever. It will be telling you that you are entitled and it is your right to be mad. Lovingly quiet your ego, hold it close and watch as a different, happier version emerges.

Personally, I can tell you that the work involved is oh so worth it. Magic is at the other end of acceptance and love for every part of you, including your ego. I wish you only oneness.

John Smallman – You Are All Spiritual Beings, And Nothing Can Change That – 23 November 2014

What can I say? I hope I have taught, inspired, motivated and spread the message of love for all to understand, and more importantly… feel. Because in my book, I’ve got to intellectually understand the basis for something before I feel something in my heart! I have to understand spiritual information before I can apply this info to myself…that’s just the way I AM!

And so…that is the basis for this blog where articles about LOVE are shared and explained. Now….please read this message from Saul, channelled through John Smallman, who explained the “time draweth nigh” for the evolutionary step of humanity taking the next step into vibrational reality!

As all the channels are telling you, the “event” is incredibly close. Keep holding your Light on high and intend in each moment to be only loving. You can do it because you are doing it! And that is why the event is almost upon you. You, all of you, even those who appear to you as dark, are simply and powerfully bringing it on. So congratulations are in order, and we are showering them down on you incessantly. Just be willing to receive them because you truly have earned them.

Do not embrace the gloom and doom that so much of the mainstream media dishes out because that just drains your energy. Focus on the vast quantity of loving occurrences that are happening daily all across the planet, the stuff the mainstream ignores because it is so boring, YAWN. They want explosions, and crashes, kidnappings, and other disasters, the more the better, and when you focus your attention there you help to bring them about!

You also add energy to maintain the illusion, and you really do not want to do that, you are in physical form at present to dissolve it, not to support it. Its time is past and you are on Earth to bring the insane game playing to a terminal conclusion because that is the collective will. It has always been God’s Will, but He does not control, manipulate, or interfere, He allows. And now that allowing is paying off, you have all decided to return to Oneness and the infinite joy that state provides.

All bad news is an essential part of the illusion, it is its life blood, and when you pay undue attention to it you are giving it a transfusion. Over the last few decades, because of the increasing numbers of you who have turned to the Light, to your spiritual paths, and made a point of trying to be loving rather than judging, you have succeeded in bringing about enormous changes all across the world. The older ones among you only need look back to their childhood to see clearly that tremendous changes for the good of humanity have been happening with increasing frequency since that time in their lives. It is wonderful! Be conscious of the wonders that are occurring on your planet because that raises your energy signature to a higher frequency allowing Love to flow you through you more freely, and therefore more abundantly, which is your spiritual task.

You were created with only one purpose, namely to live in constant joy in the company of your Father. And you did that. Then you had an idea . . . What if I separated from Him and went off on my own, that would surely give me enormous freedom. And by imagining it you brought that insane dream of separation in your mind to life and split yourself off into myriad pieces. And then you fell into a state of horrifying confusion, panicked, and started to play your games of winning and losing – against Yourself! – because of the intense guilt and fear that that unreal state engendered. It was so terrifying that you decided to enter into a state of deep sleep where you could totally deny your true nature. And so the unreal state of separation from God became increasingly real to you, and as it did so your fear intensified.

The way out of the fear and terror that nightmares cause is to awaken. And that, dear ones, is what you are in the process of doing. There are seductions and enticements that are attempting to draw you back into this nightmare, but the Light within each one of you is now burning far too brightly to be hidden any longer, it is waking you up. And to awaken is what you have been yearning to do since the separation first occurred. The intensity of that yearning has finally reached such a vividness, in fact such a fever pitch, that it can no longer be ignored or denied. You will wake up.

Here in the spiritual realms we have been nudging you, prodding you, and poking you for a very long time, but the depth of your sleep kept you unaware, anesthetized. Finally the anesthetic, the sleeping draught is wearing off, the sleeper stirs, and awakening will shortly occur. The sight of you stirring gladdens our hearts, because we have not enjoyed watching you suffer the terrors of your nightmare.

So, as we keep on reminding you, hold your Light on high by being loving in every moment. When you really focus on that intent it is very effective in helping you to change yourselves from egoic judgmental beings into spiritual beings finding your way Home. Of course you are all spiritual beings, and nothing can change that, but many have been living egoically for so long that they have utterly forgotten what it means to be spiritual. It means to be Love in action which is the only action that there is; any other actions are unreal.

As you remember to be loving, and demonstrate Love in action, your energy field changes to reflect and extend that Love to all with whom you connect in any way at all, and so by changing yourselves you are changing the world and dissolving all that is not in alignment with Love. When you have completed this task that you undertook willingly and enthusiastically eons ago the illusion will be gone . . . Poof! And you will then find yourselves very much awake, unimaginably awake and alert and filled with the joy that is your natural state, the state in which you were created and from which you have never departed.

