Are spiritual writers bored…tired…depressed? Have they (we) changed our minds? Have we run out of things to say? The answer to this question is not listed above. The fact is that spiritual writers, almost as a whole, know that the time is NOW! Right NOW we know who we are, we know why we are here, and we know the game is about to change…bigtime! So now, we are gathering ourselves, not in any fear, but with joy and LOVE! Our writing work has largely been completed and now we feel differently.

You could be doing anything else right now, any wonderful, fun, mind expanding thing. Yet you are not, you are reading these words. So they better be worth it.
We find ourselves in such an incredible moment of history, there are words everywhere talking about it, competing for your attention. Which ones you choose will flavor your day and color your picture of our global story.
Try as I might NOT to bias these words with any particular slant, it happens. Regardless of what name I call it, you are reading only my opinion. Now if you agree on some level, you may look this blog up again. If not, you may not. So this moment could very well be the one and only chance to share with you some thoughts. I’ve come to believe these thoughts only matter if in some way they are helpful, not only to you but to us. We have a planet to awaken.
There are fewer blog posts lately for this reason. The past monthly Love Quests and frequent blog posts were part of our collective journey to agape and empowerment. We know who we are now. Our next step is to live as sovereign beings. I’d very much like to take this journey together; with another series of Quests. In them we’ll proceed towards freedom. We’ll emerge as Sovereign Beings.
Intellectually we get what sovereignty is – yet it is not how we typically approach every facet of our days. These Quests will explore how to do that, and identify an even deeper truth in our Being.
Perhaps it is another facet of Agape, one that we couldn’t see. It was hidden behind our self hatred and blame. We’ll discover more truth together. Look for the first Quest sometime next month. Check out the Sovereignty Video Series HERE while you wait.
Know that we are getting there. Any harboring of hatred, blame, judgment or self pity is self destructive. We are together building this new era and it will be only and exactly as we see it and expect it. Once we look fearlessly at our own tendencies toward subservience and finger pointing, we liberate ourselves. This creates truly a new age – one filled not with controls, owners and participants, but with self defined and directed, responsible loving beings who gladly answer to no one but themselves.
This is something we’ll do alone and as One, because that’s how creation works. You can’t help but change the world with your every thought.

The excitement mounts! Here in the spiritual realms we are all agog as we observe the tremendous progress you are making as you power forwards towards your awakening. It is so very close! Keep shining your Light brightly as you hold determinedly to your intent to be loving in every moment, in every situation, and prepare yourselves for unbridled amazement and wonder when it happens, as it most surely will. You are on course and on schedule for a great event that has been planned for eons. You are at the forefront as it prepares to unfold, beautifully and very dramatically, for all of humanity who choose to be part of this momentous and uplifting move, away from the dark energies that have been so prevalent on planet Earth, and into the eternal Light of God’s infinite Love.
God’s Love is the infinite energy field in which all of creation is eternally enfolded. There is nowhere else, and there is no need for anywhere else because your divine Source provides in infinite abundance all that you could possibly dream of, wish for, or desire as you use your brilliant creative capabilities to join with Him in endlessly expanding that creation. There are no limits! And yet there is nothing beyond our divine Source, the Source of all that exists and into which all is inextricably, freely, and lovingly integrated. For you, presently experiencing scarcity and limitation within the illusion, this is a paradox of incomprehensible proportions.
However, deep within each one of you is the absolute knowing that you are each inseparable and essential parts or aspects of the divine energy field. But because you chose to play games of separation, abandonment, heartache, and suffering within your unreal and illusory environment, you closed off, temporarily, your awareness of your divine and eternal nature. It is as though the sacred flame of His Love, burning eternally within each one of you, had been hidden or covered over, leaving you apparently alone and abandoned in the strife-torn and fearful darkness of a cold and insensitive universe. And your science, in its extremely limited perception, confirms that space is an extremely cold and forbidding place into which you would only venture at your peril, and, should you choose to do so, quite a pointless exercise 1) because you have neither the ability nor the technology to traverse any but the smallest portion of it, it being so vast, and 2) because your lives are far too short for you to have enough time to make any meaningful return journeys or forays out into its vastness.
