The Slow Merging of Higher & Lower Selves in the Physical Body & Incarnate Self ~ Dec. 8, 2016

There’s been periods throughout 2016 when I knew my physical body and DNA were rather dramatically evolving again. My first human thought usually is if any of these weird changes I’m feeling are age related, and no doubt some of them are, however most are added changes due to it being the third 9 energy year (2016) within the Ascension Process and Galactic Alignment.

I’ve been very aware of some of these changes because the way my physical body responds to certain things, usually emotional things, is wildly different from anything I’ve experienced in my life. The first time I felt this was early in my physical, biological Ascension Process around 2000. I was driving and my Mom said something funny and I laughed out loud. Nothing unusual about that except that I was instantly shocked by the dramatically increased amount of energy in me and my body when I laughed. To me it felt and sounded HUGE and I was surprised, confused and slightly embarrassed by such amplified force blasting out of me through my laughter. I’d never felt that before because it had never existed before and it was a really startling change.

After some time I realized that what I’d felt, and from my perspective heard, was a tremendous increase in the amount of energy I had within my physical body, and when I laughed it felt and sounded massive and unusually loud and powerful. It took some getting used to this sudden change in how much “voltage” I suddenly had running through me and my physical body back in the early days of the Ascension Process. Of course this Process has never stopped or ended since then, but continued and increased in the amount of Light Energy I (and you reading this) was consistently taking on and embodying as I energetically climbed these many evolutionary Ascension Stair-steps over the years and decades.

Decades ago my Mom told me the story about when I was a baby all she had to do was lay a blanket on the floor, put me in the middle of it, and I would not leave the blanket. After she told me this, I told her why I didn’t leave the blanket and it was because I was afraid to and would not crawl out into the “world” because I knew from infancy where I was and how unsafe life on 3D Earth really was. That’s a difficult burden to carry from infancy and not have it crush or break you in any way(s). The only other person I’ve read talk about being consciously aware of where they had incarnated is Inelia Benz, and she said she cried uncontrollably for days before their family doctor had to sedate her. My personality—plus my conscious memories of many Team Dark “monster” beings—has been to go into stealth mode so the “monsters” of this world and beyond hopefully wouldn’t notice or sense me down here, quietly immobile on my blankie! Scream and cry and make a lot of noise and commotion? Not me, I’d do everything I could to become invisible and literally fly under Team Dark’s (TD) radar as much as I could get away with for as long as I could. That is why I never left the blanket as an infant. Different story the older I got however because, like it or not, I was/am a ‘Volunteer’ and I had/have a job to do while incarnate here during this very important Ascension Process and evolutionary shift out from under those very “monsters”.

Another important life awareness and early memory I’ve had since age two or three years, was a time when my Mom and Dad were driving the three of us somewhere. Keep in mind that this was back in the early 1950s and baby carriers and car seats etc. didn’t exits. Because it evidently was a longer than usual drive we were taking, Mom had laid my crib mattress in the back seat of the car, covered it in blankets and surrounded it with protective pillow barricades for me. It was my own little travel “nest” in the back seat of their car.

At some point during this drive I felt a never before experienced emotion and physical body sensation that was powerful enough to cause a two-year-old to remember and recognize it for life. What I suddenly felt was an all-encompassing sense of safety, security, empowerment, peace, physical comfort, emotional comfort, spiritual comfort and HighHeart memory of and direct sensations of with Higher nonphysical HOME. It was blissful in those rare moments, those highly unusual feelings of being utterly safe, protected, nurtured, loved, LOVED, comfortable and consciously aware that I was a multidimensional being that existed simultaneously in higher and lower frequency dimensions and “realities” while being very young Denise incarnate in physicality, again.

I’m stressing how real this was on both emotional and physical levels because I, as Denise, had never felt safe, secure or comforted being reincarnate on physical 3D Earth now! The profound extremes between feeling like constant prey in the Dark physical Land of Evil Monsters, and, feeling that Divine Source had my back was a terrible, lovely, disturbing contrast, especially for a very young child. But, such are the lives, experiences and awareness of most Forerunners/Starseeds/Wayshowers/Higher Frequency Beings of Light in what’s been incomprehensibly negative and Dark for so very long.

