The 9th Dimensional Arcturian Council ~ Stepping into Your Power ~ May 9, 2018

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have noticed that the human race is very focused upon what is going on outside of each of you. You pay attention to what is happening in your community, in your country, in the world, in your families, in the lives of celebrities. You focus on so much of what is happening around you that you forget to check in with what is going on within you.

Part of the reason why you have developed this tendency is because of the number of times you have heard about something bad happening. Whether it was someone you knew or to a stranger, it does not matter.

When you hear about something bad happening, and you are told that someone else was to blame, then you keep yourself stuck in a victim/perpetrator dichotomy, and this is not where you want to be. When you are looking outside of yourself, take note of how often a person is blaming some entity outside of themselves for their current situation, and compare that to how often you are hearing about people creating their reality.

Now, of course, you can narrow your scope. You can only follow people on social media who are awake and who are taking responsibility for their lives. But you are still a part of a human collective consciousness that believes in victimhood, and you are still a part of a collective consciousness that wants people to pay for what they have done.

It is time for all of you who are awake to be the changemakers that you came here to be. One of the easiest, and yet most effective, ways that you can do this is by being responsible for your own lives.

Take responsibility for your creations. Be aware of what you are feeling, what you are vibrating, and whether you are claiming to be a victim. You don’t need to worry about changing the world outside of you. You don’t need to change who is in charge. The police, the military, and the government are not in charge, really. You are.

And the more of you who take ownership of that fact, the less you need to look outside of yourselves for fear that someone in a position of authority or power is going to take something away from you or persecute you. Now is the time to step into your power, and it is much easier than you think. You take back your power when you not only take note of your vibration, but you also take the time to shift it to a higher frequency.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have been extending out an invitation to each of you to connect with us, and in so doing, to connect with the Arcturian that is within you. You are Arcturian and Pleiadian. You are Sirian and Andromedan. You are Lyran, Cassiopeian, and also from Orion. You are not just one. You are all, and we help to activate that which is Arcturian within you.

Now, this is why we have come along at this phase of your evolution to bring you these activations. We know that you are so close to shifting your consciousness, and we also know that you have experienced the energy of our star system previously. We know that the vibration that Arcturus holds is a necessary component in completing your mission, in finding your way to the fifth dimension.

We have seen all of the different paths that you can take, all of the different ways that you can make your ascension, and we are quite certain that the activation of that which is Arcturian within you is exactly what you need at this time. Now, you are getting activations from the other star systems and their representatives as well, but if you are receiving this message then you are aware of the Arcturian activations. You are more likely to receive them consciously, and we can begin the process of co-creating together the next steps in your shift.

If you identify with Arcturus, then you are right where you need to be in this moment, receiving exactly what we are offering, and activating your Arcturian DNA. It is our love for you, our compassion for you, and our confidence in you that is most of service to you at this time. And we will continue to look for ways to influence you to the highest vibrations and the most pleasant timelines. That is how much we love you.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have been monitoring your progress and have noticed that there are changes that are occurring within you on a cellular level. These changes are due to the activity of your sun. You sun really is the soul of your solar system, and it is providing, now more than ever before, that which you need as a collective to become more of who you really are as souls who have incarnated.

The changes will affect your moods at times. You will feel more intensely the moods that come up for you, but this can be a good thing if you are feeling very positive emotions. And the energetic transmissions coming from the sun will certainly make it easier for you to hold higher vibrations within you and to access more of the Source Energy that you have access to.

You are becoming the essence of Source as you shed the ideas that you are merely humans, struggling to survive, as you shed the notion that you are finite. And all of this is being initiated by solar activity and your place in the galaxy now. Your sun is picking up more of that photonic energy that is available to you, and it is evolving and shifting with you.

There is a great deal more power that will be available to you as well, as you continue on in this journey. And the more of you who feel that power coming from within and rise up to display the consciousness that you are becoming, the easier it will be for everyone. So you are being called forth now to go even further and to access even more.

You are energetic beings whose origin is the consciousness of Source, and all of that is starting to sink in more. You are getting it mentally and emotionally, and soon you will be living it physically.

The 9th Dimensional Arcturian Council ~ Humanity’s Timeline ~ April 30, 2018

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have the foresight to determine what is best for the human race in the long run, and we can give you messages and transmissions that will put you in a vibration that is more likely to influence you onto a particular timeline. You still have the free will to decide for yourselves what you are going to do, how you are going to vibrate, and which timeline you will ultimately choose.

We love you and want what is best for you, and so we look at all of the variables in determining what is best for you to know and what energies are best for you to have access to. Now, you can do the same for yourselves, and this is what we want to encourage you to do.

It is more challenging for you because most of you only access the past and the present, but that is enough. It is enough to be present and to feel for the vibration of the timeline that you’re on. You can determine for yourself whether that timeline suits you or not. What becomes more challenging for you is when you attempt to take the temperature of humanity and determine the vibration that the rest of the collective is offering.

It can be very challenging for some of you to believe that humanity is headed in a positive direction at all, but that is usually due to the fact that you are tuning in to what the media is emphasizing. If you want to truly take the temperature of humanity, and access the truth of the collective’s vibration, you need to connect to Mother Earth and feel for the vibration that she is giving off.

You can also look at the people around you and notice how they are evolving. You can tell by how a person’s energy feels whether he or she is moving in a positive direction, and although it may be hard at times to notice, we know that you can feel for the progress in the beings that you connect with on a regular basis. We know that you can, with a little effort, feel for the motion forward that humanity is making, and you can rest assured that this timeline you are on now is one that will lead you to a more joyous journey, and ultimately, to the fifth dimension.

The 9th Dimensional Arcturian Council ~ Physical Upgrades ~ April 6, 2018

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

You have taken the steps forward on your journeys that are necessary to bring in the help that you’ve been getting. You see, help isn’t just distributed when you are in need of it. That’s what happens when the help you need is coming from non-physical, but when you demonstrate a readiness for help on a physical level, that’s when your physical extra-terrestrial brothers and sisters are able to step in.

The higher you raise your vibration, the closer you are in proximity to them. And so it doesn’t become as much about help as it does collaboration. Now, what you are collaborating on are some upgrades that will tide you over physically until you are fully occupying your light bodies.

When you let the help in, and you receive the upgrades to your physical bodies, so that you can carry more light in them, you are not only granting permission to continue on this journey with your extra-terrestrial friends, but you are also exercising your free will to make the experience of your ascension easier. We know that is has been very hard on you emotionally, and second to the emotional hardship has been the physical symptoms.

You have all endured so many ascension symptoms, and some of you for decades have been struggling to feel right in your physical bodies. Now, with this final upgrade, you will be able to handle the light and the codes that you will be downloading. You will be able to make a transition into a light body seamlessly, and you will see a gradual letting go of the ascension symptoms, even the ones you’ve been carrying around for decades.

This is a big step forward for humanity, and the timing is right, as you are now in the final stages of this seemingly endless ascension journey. It will all be worth it, however, in the long run, and you will recognize how every experience, no matter how painful, was a part of this journey, and a necessary one.