Nevertheless, this is a totally incorrect assessment of your situation. As divine beings, which you most certainly are, you were created free, free to explore the whole vastness of creation without let or hindrance, and in comparison your visible universe is like unto your backyard. Temporarily, however, you chose to build an illusory and severely limited environment in which to play some rather insane games. The initial excitement that this environment provided has long since faded away, and the realization that this is not God’s Will for you is now dawning. Consequently you have collectively made the decision to let it dissolve back into the nothingness from which you imagined it into being, and so, inevitably, you will awaken.
If you could tune in to any of the infinite number of positive energy frequencies of the spiritual realms, which are boundless, you would be astounded by the ongoing and eternal creative enterprises in which you are all involved. Even though it seems that you are earth-bound, encased in bodies that constantly limit you, you would be able to see the incredible and uncountable contributions that you are all making to the infinitely growing and expanding field of creation in moments when you are either sleeping, meditating, or just quietly relaxing without engaging with your fear-driven egoic minds.
You are all divine beings, and your true Home is in the infinitely varied and endless spiritual realms where there are no limits. Anything you can imagine you can create and that will add to the divine and most beautiful energy field that is all that exists. God’s Will in creating sentient life was to expand Reality and have all of you assist Him in filling the energy field that He had created with beautiful creations of your own. And you are all inseparable parts of that divine Reality. This expansion is a creative tour de force in which all sentient life is fully involved, joyfully and eternally. As humans, in a state of limited and severely restricted consciousness, you can have no idea of the wonders that await your imminent awakening!
Creation, Reality, is an ongoing exercise in joy! It is endlessly delightful, enticing, and entrancing, and Its sole purpose is in the pure joy of creating further wonders to amaze all who are part of it, all sentient life. God is Love, an infinite and ever-expanding field in which all of creation has its eternal existence. It is into that wondrous state that you are all shortly to awaken, whereupon you will truly know yourselves for the first time as brilliantly competent individual centers of intelligence who are at the same time One with your divine Source.
Within Reality there are no needs because you are all complete just as God created you, and so you are unlimited, untethered, and free to create as your moods and inspirations take flight, bringing into existence ever more brilliant demonstrations of the creative geniuses that your loving Father created when He created each one of you. Creation is an ongoing and endless series of mind-blowing delights which will fill you constantly with joy as you forever expand your visions of what is possible. And, of course, anything that you can envision is possible.
An exhilarating awakening experience is at hand, so hold your Light on high and prepare for boundless wonder as the limits that have bound you for so long fade away as you allow yourselves to be led forwards into this divine garden of enchanting beauty.
Ok folks, clear your heads and please put on your seat belts as I feel the show is about to begin…and not a moment too soon for ALL of us to be in the NOW! Those of you who continue to harbor doubts about the validity of these loving and inspiring messages from those in the spiritual realms please release them, because you know that they are totally valid. The dream that is the illusion is coming to an end. However, its last moments of “life” are very disturbing for you all because of the pain and suffering so many are experiencing, and which many others are observing with feelings of helplessness.
There are those who would maintain the illusion indefinitely because it appears to give them enormous power over others. Their numbers are very small, but they have seemingly invincible egos, and over the eons they built up an hierarchical structure, placing themselves at its peak, and from which they have attempted to control, suppress, and abuse humanity. That structure is collapsing, and there is nothing that can save it because its time is up. Humanity is moving forwards to a place where individual freedom and sovereignty are divinely assured, and where there is no room for the machinations of those with self-serving personal agendas who continue trying to maintain control of an insane and broken system that is completely beyond repair.
If you look back at your history it does seem that the power brokers – heads of families, heads of tribes, church leaders, dictators, presidents, royalty, and controllers of multi-national corporations – have been inordinately successful in their egoic drive to win at all costs, but that perception is illusory. Power over others, as seen in your world, is very difficult to maintain because others are always attempting to wrest it from those who hold it. Every moment of their lives is spent defending it, and that constant defense frequently costs them everything – their loved ones, their families, their friends, and their ill-informed supporters – as they renounce love, loyalty, honesty, and personal integrity in their desperate attempts to hold on to something that is purely ephemeral, in fact quite unreal.