With that fabulous prospect to entice you towards wakefulness why would you remain asleep a moment longer? Children always wake very early on Christmas day, their birthdays, or on other days of celebration because they know that it is to be a most wonderful day, and they cannot wait for it to start. So, as Jesus said to you seemingly so long ago, although in truth it was only a moment ago, “Unless you become like little children, you cannot enter the kingdom of heaven.” So do it! Become like little children, let go of the corruption of the “Ego Games” that have contaminated you and filled you with fear and guilt. You only have to choose to let go and all that corruption, all that distraction, all that unreal emotional baggage will slip away and you will be left with only your “carry-ons.” And, because you are moving to a place where all your needs are perfectly understood and provided for, you will shortly be able to release your hold on that irritating carry-on as well, which seems suddenly to have grown far to heavy to carry. Let it go and awaken!

Me: Good evening Dear Jesus. Thank you very much for your last message. Is this a good time to start a new one? I think I’m relaxed enough if you are free and willing.

Jesus: Good evening John. Yes I’m ready, willing, and enthusiastic about the idea. There is so much to tell because so much is happening. Yes, it really is. Glorious delight is in store for you all SOON!

Me: Well, there has been so much disappointment that it’s now way past the time to reverse the flow and give everyone an amazing and uplifting Thanksgiving! Please go ahead, SURPRISE me. Yes, there is a touch of cynicism there. Forgive me, but in human 3d terms it seems that we have been waiting forever and forever!

Jesus: The event for which you have all been waiting so patiently and hopefully is very nearly upon you. Amazing developments have occurred over the last few days and those who would maintain the status quo – poverty, misery, suffering, and enslavement of all but a tiny “elite” – have lost their influence and their power to control events. Yes, that has happened. The old order is crumbling away rapidly, and with them the structures that have kept humanity tied to the treadmill of work and debt. I feel your strong doubts, but I assure you that amazing developments have taken place, and what they entail will very shortly be widely published for all to see.

The Tsunami of Love, as you have been told, is extremely powerful and has enveloped all in its loving embrace, and the inevitable results of being held in that embrace are soon to be revealed to an astonished world. It’s power is GENTLE but totally pervasive, none have escaped its enthusiastic and uplifting influence, all hearts have opened to it and been inspired. Love is now the predominant energy being experienced and felt all across the entire planet. Despite the mainstream media reports of escalating conflict in many parts of the world – political, military, religious, and financial – this is not the real situation at all.

There is a desperate effort being made by those who have been in control of the world’s resources – the political powers (not the elected representatives who are nearly all in the service of the insanely wealthy), industrial powers, military powers, andcontrollers of earth’s energy resources – to convince you that nothing has changed by using the mainstream media, which they own, to distribute their messages of alarm threatening impending doom unless you support them. But due to the freedom of expression and the flow of information through the world wide web these efforts are failing dismally. The mainstream media will not for much longer be playing the tunes that the dark ones order them to play.

In fact the tunes are already changing. Listen . . ! Watch . . . ! and be uplifted, because the controllers have finally lost control, they know it, and they are stunned. They truly believed that nothing would change unless they ordered it, and they are now finding daily that this arrogant presumption is utterly wrong. It is very difficult for them to understand because they have held the reins of power on Earth for so long that they believed themselves invincible. Hidden in darkness, manipulating and controlling nations, multi-national organizations, political parties, and religious establishments, they believed that no one could threaten them, let alone unseat them. They are now realizing that their moment has come and gone, that their deceit and corruption has been uncovered and publicized, and that no one will raise a finger to support or protect them from public notoriety as their crimes against humanity are made known to all.

However, this is not a time for condemnation and punishment, because those who have abused you, and who have abused your trust in them are, themselves, very severely damaged souls who need your compassion. Not to offer it is basically an attempt to replace them with others who are apparently of the Light and who will judge and condemn them to the delighted cries of the masses, and in so doing take their places. If this happens their Light will fade rapidly as the power they suddenly find themselves holding corrupts them absolutely. But that will not happen.

The way forwards, as always, is in Love. Anything that is not in perfect alignment with Love is unreal, corrupting, and corruptible. As the old order falls rejoice, but do not attempt to replace it, no matter how seductive and enlightened the offered replacements appear to be. A very wise man some years ago wrote a book called “Small is Beautiful,” and on Earth this is a truism that has been neglected, ignored, denied, and ridden over roughshod with disastrous results for humanity and the planet.

Now is the time for communities to come together to resolve all their local issues in a wise and loving fashion. With loving intent, honesty, and integrity on all sides this can be achieved very easily indeed, because all issues are local issues.

However, when they are raised to international status, as has often happened, they become insoluble, because along the way they collect detritus of a most unsavory nature – hidden agendas, divisive agendas, corrupt agendas, good but unworkable intentions, and multitudinous lobbying then occurs to distract and divert attention from those original issues. If issues are easily resolved those who gain from drawing them out lose out, so it is very much in the interests of the wheelers and dealers, the lobbyists, to turn local issues into regional, national, or international issues that apparently require “supermen” or “superwomen” of great intelligence to resolve them.

