“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have begun the process of taking your desires for what you would like to experience in the fifth dimension, and using that information we have created a vibrational experience that you can tap into now. We know that many of you are excited about stepping into the fifth dimensional framework and experiencing the fifth dimensional Earth. We also know that you are feeling impatient, but you are in a very important phase now as you create the experience of the fifth dimension that you want to have.

And so, we have been working with you on co-creating fifth-dimensional experiences that you can tap into vibrationally while you are still there in the fourth dimension. We want you to know that you do not need to fully shift in order to start experiencing some of what you have created. We want to give you hope, and also experience. Those of you who are ready to tap into what you have already created will be able to use that information to refine your desires.

You will always be building and re-building, and this is one of the ways you can start to experience what it will be like to be fully fifth dimensional. There are others, of course, and we are not the only ones working with you and for you. But we want you to know that everything that you’re doing now is helping to create that reality that you want to experience.

And you are all doing a beautiful job of accessing, in your own way, that which you need in order to continue this process of growth and creation. And we are so thrilled and honored to be co-creators with you of the new Earth, of the fifth-dimensional human experience.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are taking nothing for granted when it comes to our participation in the shift in consciousness. There are so many beings in this universe who are working to ensure that the shift not only occurs, but that it occurs in the way that serves the most. We invite any and all of you who want to be a part of this conscious creation to move beyond waiting for something to happen.

We invite you to join us in ushering in the shift and bringing about an expanded consciousness throughout the entire universe. You don’t have to wait for any major event to occur in order to participate.

This is a shift in consciousness, which means nothing in the physical realm is going to be responsible for making it happen. It is the true nature of consciousness to expand and evolve, and therefore, as you make it your mission not to do something in the physical realm, but instead consciously evolve, you are joining the team. You have opportunities every single day. They come to you in the choices that you are being given.

And you can help yourselves and help the entire universe at the same time by making the choice that is more inclusive than exclusive. You can help by processing your emotions. You can help by making eye contact with someone else and helping that person understand that he or she matters. You can be kind instead of being right. You can forgive. You can send transmissions of love and compassion. You can speak your truth, be true to yourself, and love yourself no matter what you have done, or said, or thought.

As you make a commitment now to joining the team that spans the entire galaxy and all dimensions, you are helping to usher in the best possible shift that we can all experience. We are inviting you to join us, and we know many of you already have, but as you make the declaration, you are automatically accepted onto our little team.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have been witnessing more and more acts of generosity, kindness, and selflessness on planet Earth in the past few weeks than we have ever seen before in your history. You see, every act of kindness, every expression of love, every moment of connection brings you closer to the whole of who you are. Who you are as a whole, in terms of the human collective, is a version of Source that you could refer to as God.

You could see that the unified human collective consciousness would be a God in comparison to what you have had present on planet Earth for so long, and you could see the unification of the galaxy as another God, and a unified universe as still a more expanded version of God. It is true that you are all Gods as well, and so, when you feel harmonious and integrated as an individual, you are more likely then to feel that way when it comes to your fellow humans.

You are more likely to act accordingly, to act with that knowing that you are all one, and that the one that you are all is a form of Source Energy. You are working your way up gradually to the full knowing of yourselves as Source. You are doing it incrementally, and each act, each thought, each word spoken that supports that knowing brings you a little bit closer.

We are happy to observe and to give you our confirmation that this is happening. We feel confident that it will continue, and we also see that as you band together more as a human collective, it becomes harder and harder for those who are not interested in integration to stay in positions of power.

So this is how you do it. You band together, rather than fighting each other, and you disempower those who need you to be segregated and at each other’s throats, and eventually even they will have a moment, an opportunity to become one with the rest of humankind. And those of you who have truly known yourselves as Source will welcome them with open arms.

The 9th Dimensional Arcturian Council ~ Stepping into Your Power ~ May 9, 2018

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have noticed that the human race is very focused upon what is going on outside of each of you. You pay attention to what is happening in your community, in your country, in the world, in your families, in the lives of celebrities. You focus on so much of what is happening around you that you forget to check in with what is going on within you.

Part of the reason why you have developed this tendency is because of the number of times you have heard about something bad happening. Whether it was someone you knew or to a stranger, it does not matter.

When you hear about something bad happening, and you are told that someone else was to blame, then you keep yourself stuck in a victim/perpetrator dichotomy, and this is not where you want to be. When you are looking outside of yourself, take note of how often a person is blaming some entity outside of themselves for their current situation, and compare that to how often you are hearing about people creating their reality.

Now, of course, you can narrow your scope. You can only follow people on social media who are awake and who are taking responsibility for their lives. But you are still a part of a human collective consciousness that believes in victimhood, and you are still a part of a collective consciousness that wants people to pay for what they have done.

It is time for all of you who are awake to be the changemakers that you came here to be. One of the easiest, and yet most effective, ways that you can do this is by being responsible for your own lives.

Take responsibility for your creations. Be aware of what you are feeling, what you are vibrating, and whether you are claiming to be a victim. You don’t need to worry about changing the world outside of you. You don’t need to change who is in charge. The police, the military, and the government are not in charge, really. You are.

And the more of you who take ownership of that fact, the less you need to look outside of yourselves for fear that someone in a position of authority or power is going to take something away from you or persecute you. Now is the time to step into your power, and it is much easier than you think. You take back your power when you not only take note of your vibration, but you also take the time to shift it to a higher frequency.

The Creators ~ Higher Frequency Information ~ May 6, 2018

“We have given you the necessary information to live lives that you want to live. You don’t need to know anything else besides what you have been given. However, it is to your benefit to allow yourselves to be exposed to this type of information as much as you possibly can, you see. Because you are still also being told that you are not connected, that you are not powerful, that you are not sovereign, that you must obey. Those messages are more common to this reality that you find yourselves in.

So the more that you expose yourselves to higher frequency information that tells you your true nature, the better off you will be. There is a frequency to everything that you experience and what you are wanting to do at this point is to choose more carefully what frequencies you engage with, what frequencies you activate within yourselves, what frequencies you decide you want to emanate. So, in a sense, you are straddling two worlds at this moment. There is the old and the new.

Sometimes you find yourselves reverting back to the old, and sometimes you find yourselves firmly planted in the new. And one is not right and one is not wrong. They are just different. So please do not berate yourselves for dipping your toe back into the third dimensional constructs that are so familiar to you. Remember, this is all for the experience.

You did not have to incarnate. You did not have to lower your vibration to have an experience of self that is different from what you normally experience. But you did. You did so willingly and purposefully. You are not being punished, and you are not here because you are bad or wrong or silly or stupid. You are doing what you are doing out of service, and the sooner you acknowledge that where you are in your life is serving yourself and others, the sooner you can move along to a different experience.

So let yourselves be where you are and know that you can choose the higher frequency, that you will choose the higher frequency, because that is where you ultimately want to go.”