Finally and inevitably that sense of power, of invincibility turns to ashes, leaving them quite bereft. Truly, the only loving thing that you can do for them is to intend to send them love and compassion to help them to awaken from the nightmare that they have built for themselves and which seems to have destroyed them. As you well know, there is no separation, all are one, and the divine Light of God’s Love is present in all sentient beings. It is just that in some the cloak or veil under which it has been hidden is thicker or denser. They too will awaken when they are ready, and will then be welcomed Home just like the prodigal son in the biblical parable. Remember, no one is ever cast out or abandoned, all that is necessary is for a seemingly lost one to awaken is to release itself from anything that is not in alignment with Love. That can indeed be very difficult, but the opportunity to do so is never withdrawn.
Only Love is Real. There is nothing else. Focus on that one and indisputable Truth, and enjoy, in fact delight in the sense of freedom from worry or anxiety with which your faith in that eternal Truth fills your hearts.
All else is smoke and mirrors, a system that has attempted to convince you that life is always under threat, a short-lived, one time only experience as a human in a dangerous environment from which there is no escape except through death into everlasting oblivion. When that belief invades your consciousness it strengthens your sense of separation and abandonment, seemingly leaving you with no option other than to do everything in your power to grab for yourselves all that is seen as valuable, regardless of the consequences, or to sink into the depths of depression, a state that you may try to alleviate or combat by the use of various chemical stimulants. And that of course is what those who hold the reigns of power have been doing for eons, but to no avail. The illusion is unreal, and even those who would seek to maintain it are very fearfully aware that it is collapsing irrevocably despite all their efforts to maintain it.
To seek value and satisfaction in the offerings of the illusion – wealth, power, recognition, esteem – leads only to severe disappointment, because what you truly seek is a return to Oneness with your divine Source, and there is absolutely no substitute for the infinite joy of that your natural state. And, therefore, that return is the only way out of the apparent separation and sense of aloneness that you experience and in which it seems you are ensnared. Humanity has collectively realized this, although it may not have yet been expressed in this way, and the resultant resolve and efforts of so many to put right the wrongs that plague so many of you is the intent to return Home, to become once more aware of being One with your Source.
Go within, to your quiet undefiled inner sanctuary and be with your inner guidance, your intuition, then ask to feel the Love in which you are eternally embraced. Remind yourselves that you are divine beings, perfect beings because that is how you were created. All that God, our divine Source does is by its very nature perfect, without stain or flaw of any kind. And determinedly intend to open your hearts to feel God’s loving embrace.
Your experiences to the contrary are of the illusion and unreal. But the illusion was very cleverly constructed by your collective intent, and it is very hard for you to see its unreality. You are far more than it seems you are when you focus your attention on your bodies. Your bodies are of the illusion, but nevertheless, they seem very real as you experience pleasure and pain, suffering and happiness through them, in an intensity from which it is very difficult to stand back sufficiently to recognize that they are just temporary vehicles. Vehicles that you have chosen to occupy as incarnated beings showing the rest of humanity the way Home, by holding the divine Light within you on high, while intending to demonstrate love in action at all times.
Of course, despite your holy intentions, you do forget your purpose from time to time, and you get drawn into the confusion and chaos of the illusion. When you have an “aha” moment, a sudden realization that you are not upholding the Light as you had intended, do not berate or judge yourselves. Instead forgive yourselves for sinking into the illusion, thereby temporarily losing your way and your awareness of your sacred path Home, and give thanks for the “wake-up” call with which the realization has presented you. Then refresh your intent to hold your Light on high, knowing that your are ably and constantly assisted in this divine task by those in the spiritual realms whose duty it is to watch over you and watch out for you at all times.
Remember, this message is to encourage and inspire you to release your doubts about the validity of the many spiritual messages that are presently being received by so many of you faithful Light holders all across the planet. The moment for humanity’s awakening is very close, and that is why you are being informed of this by so many channels, and of the essential need to maintain your focus and your faith in God’s eternal Love for you. Love is All, and you will awaken into the glorious brilliance with which It shines eternally throughout God’s divine creation.