I’ve mentioned many times how very difficult life has been for me since early 2014, and 2015 wasn’t any improvement either but more about dealing with all the changes caused by my Mom’s sudden 2014 stroke and subsequent worsening dementia. Things, situations, places, people and ways of life have been winding up, winding down, imploding, exploding, falling away, disappearing and dying and all of it has been part of this Ascension Process. A few days ago I was reviewing the years from 2014 to now, the end of 2016, and it’s honestly been hard to grasp in its entirety. 2014 and 2015 were wild years of sudden and dramatic change and I know this isn’t remotely over yet. December 2015, the first energy “Wave” of that year began for me very differently from all previous Ascension Process years and decades. Last December 19, 2015 I suddenly felt like I had a seven foot-long spear going through my physical body at and through the upper chest area at the HighHeart. Needless to say it was amazingly painful as my HighHeart and surrounding area went through greater evolutionary changes.

I’ve often been able to clairvoyantly See the different evolutionary higher Light energies coming into this dimension and my physical body as lines of Light. Back in 1999 and the early 2000s, I could See these different lines of Light coming into my body and/or my head in very specific angles and degrees, somewhat like laser lines of evolutionary Light, that needed to enter the body and/or specific organs and chakra areas etc. in highly specific geometric angles. Some of these lines of Light would connect with another line of Light, usually at endocrine glands but not always, again in highly specific angles and directions etc. that were intentional, not random or accidental. I’m not very familiar with Chinese acupuncture and meridian lines in the human body etc., but what I’ve clairvoyantly Seen over the decades of these Ascension Process lines of Light entering my body and head have reminded me of a type of Divine geometric Light“acupuncture” energies let’s call it, that further activates certain DNA to evolve, change and expand at specific times and so on. Said another way, these very high frequency evolutionary lines of Light enter us, our bodies and consciousness, our body “grid”, our consciousness “grid”, our emotional HighHeart “grid” so to speak, at specific angles and directions that are sixth dimensional (6D) and geometric.

So if you too have clairvoyantly Seen a line or lines of Light energies coming into your body and head at clearly defined angles and intersecting with other lines of Light, then you know that there’s a higher blueprint being followed and overlaid on and within us and we call it compressed evolution. If you can See it, it’s rather stunning in its perfection and clarity despite how often it makes us feel! Lead to Gold…

Since November 2016 I’ve had this same sensation of a seven foot-long spear (line of Light) going through my HighHeart, upper chest area of my physical body. My beloved cat partner entering his death process and suddenly dying last month didn’t make that any easier to endure and things have felt like unseen bombs have continuously gone off left and right, red and blue, light and dark ever since. Put quiet simply, it’s been really horrible in multiple ways for a long time now. Like I needed to even say that to the people reading this!

Having said all that I need to quickly add that off and on since December 2015, I’ve very much felt this growing sensation in me and my physical body that clearly lets me know that tremendous evolutionary progress is being made in between the explosions and pains of our current lives. Like my experience as a two-year-old in my little “nest” in the backseat of my parents car, I have been clearly feeling that old familiar sensation of HOME now in me, in my physical body, right here, right now. This is, from my current perspective and level of awareness, the ongoing merging of my Higher Self with my Lower Self in Denise’s physical body and incarnational timeline during this Ascension Process. Hot damn kids, we’re doing it!

So far to me this ongoing merging process feels like increasingly being at ease, at peace, empowered beyond belief, safe, comfortable, in love/LOVE with self and Self and Source because they are all One within me and my physical and energetic bodies and evolving consciousness. So too for you reading this but it probably feels a bit differently to you and that’s normal and to be expected.

But, if you’re also feeling a strong and constant growing inner sensation of being comfortable in your skin; of growing personal Sovereignty; of increasingly being out of range of TD and their influences; of not being able to relate to the old world or have any interest in it whatsoever other than to put it out of its misery once and for all, then you’re feeling the merging of your Higher & Lower Selves taking place IN you and your body and HighHeart. And yes it’s blissful, timeless, and yes it is crazy painful sometimes but who cares because it’s happening, for real! Higher HOME is here now—in the early stages—in many of us and it’s why there are those moments of timeless bliss and hanging with Source because Source and Self are merging and becoming One within each of us. Just imagine what reality will be like with hundreds of thousands or millions of Source-as-Self connected Sovereign human Light beings living and creating on 5D Earth.

