“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have begun the process of examining your problems from a larger point of view, and we have noticed that your problems are stemming from more than just something that you’ve done to create them in this lifetime. We like to refer to your problems as challenges because you can see the point in facing a challenge, but problems just seem to exist for no one’s benefit.

The challenges that you are facing now are the ones that you’ve been facing for lifetimes, and they are the challenges that your genetic line has also faced over and over again. You are here to change your approach in this lifetime. This is one of the things that you came to do. You came to address the challenges that you have been unable to face and triumph over in those previous lifetimes, and no one in your family history has been able to do so either.

This is why they feel so big. This is why they are so big. So we want to say to you that if you are trying and trying to figure out what you did wrong, you can stop. And instead, you can decide that there is something very powerful for you in facing your challenges. And some of you do have more than one that you are facing, but this is the work that you knew you would be doing in this lifetime. So for many of you, the set up of this life experience put you right in the line of fire, to be facing the challenges that you are facing.

The good news is that in all of your previous lifetimes, and the in the lifetimes of those in your family who have come before you, you have asked for help. You have prayed. You have pounded your fists. You have shouted to the heavens, and you have always been answered. Now is the lifetime where you can receive more help in facing these challenges. You are not alone. You are not doing any of this alone. Take the pressure off of yourselves and allow in the help from the higher realms.

How do you do this? Slow down, put yourselves in a relaxed state, and open yourselves up energetically to all that you have summoned over many lifetimes.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We tend to affect you in the precise way that you need and in the precise moment as well. We are able to detect what each individual who will receive these transmissions needs, and then we are able to deliver. We are encoding the messages. Therefore, even if you listen, or read, but do not understand, you still receive the benefit. Now, we are able to do this because we have your permission.

And so, just imagine how much help you are receiving from your spirit guides. Your spirit guides have nothing else to do but to tend to your every need. And imagine how much help you are receiving from your Oversoul, the part of you that exists in a higher dimension and has extended its consciousness into the fourth dimension. There is help coming to you from so many angles, and it’s coming to you in every moment of every day.

Now, you might wonder why your lives are not perfect by your definition if what we are saying is true. Well, you have the option of receiving, or not, what you are being given. Even if it is already in your energy field, you can still have it not affect you without the allowing in of that help. Now, how do you allow it in?

Well, first of all, you acknowledge that the help is always there. So you eliminate the feeling of longing for something that is out of reach. Just let go of that idea and those feelings, and then you focus on being open. Focus on what you can feel yourself receiving energetically. Let it in through the easiest portal that you can find. Whether it’s the heart, or the crown, or even the third eye really depends on you as individuals. And then know that the help you’ve been seeking has been received.

When you are grateful for everything that is coming to you and everything that has already come to you, you open yourselves up to so much more. So be sure to practice being in gratitude and appreciation, and give thanks, not because it’s polite, and not because we need to be thanked, but to acknowledge that you are in fact receiving everything that you’ve asked for and more.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have extended ourselves out to the beings that are very interested in connecting with all of you, and these beings are living underneath the surface of your planet. They are a bit more advanced than those of you on the surface, and they have a lot to share.

We have connected with them because we have our own perspective on how best to begin the integration process with them. We know that your introduction to them will be the beginning of a unified planet Earth, one without borders, and certainly one that is ready for full, open extra-terrestrial contact.

First, you need to make this connection. Many of you are aware of the beings that we are speaking about, and you have reached out to them. They are aware of those of you who are reaching out, and they are doing their best to respond in a way that you can understand. They are highly perceptive and intuitive, and they have their own form of spirituality, which they will also be able to share with all of you on the surface.

Now, we are referring to all of the beings underneath the surface as ‘they,’ but really there are several different groups, and these groups need to be united as well. By connecting with all of you on the surface, they will take a step forward towards their unification, and you will all follow their lead. We are very excited to see all of this play out and to see how much you will advance just from connecting to them and being activated by their high vibrations.

They will also be able to share the Earth’s true history with you, and you will all be able to sense their sincerity and the veracity of what they are sharing. We are confident that they are going to heed our advice and make this connection on a physical level in a way that serves all parties involved. We are very fond of them, as they are of us, and we are of you. This creates a bond that will help to unify all of the beings on the surface and underneath the surface of planet Earth.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are continuing to be amazed and surprised by how resilient you all are in the face of the many challenges that you have taken on for this lifetime. This lifetime has not been a walk in the park for those of you who have decided that you would awaken well before the time of the shift, and we want to acknowledge you for that decision. It is only through the facing of your challenges that you will be able to integrate all aspects of self before being able to help others who are struggling.

There will be a great deal of struggle ahead for those who have chosen to remain asleep in this lifetime, and we want to be very clear about this. If you are awake, it does not mean that you are somehow more evolved than anyone else is on the level of your consciousness. It just means that you chose to play that role in this lifetime and be of service, rather than choosing to stay asleep and be the ones who will receive your assistant in the moments when the massive energies hit and the shift becomes real.

Your experiences build compassion within you, but they also build a type of knowledge that can only be gained through experience. You can talk about spiritual concepts and ideologies until you are blue in the face, but you only really gain the wisdom that you need in order to be of service through the experiences of those challenges. You can only become who you are destined to become in this lifetime by allowing yourself to face challenges that in other lifetimes you would have chosen to ignore.

This astonishing resilience that you have all shown as the awakened ones on planet Earth will of course also help you to have an easier time when the shift is upon you. It will not be the experience of being hit by a ton of bricks. It will be more of a gentle and wonderful experience of allowing the higher frequency energies in.

What you are also doing at this time is practicing that experience, and we are so appreciative for those of you who have opened yourselves up to receive, because it is through your willingness to feel and through your willingness to ground higher frequency energies that we can be more of service to you.

“When you decide that you have had enough of the same ole, same ole, you will then begin to take a different approach. You see, many of you have had the tools for quite some time, and you understand them, you understand how to apply them, but you continue to live the lives you have been living because you still have work to do in those areas. But there will come a time when you no longer wish to continue with what you are experiencing. And in fact, you will no longer need to; it will no longer serve you.

And that is when you will pick up your little bag of tricks and you will put to use what you have learned from us and from others. There is no secret. The secret is out. The fact is anyone, anywhere, now has access to all the information they need to become the person they want to become and to live the life they want to live.

So if you find yourself playing out the same old stories for the umpteenth time, know that it is only because there is something more for you to give or to receive, or both, from the situation. And it is not because what you are learning does not work. And it is not because you are doing something wrong. You are perfect where you are, and you are perfect as you are.

And when it is time for you to really take hold of the steering wheel and guide yourself into the life you have always dreamed of, you will be ready. It will feel easy. And you will take the knowledge you have gathered and put it to very good use. In the meantime, have fun with your little creations and know that everything is temporary. We are in support of you as you become the beings that will support yourselves.”