Great message from the Arcturians today. This helps us remember WHO WE ARE and WHY WE ARE HERE! What? Who are we…each member of humanity is a spiritual being who is here to experience life in the 3D in order to learn unconditional love no matter the circumstances! That is the reason why LOVE ALWAYS WINS! Can’t you see how love…or lack of love…ultimately dictates everything in your life?

We are in the process of shifting our reality. We say “we” for all dimensions, realities and worlds are shifting into a higher frequency of expression. As it is for the least, it is for the greatest.
Hence, as the third/fourth dimension releases itself from the shackles of the third dimensional reality of illusion and shifts into the fifth dimension of the light of cosmic truth, all the dimensions above the fifth also shift into their next higher dimensional expression
As we make this transition, there is a release, a letting go, of what has been our predominant expression of self. For example, we Arcturians are expanding our baseline frequency from the eighth through tenth dimension into the eleventh and twelfth dimension.
In the same manner, your human baseline frequency will shift form the third/fourth dimension into the fifth dimension, which was once your higher expression of SELF. In the case of Earth, the third/fourth dimensions will gradually become less and less inhabitable.
You will find that just as it once took effort to consciously experience the fifth dimension it will become increasingly difficult to consciously experience the third/fourth dimension. Even now, your consciousness may appear to be wandering off into what appears to be a trancelike state. This trancelike state feels so natural that you do not want to leave it.
Also, as this shift continually accelerates your consciousness, you will gain a new perspective on your physical world. This higher viewpoint will enable you to perceive your 3D reality from “up above it” rather “stuck within it.” In other words, you will be able observe your ego from our Higher SELF.
Once your Multidimensional SELF is in charge, you will be able to make some important decision that make YOU are the creator of your life. You will also become aware of many of your higher dimensional, alternate or parallel realities. Hence, you will need to choose which of these many expressions of your self you will choose to be your predominant physical reality?
While you are swimming in the mire of the third dimension, you see only what surrounds you. However, as you regain a higher perspective of your life, many of your priorities will change. Whereas before your ego told you to let go of your meditations and creative expression so that you could “get back to the business of your real life.”
With your Higher SELF at the helm, you will realize that what you have perceived as “just your imagination” is actually your real life. Then slowly, or quickly, you will want to “let go” of many of our your lower frequency chores, responsibilities and jobs.
In this manner, you can more easily remain in the unconditional light and love of the fifth dimension. Of course you will still “take care of 3D business,” but your priorities will greatly alter as your consciousness expands into the higher dimensions.
You may be thinking, “Do I dare believe that what appears to be my imagination is actually my real world? If I make that choice and switch my primary attachment to the feelings of my fifth dimensional imagination, does that mean that I die to the physical world?”
When you meditation or dream about being in a higher frequency reality, are you able to wake up or end your meditation? Of course, your physical reality does not disappear while you sleep or meditate, nor will it go away when your switch your primary identity from being your 3D physical self to being your 5D Lightbody SELF.
Even those who actually “die” to the third dimension often experience both their higher worlds and the third dimension until they are ready to release their lower expression of self. In the same manner, our light workers are being faced with the decision of “which reality is the real world?”
While in your fifth dimensional state of consciousness, this question eventually evolves into, “Which of the many dimensions of reality do I choose as my primary expression of SELF?”
When you volunteered to enter your earth vessel, the physical world became your primary expression of SELF. While you are still draped within your earth vessel you are inclined to believe that you only have the choice of one primary expression.
As you increasingly experience your multidimensional consciousness while you also perceive the third dimensional world, you may believe that you must choose a “primary reality.” This belief occurs because even though you are having a multidimensional experience you are thinking in third dimensional way.
Once you take more and more excursions into your fifth dimensional consciousness, you will begin to also think multidimensionally. Thus, the either/or choices that filled your 3D world are replaced by the realization that you can choose both and/or all.” It is then that you are beginning to understand the concept of multidimensional reality from a higher perspective.
Due to your evolved understanding of your Multidimensional SELF, you are remembering that you no longer need to choose. From the perspective of your fifth dimensional self, you know that you have myriad expressions of your SELF that are simultaneously being experienced on myriad dimensions and realities.