All this sounds so wonderful, and it is, and yet this cusp-like, transitional between two worlds and levels of being, consciousness and reality really gets to be way too much sometimes. Off and on all year I’ve had more periods where I was so not of this world feeling and functioning that it was all I could do to go out into it and forage for groceries and toilet paper and have to actually physically speak to another human being! Off and on all year I’ve had times where I couldn’t string a sentence together well enough to communicate with a physical human. Typing is easier thank gawd but this is no way to have to exist, this half-in and half-out sort of business. This I AM Divine Source yet I still have to interact with repulsive unaware humans existing and functioning in old lower TD’s frequency range and are totally mind controlled and not to be trusted for a second. How long can this insanity and tension-filled gaping gap continue? Not long because I don’t want to do it for starters. Another big shift is close now thankfully because it’s impossible to be in bliss while driving your car or interacting with a cashier somewhere just like it’s nearly impossible to have to interact with unaware humans that honestly believe they’ve got it all figured out, are so clever and powerful and think you’re easy prey. Give me strength to be Neutral and unaffected by the silly shit in all its diverse forms…

There’s a lot going on now as we all knew there would be at the end of this third 9 energy year of completions. I’ve had to spend a lot of time almost every day laying down doing nothing and being very still while this merging continues. It will get easier but until it does, rest often, sleep whenever you need to no matter what time of day or night it is, eat what and when your body needs the fuel, be alone while this massive spiritual, energetic and physical evolution unfolds in you and your body, always move among the human zombies with Higher Awareness, and radiate your Light like crazy around the humans waking up and feeling their HighHearts birthing within them now. 2017 will be tons more of this for many more people so be ready for it and much more as best as you can.

Alone… But Not Really… But Kinda… Temporarily ~ September 13, 2016

As some of you may remember, I’ve mentioned in two or three articles in early 2016, about how I had been occasionally dealing with a growing sense of being alone. I’m not talking about loneliness, but an honest clear sense that I’ve been on such NEW territory that I am in some ways very much alone, temporarily. Let me add that this is perfectly okay in the second half of 2106, because I consciously understand what’s been unfolding better than I did at the start of this incredibly amplified year and am more comfortable with this NEW and being on my own in it. We’ll understand even more on the other side of September’s multiple energetic lineup.

I just read one of the best, most honest Ascension articles I’ve read in a very long time. It’s entitled‘Your Collective Is Likely Pondering’, September 12, 2016. (See link below my copyright notice.) Big Gratitude Hugs to Brenda Hoffman & Co. for it.

The only other person/being/channel I’ve come across over these Ascension years that publicly admitted to being surprised by an unexpected project in the Ascension Process was Kryon a few years ago. It had to do with specific Bridge Building to connect certain nonphysical higher dimensions with 3D physical Earth back in the early 1980s. I was intimately familiar with this because I was one of the Forerunners who worked on this early Ascension-related project. Other than these two incidences, I’m not aware of any others who’ve publicly confessed to being surprised by what the Forerunners of the Forerunners and the Forerunners continue doing for individual Self and collective All everywhere.

Considering what most of us have gone through year after year post the December 21, 2012 Expiration Date, it sure feels good to be openly acknowledged for putting our HighHearts and Souls into it and running far beyond what had been the original agreed upon Ascension “end zone”. We got the ball there years ago but have continued “running” so Thank You very much for standing back while we embody more of our Higher Selves/Source, repeatedly readjust ourselves from doing so, and continue journeying and Creating higher and farther than what we’d originally contracted to do. Bets were made by a small handful On High that know and love us well, that we would go for it after we’d reached a certain level of completion in the Ascension Process. This we’ve done and more. (More about this and related things in upcoming articles.)