Release your beliefs that others of greater intelligence are needed to organize and run human society in a safe and civilized fashion through the power which you invest in them when you mistakenly give them yours. All that they will do, as they have done in the past, is establish a system that grants them privileges, claiming them as their right for establishing and maintaining order in society which they insist will collapse without their presence and wisdom. This is a fallacy! History shows this very clearly.

But humans through the ageshave happily given their power away as they did not wish to bother with their communal responsibilities, being either too busy with their own selfish agendas, or too busy eking out a living because in their impoverishment all their efforts and energy were required to do just that.

This is no longer to be the case. All will be provided for most abundantly with everything they need to maintain a comfortable and satisfying lifestyle, thus freeing them to develop their individual creative talents for their own enjoyment and for the benefit of all. The time has come for you to truly live free and follow your bliss. When the interminable stress and anxiety of survival as presently experienced by the vast majority of humanity is removed people will start to uncover an amazing array of creative talents, talents that most of them were totally unaware that they possessed.

That is what the Golden Age is all about – living in perpetual peace and security because the energy field in which you are all totally and eternally enveloped is Love, which always provides for you abundantly. In that state of utter and unrestricted freedom to be yourselves your talents will blossom as you discard the masks you felt you had to present to the world to be acceptable to it. You will realize that you are acceptable, infinitely acceptable, and that that has always been the case, and your joy will be boundless as you interact freely and creatively with all your brothers and sisters in a grand and ongoing extremely creative celebration of life.

Sophia Love – Humanity’s Secret Weapon: 3 Facts – 22 November 2014

Ok,…ready to go deep? Sophia Love comes out with an article today that kind of rocked my world just a bit. I agree that we are divine beings and I agree that all humans are emotional…but I had never tied these two traits together! How can our emotions, the ability to feel something, bring us power…that is, power over ourselves and our own individual world?

Maybe this is the secret that is being kept from us. We’ve heard many, including myself, advocate the power of love.Why? It’s all about the Law of Attraction. For me, love is the highest vibration that attracts more situations into my life that stimulate more feelings of love. In this article, Sophia speaks of three ways emotions bring power to humanity. Emotions are:

uniquely human
the part of the equation that no one counted on or expected
largely unrecognized/untapped

This makes sense to me…that’s why the Powers That Were are trying soooo hard to “dumb” down humanity…to keep us from feeling. It’s ok for us to really feel fear, or distress, or boredom…then we just use our emotional power to create more fear, distress, and boredom. But…what happens when most of us start to really feel happiness, joy, and love? Why…then we start to create more scenarios in our personal lives that bring us more happiness, joy, and love!

This is an “aha” moment for me as the pieces for this puzzle of life start to fir together. No wonder Abraham-Hicks have taught for so long that our main job here on Earth is to feel good! This period in our collective history is remarkable and unprecedented. What we are on the verge of today/now is something that’s never been done.

The story is told in many places and with a variety of voices, yet the common theme remains. The human was seeded and its creators or their descendents have pretty much run things here ever since. At one point an “experiment” was initiated which put the human on a quest for enlightenment while in the grips of control; all beyond our conscious awareness. This experiment is reaching its conclusion.

We’ve made a choice now to run things ourselves. We have never done so. The impact of that may or may not be understood, but it is universally felt. Its time to get our act together.

This may mean little more than looking at situations we find ourselves in as if we put them there (as opposed to feeling that they “happened to us”). The implications for this start with something as intimate as what we had for breakfast and reach out to include global conflict. If there is a decision that touches you in any way, you’ve had some part in the creation of it.

What you may be unaware of is your power in all of this. It is:

largely unrecognized/untapped

Before deducing that this is due to yet another conspiracy, consider this: the elements combined to create the human had never “met” before – humanity was/is experimental on multiple levels. The emotional generator you possess is not seen elsewhere. This is the reason that other races and species are interested in and observing humans – visiting and communicating via “channeling”. There is a great deal of interest in and speculation about what we are going to do next.

As we look beyond ourselves (to channelers from the stars) for solutions – those we reach out to look to us for those same answers. If there is a subtle manipulation in these repetitive hopeful messages of “soon” – it may be intentionally placed there to create within us a more positive direction. We may be the only ones not consciously aware of the secret ability we harbor within. It is in the emotional energy we use to direct our expectations that our power resides. Our emotions are our secret weapon and greatest treasure. They source creation here and once harnessed they alter our world.

It’s not like we haven’t known this all along, we have. Instinctively we reach for encouragement and love from each other. In this way, we support individual and collective growth.

As we grab the reins of this planet we will do so with the full force of our emotional power. Acknowledging our unique ability – owning our human potential – will serve us and whatever actions we take. The very fact of our humanity serves as a beacon for hope and untapped potential across the universe. There is no other who is more equipped for this than you.

We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.