The difficult adaptation is for your fifth dimensional SELF to convince your third dimensional self to “Let GO” of the illusions of time and space. Your third dimensional expression is afraid to release that illusion because you unconsciously remember that that form of “letting go” meant death in many of your third dimensional incarnations.
It is very difficult to break the 3D indoctrinations of “one life per person,” and “one life at a time.” These rules further state that if you live a good life you go to Heaven, but if you live a bad life you go to Hell. The problem with good vs. bad is that the definition for good and bad are different according to your third dimensional indoctrination.
Because of the vast programming that many human have received, as well as the fact that many of Gaia’s humans live on the edge of survival, the bulk of the process of shifting into higher frequencies of consciousness falls on the shoulders of the awakened light workers.
We wish to thank you dear Lightworkers for your great courage and endurance. We are coming into you awareness to tell you that, “It is the NOW for those of you who have united with your Multidimensional SELF to unite with each other.
The members of the Galactic and Celestial realms, are working with you, our earth-bound expressions of SELF, to remind you that, “It is the NOW!” to unite with Gaia and all of Her human and non-human inhabitants, who are willing to release the myriad illusions and limitations of their third dimensional vessel.”
Any BELIEF that you are limited to your 3D expression traps you in illusion. Fortunately, once you can conceive that you are multidimensional, you will begin to realize that you do not need to leave one reality in order to experience another reality.
In fact, you all have the ability to experience your third, fourth and fifth dimensional realities within the NOW of your multidimensional consciousness. By tuning into the “NOW of the ONE” you can make an honest assessment of your state of consciousness by observing your thoughts, emotions and actions from your newly discovered higher perspective.
In order for you to choose to return to full awareness of your Multidimensional SELF, you will need to be CONSCIOUS observers of your life. First you must know yourself before you can change yourself.
Once you clearly observe yourself, you will realize any alterations you need to make in your life and in your self. This observation begins by your saying to your self,
“Right NOW I am entering my Higher SELF to observe my state of consciousness. From this higher perspective I can make an honest observation of my thoughts, emotions and actions.”
“Right NOW I am observing how my thoughts and emotions are affecting my state of consciousness. I am also recognizing the activities and/or duties that lower my consciousness.”
“Right NOW I am ready to flow into the fifth dimension, I am consciously choosing to transmute any thoughts, emotions, activities or habits that lower my consciousness.”
In order for you, the volunteers who bi-located into an earth vessel to assist Gaia, to be fully aware of your Multidimensional SELF, you will need to be CONSCIOUS observers of your life. As you regain an ongoing interaction with your higher expressions of SELF, you remember that this “higher guidance” is a higher expression of your own Multidimensional SELF.
Through a constant communication with your SELF you will remember the “mission” that you decided to accept before entering your earth vessel. Most important, as you allow your higher expressions of Multidimensional SELF to merge with and lead you, you are being prepared too be a Multidimensional Leader of others.
You may begin as one person, but as you merge with the many within you, you will be able to merge with the many who are beginning to remember their mission as well. Then 1 becomes 2 and 2 becomes 4, which becomes 8, 16, 32, 64 and on and on into infinity.
You are awaking to your Multidimensional SELF and the reason why you chose to enter a third dimensional earth vessel. We know the great loneliness you have suffered and the deep yearning for… for what, for some thing or some one that is missing.
That some thing that you miss is the mission that you chose to complete, and that some one you are missing is YOU – as your true Multidimensional SELF. Every ONE of you is an important component of Gaia’s planetary ascension. Every ONE of you has volunteered to assist Gaia with Her ascension.
As the reward for your efforts, you will become a Multidimensional Leader who joins with Gaia as she transmutes her physical reality into multidimensional world of multidimensional light and unconditional love.

I cannot say enough about the messages we receive in a regular basis from the Arcturian Group. These spiritual entities have been guiding us through the channelings of Marilyn Raffael, teaching humanity more about how to relieve ourselves from the constant opponent of FEAR! This trait is in ALL of us, and now it IS TIME to break free from the very real chains of fear and recognise our true divinity! Dear Ones, again we greet you at this time of accelerating Light energy on earth. Much higher dimensional energy is flowing and being received by all who are receptive. Many still refuse to acknowledge and accept the gifts of spirit being offered at this time but that is the blessing of free will for no one need do anything if they choose not to. All who are open and receptive are now experiencing the increasingly intense light energies physically, emotionally, and mentally. It is a powerful time to be on earth and many who wished to be here, stepped aside for those who could carry and add more light to the evolution of mankind.