So when I read Brenda’s article this morning I was uplifted and gratified by her valuable channeled message. This is what you get when you hire Forerunner Boomer Hippies to tear down and rebuild multidimensional systems; we do that then go on to create totally NEW better ones because we’re here now so why not?

This brings us back to the start of 2016, when some Forerunners felt and knew from deep within themselves that, in many ways, we were indeed on our owns now (temporarily) because we’d Re-Contracted with the Divine and our Higher Selves during our individual Life Review period that took place at some point during December 21, 22, 23, 2012. For me it was December 22, 2012. We’ve raced up very difficult energetic Ascension Stair-steps ever since then and the results of all this aren’t totally clear to even us yet. They will be however, and the 9-9-9 (September 9, 2016) completion threshold we just crossed brought a lot more insights to many. More to come with and after the Lunar Eclipse on the 16th.

This year has repeatedly forced me into my Sovereignty for answers, insights, soothing, nurturing, continued spiritual, energetic, physical and consciousness growth and so much more. The time—for me and many of you reading this is—is well over for being babysat, handheld, stroked and soothed by higher dimensional Beings, Angelics, ETs and such. We are them and more now on NEW territory, which automatically creates more NEW territories for All everywhere. Until you and I honestly and fully consciously understand, accept and wear/live what we now are and how powerful we actually are, we’ll still occasionally whine and mope and long for some Other great higher Being to cuddle us up and make us feel better from time to time.

Visualize this please for perspective. See in your mind’s eye a great Lightbeing that is You sucking its glowing white-light thumb while searching for another great Lightbeing to coddle it and make it feel better. Ridiculous isn’t it? Well, this is where many of us are now; fumbling while adapting to our NEW lives and realities as directly Source-connected Sovereign individuals. Old bad lower frequency habits take a while to shake off sometimes and there’s nothing wrong with that. Just do your best to honestly get a glimpse of your NEW Self in some cosmic mirror somewhere so you better consciously understand what you’ve evolved into at this point. This is important for yourself but also for all the rest of the Forerunners, the collective and future timelines, worlds, realities etc. No pressure Sovereign Self-as-Source being, just honesty.

“You have moved so rapidly that we of other dimensions and collectives, do not yet quite understand how you are evolving. Do we point you in the direction of the reward that seems important to you now? Or do we point you in the direction of the reward you will find important in a month or a year? That is our quandary.”

That was a quote from Brenda Hoffman’s channeled message, and what a wonderful thing for On High to be questioning! We Forerunners have already chosen years ago even if you don’t consciously remember that choice you and your Higher Self and the Divine had face to face at the end of Phase One of the Ascension Process. I’m going to end this with a quote from The Temple of Master Hotei (page 154) because it feels right to do now. Thank You again Brenda Hoffman and Co. for that very important message.

And now from Master Hotei and Jade One of long ago but are very much connected to me here and our time of Universal Ascension. Never forget that we never clock-out but are always on The Job.

“Those who came to experience and expand our spirits within polarized physicality are acquiring knowledge within the densest level available for human expression. However, at the end of this great cycle, we of earthly incarnations that have integrated and transmuted within this realm will eventually return Home with extremely unique and valuable experiences to share!” Hotei said with his eyes sparkling and flashing excitedly.

“With us of course, we will take our individual and collective experiences and soul wisdom that others do not possess, except for the many that have journeyed down into dense, polarized physicality. By incarnating within physicality we are learning to bring heaven to earth—to increasingly express within dense flesh, that which we fully are in higher nonphysical realms. As difficult as it has been Little One, we have gained a unique wisdom and succeeded at manifesting our true spiritual selves within a most dense, illusory, restrictive and remarkably polarized realm.

“Think of the profound wisdom and creativity we will be able to share with our brothers and sisters who did not encase themselves within this dense realm and experience all that we have from having journeyed here! It has been a long and difficult journey but the knowledge, wisdom, and soul growth gained from descending into dense physical polarity will help more beings and more realities in more ways than we can comprehend. Plus, it will also create unlimited future possibilities as well,” Hotei said with his eyes closed as if he was broadcasting this information from some other place far away…

Evolving Psychic Perceptions & Abilities ~ July 22, 2016

This is a fascinating article written by Denise Le Fay about “psychic” abilities. Denise ws blessed to recognise her pyschic abilities early in her life, but with the energetic advance of the mass consciousness of humanity, many of us are finding ourselves with abilities we hadn’t noticed in ourselves before NOW.

I’ve had “psychic” abilities—clairvoyance (vision), clairaudience (hearing), clairsentience (feeling), claircognizance (knowing)—and more from birth. They’re not newly acquired current life abilities but ancient ones, ones that were mandatory for me if I was going to insert myself into an incarnation in 3D Earth physicality during an astrological Age change, multiple galactic and universal cycles completing at the same time, a hardcore knockdown drag-out battle with multidimensional Team Dark, and an all-encompassing universal evolutionary Ascension. Every tool I had in my Higher Toolbox that I could safely embody came with me (Denise specifically) when the greater, higher “I” ‘Volunteered’ to insert aspects of Itself via physical incarnations on Earth across time which required a great drop of Light, memories, Higher Awareness and abilities just to be able to incarnate into the energetic extremes, density, darkness and duality of physical earthly 3D before the start of this Ascension Process.

I’m not special in this, every being/aspect(s) that volunteered to do this Ascension Process from within 3D physicality needed to drop a whole lotta Home that they were simply to be able to get in here and not stick out like “aliens” to the 3D Earth natives. Yes, re-read that sentence if needed. Those that did instantly sense us, see and feel us were nonphysical Team Dark beings and negative physical humans however. Re-read that sentence too if needed.

Those that can plumb the heights and the depths simultaneously as multiple aspects of their Greater Self have been here working the Ascension Process from the physical inside and the outside higher dimensions. We are the physical aliens and angels on Earth doing the mostly invisible energy work down here because none of this could have happened if highly capable heavy-duty aspects weren’t here to grab, anchor, embody and insert into the physical earthly dimension the higher frequency NEW codes, energies and consciousness for the human masses to step into when that time comes. That time has arrived, but first, some greater crashing and burning of the old lower.

Many of the Forerunners, the ‘Volunteers’, the Pathpavers and Wayshowers have always been empathic, psychic, sensitives. We needed as many Higher Awareness tools as we could carry in-body while living in the extreme negativity and density that has been normal on Earth and in human consciousness. We needed at least a couple of higher tools to keep us connected with our Home Light Teams so we could get the job done here and not get crushed by the density or killed off by the negativity. As bad as it’s been for the Forerunners, most of us have done all we have with minimal tools and consciousness of our higher dimensional Homes and more natural states of being. At times when I honestly think about this, it amazes me that we’ve succeeded—and sooner and greater than was planned I might add—and not lost our minds, bodies or souls in the vile fray. Wow, seriously.

Because I incarnated with psychic abilities, and multiple past-life memories, how those abilities have worked for me have changed slightly as I (Denise) grew throughout my life. However, once I began the physical, biological phase of this Ascension Process (at age 47 in 1999), my lifelong psychic abilities began evolving and changing rather dramatically. The ways I received and perceived higher dimensional Light information in general, plus communications with higher dimensional beings etc., began changing and it’s been an ongoing learning curve of strangeness since then. Don’t misunderstand, I’m not complaining! I know many Forerunners have been going through these types of evolutionary changes in themselves and how and what they’re able to perceive, receive, embody and transmit.

In the past when I’d psychically perceive something it was always acutely obvious to me that what I was clairvoyantly Seeing and Feeling, Hearing, Sensing, Knowing etc. was happening at a nonphysical level. I never confused the nonphysical with the physical because they were, to me back then, wildly different frequencies, levels and states of reality. When I’d perceive something like a coming physical disaster that would affect large numbers of people for a long time, I always Saw the approaching event and Knew it was not physical yet but had a strong possibility of arriving soon because it was so dramatic, disturbing, amplified and highlighted. The more developed the visions, it meant the closer they were to actually manifesting in this physical world.

Other psychic impressions I had were like there were huge flashing neon arrows pointing something and/or someone or a group out to my consciousness; one huge screaming message of, “Look, look, over here at this, it’s coming…” My psychic impressions, visions and other perceptions were always crystal clear and obviously nonphysical to me. All this has been slowly changing however since my physical, biological Ascension Process started in 1999.