We are aware of the anger and frustration many feel with regard to current world wide situations. Be patient dear ones, for every awareness with regard to some world issue indicates Light shining into some shadowy corridor of the third dimension. Many of the issues now coming to light all over the world are not new issues as they may seem, but have been hidden, denied and thus perpetuated generation after generation by an un-evolved society as well as by those who realize that their self-serving interests would be affected by change.,
Exposure brings about change, for as mankind becomes aware of what has been going on behind the scenes, it begins to realize the necessity for change. When enough people demand it, new laws will begin to be passed that reflect a public awareness based in reliable and true information while giving no credence to the protestations of those ove, who find security in what is old and finished.
Practice seeing painful world events with new and spiritually aware eyes…as wake up calls for universal change. Recognize these things to be the illusory manifestations of a dense and un-awakened three dimensional consciousness.
There is an element that wants to start wars and continually feed the energy of fear to the world for their own self serving reasons. Be aware and do not allow yourselves to enter in to their games, for fear is the energy that feeds the dark on all levels.
Fear is the root of all problems within the third dimension. All worry, anger, frustration,disease, etc. etc. has at its root the energy of fear. Fear of the unknown, fear of things not working in the way one has been led to believe they must, fear of lack and limitation, fear of pain, fear of death, fear of certain life experiences etc. Fear is the belief in separation and is the bottom line of every human issue…serving to create and maintain all third dimensional problems and difficulties.
When you find your self concerned about something be it large or small, ask yourself; “What exactly am I afraid of? What am I believing that is making me feel this way?” Be very honest with yourselves, not allowing the ego to immediately voice some concept the world has given you regarding your particular fear. When done sincerely, this practice will zero in on whatever concepts and beliefs you may still be holding, allowing you to acknowledge and then clear them.
Individuals usually need not be consciously aware of the source of their deeper buried fears. (eg; life long fears of heights, water, animals etc.) If this information is necessary in order to clear it, it will be given–in dreams, through a spiritual teacher/channel, or in whatever form may be needed. Do not actively seek to revisit these experiences simply for curiosity sake for this can add energy to that which you are trying to clear.
The job of the spiritual student is to state his intention verbally or silently to clear all old and finished energies from his energy field. With this intention will come whatever help and awareness may be needed. Remember always that you are powerful beings of light and your words, thoughts, and intentions serve to create.
The deeper fears are usually rooted in past life experiences, but until an individual spiritually awakens, new ones continue to blossom as a result of the teachings and influence of a universal impersonal world consciousness containing all human beliefs. Always remember that any fear issues you may discover are never personal, are never really yours, Fear is imposed upon the un-awakened consciousness from the consensus beliefs of separation and duality. These beliefs are always available in human consciousness to be accepted or not–the choice is yours. Evolution is the dissolving of these false energies, replacing them with truth which then manifests outwardly in higher and truer forms.
The real YOU consists only of Divine Consciousness and contains all that is embodied within Divine Consciousness. Your realization of your Oneness with Divine Consciousness automatically constitutes your oneness with every Divine Idea as well as with the spiritual reality of every living thing. However, this realization must become your state of consciousness and cannot be just intellectual knowledge. This is the journey.
When you realize that something is not true , why hold on to it? Ask yourselves that. Too many still view spirituality as nice ideas limited to an hour on Sunday but impractical for everyday living. It is time for all those serious about spiritual evolution and ascension to walk the walk and to cease just talking the talk. Those who confine their spirituality to some Sunday morning service, are going to find that they make very little real spiritual progress and remain enmeshed in outdated concepts and beliefs.
If you seek to come into the actual realization that you are all the things you have been seeking, then you must realize that the “saints” and “holy ones” of the past as well as the present, are no different from you. It is only that they know who they are, they remember. That is the only difference. Now it is time for you to remember– living out from and being all that you truly are. No more victimization, no more feeling sorry for your plight in life, no more whining. It is time dear ones, it is time.