Since then the distinct energetic and dimensional lines, borders, boundaries and perimeters between the physical and nonphysical first blurred then began moving around slightly. Next, those blurred and moving dimensional lines flat-out disappeared completely. Needless to say, that’s when things really started getting interesting for myself and many Forerunners! Over the years since 1999, the ways that I perceive nonphysical events, multidimensional beings, different dimensions, energies and such has evolved and changed so dramatically that they’re nothing like they used to be for me. I knew back in 1999 that as I changed, so too would the ways in which I perceived, received, embodied and transmitted what I perceived. What I didn’t know back then was how the old familiar borders between the 3D physical and the 4D astral dimensions primarily would disappear and be no more as they had always been. That took some time for me to learn and adjust to. What I’m dealing with and learning today is as different, new and strange to me as the past seventeen years have been. And on and on it naturally evolves.

In the past what I perceived was always clear to me to be a nonphysical, etheric thing. For many years now however, due to the ongoing evolutionary Ascension progress we’re making, this is no longer the case for me. What I often clairvoyantly See now is not always instantly recognized by me as a nonphysical thing or being(s) etc. What I See now (these past many years) exists in the same space as I currently do. Those old lower frequency borders and borderlines between the old lower dimensional turf of my younger years simply do not exist any longer. I have evolved beyond them, as have many of you reading this, and we’ve entered NEW territories with NEW rules and much larger borders. I now directly mingle with NEW-to-me colorful energy expressions, beings and energies etc. and it’s all so—and this is the important part—natural, un-dramatic, un-highlighted and un-spectacular. Said another way, it’s more like original Home meaning there’s hardly any old lower 3D egoic high drama, intensity, shock, trauma, panic, ooh la la, freakout, hair-pulling, old lower 3D emotional reactions, etheric flashing neon arrows or other such lower frequency, ego-based consciousness, reactions and road signs. Now it’s just so different and “normal” despite my knowing that this momentary level is not even “it” yet! This Ascension-induced dimensional hodgepodge mashup called my current perceptions and base of operations, reminds me of that iconic Star Wars movie scene in the Mos Eisley Cantina. And, it’s all just fine and normal as I slowly pass through this particular corner of the NEW 5D territory.

The important point in all this I wanted to get across is that what I now clairvoyantly See, Feel, Know etc. no longer exists ‘…in a galaxy far, far away…’. That great energetic and dimensional gap between me and my incarnation on Earth and up/out to higher dimensional beings and such is no more a great gap; we’re all well within range of each other now meaning what I perceive, receive, embody and transmit, plus who and what I directly interact with now here in this space is nothing like how it was prior to the start of the Ascension Process. I’m only stressing this because I know many of you have been experiencing this perceptual and literal evolutionary change too and I want everyone to realize that this will only expand, because we are individually.

I now sometimes experience things I simply have no vocabulary for so I don’t even try to write about them. I just experience a bit more of the NEW-to-Denise and tuck it away for possible future educational story sharing. These nearly indescribable experiences I’ve been having, in between the lower level global chaos and insanity connected to the dying patriarchy, are great but don’t impact or affect me like some things, visions, precog awareness’ would have in the olden days of lower 3D reality and personal consciousness. 5D and higher Neutrality/Unity/HighHeart consciousness is wholly anti-dramatic and live and let live and good gawd doesn’t humanity need that right now! The teeth gnashing, hate throwing, who can tell more lies the fastest and have the unaware still believe them all, and general negative thrashing about in rapidly increasing duality continues with and in the unaware. This gap is too much for Team Light so just don’t go there at all. Keep your distance from them and the escalating ‘Energetically devouring of each other’ that’s taking place down there. It’s not your, our concern. What is your, our concern is how well can you maintain your current elevation and HighHeart focus despite the wonderfully weird encounters with like-other beings and energies while the unaware act like crazed starving zombies? The better and longer you/me/we can maintain and Hold the Higher Space and Way, the less lower insanity and volatility there will be for All everywhere. No pressure however, just keep doing what you/me/we have been.
