Yes, Dear Heart, I AM Arch Angel Michael and I am privileged to give you a report today at your request. Well, let’s not make it so much as a report (which sounds too formal), but an Update on what has been going on lately.

Yes, I realize that many of your Lightworker friends are on my Team, Dear Heart. We all know each other well as you say. This is because we all took an oath to Mother & Father that we would assist any way we could to bring the Light back to Gaia. For some of us, this means literally battling the dark ones who wish to stay here where they have had it good for eons. However, they are not allowed to stay, per Mother & Father’s decree. It is past time for them to leave and we have to show many the door!

I realize that I have been depicted over the centuries as wearing armor and having a large sword which I use to slay enemies. Think of this image as a representation of my job or duties. I do not literally dress this way! (smiles). We use our Light and Love to do battle, to bring down the dark ones who cannot stand the light. No need for physical swords when most of these being aren’t in your 3D anyway. Swords or other physical weapons wouldn’t have an affect on them.

Thus, I do not consider myself war-like, but a Warrior of the Light! And, my Team is on this same wavelength. We go on many missions daily, at all times of the day and night. Many of you do work very hard during your dream time; and possibly while you are at work or school during the day. As you may or may not know, you are multi-dimensional beings. So, you can be in many places at once. This is just one of the many reasons you are all feeling exhausted, Dear Ones.

Another reason you are needing more rest (when you can get it) is because of all the energies being brought in or sent to Gaia at this time. Yes, specific energies are being sent to you from Mother God and your Galactic Families. They are all helping your bodies to upgrade, clear out, rise up and Ascend. This is the end goal!

This plan of Enlightenment of Gaia has been in progress for eons and you all have had a major part to play over countless lifetimes. It is indeed very complicated and intricate. Threads of various back-stories are inter-woven making the plot thick and juicy! It is a grand tale that will be told for eons after completion. You all wanted a first class ticket on this Love Train and you have the best seats in the house!! All Aboard!!! (smiles).

We are almost Home, dear hearts. Your journey has been long and fraught with danger but your dedication and love have carried you home. When all is complete, we will go Home together and have glorious Reunions and Celebrations!! Please know that we applaud your efforts as you all are grateful for our hard work also. None of us could do this without the others. We are a Family of Light!!

Yes, Dear Heart, I hear your questions but do not feel that it is appropriate at this time to go into further detail about our missions. They are not “top secret” per se, but they are on-going and My Team is currently working as I am communicating this to you.

I wish to commend those of you who can feel and intuit when you are working “on the other side”. If you do feel this and can allow yourselves to rest, please do so!! If you do not know what it feels like, I will ask this one to share what it feels like for her. She says she feels ‘bi-located’ sometimes or just plain exhausted. Like someone has drained out all of her energy. Or like she weights 500 pounds and can’t move. (OK, I think they get it! Smiles). As Mother God says Dear Hearts, please be gentle with yourselves when you feel like this. We realize you need to work but try to rest when you arrive at home. OK? We appreciate your efforts greatly!!

Your bodies are also being upgraded by the energies coming into Earth, so many of you are doing double duty! This is yet another reason we realize you are very tired and run down, Dear Hearts.

However, SOON it will be finished!!! SOON all the dark ones will be gone, your bodies will be bright and shiny and you will be Ascending to the 5th dimensional frequencies. I jest by using the word SOON as I know how you all feel about that! It’s just that we have no-time so we cannot relate to your linear time very well; and also, we are not prognosticators!

Only Mother & Father God know the Divine Timing of all events and we trust and have faith that they know much better than we do when these things should occur.

Brothers and Sisters, I am honored to speak with you today and I commend your Service!! Be of Joy! We have accomplished a great deal already and will “soon” celebrate! Love Everlasting to you All!! I AM Arch Angel Michael.

Greetings Dear Ones, I come again to assist in raising the Human Collective Consciousness. The collective consciousness of the feminine requested guidance on the severity of the imbalance with the feminine and humanity. The cause of this is “Conditioning”. The feminine were conditioned to be and act in a way they are not. It is no surprise the feminine have it more difficult in this realm of 3D than the masculine. But let us delve deeper into this topic. I will reveal this information to assist in raising your consciousness and bring clarity to this issue. Awareness = Consciousness…

My Sisters… Feel into this information. The energies that are coming forward from the Celestial Bodies will help assist you all on your journey. You Must Be Prepared. My wish for you All is to Reclaim Your Power and Restore Balance to the Multi-verse… While this information is aimed directly at the Feminine, it will provide clarity for the Masculine as well.

The Cabal or “The Powers Who Weren’t” wanted to create a realm the opposite of Heaven. In Heaven, there is Balanced Harmonics, an energetic balance of the masculine and feminine. Prime Creator is Feminine and majority of the Multi verse is predominantly feminine. The Feminine are the Daughters of Prime Creator… The Holy Spirit… Gaia… Mothergod. They are the Stewards of Planets (including Earth) and wield great power, knowledge, wisdom and much more. (Ever wondered why there are more Feminine than Masculine on the Planet? Why majority of your channelers, tarot readers, mediums and more are Feminine?) The Masculine Support the Feminine in their creations and assist in Co-Creation. We are All Co-Creators.

Earth is a grand school of growth, wonder and experience. Every incarnation is an opportunity to grow, gain wisdom and knowledge. The Cabal intervened in the soul growth process for both the masculine and feminine. But, they took a more twisted turn with the feminine. They subjugated, villainized and controlled the feminine by stunting their soul growth. Without soul growth, How does one gain wisdom and experience? Two of the attributes the feminine of Earth lack. To clarify, there are those amongst you who claim having experience. If you do not take full responsibility for your experience, then you never learned from your experience and therefore, only had an “Occurrence”. You cannot gain wisdom, experience or knowledge through an occurrence.

The Cabal put in place of the feminine, the masculine and reversed their roles. This you can say is the beginning of the Patriarchal Age. Although, the Cabal put these thoughts and actions into play, they didn’t and couldn’t do it alone. Their knowledge of the feminine was limited. This is where Lilith comes in. Lilith wanted to take what belonged to Mother of All Creation, this includes her planet, her power, her children and more. Lilith wanted to be better than God. A Grand Illusion…

Lilith even convinced the Cabal, they would be in power, but she was the true puppet master from the beginning. She influenced the feminine through their thought system to be like her, (But not better than her). She also influenced the Masculine to impose these conditionings onto the Feminine. Yes, the Masculine too are responsible for the imbalance of the Feminine. Now, while the Masculine played a part in this imbalance, the Feminine allowed this and continued this conditioned way of being. All Are Responsible.

Lilith also invited her sisters to be part of her plan, this includes Kali, Isis and a host of other dark aspects of feminine. Each of them influenced the feminine to be like them. Their collaboration was short lived as they all wanted to be Prime Creator and lack Harmony… another reflection of the 3D Feminine. These entities influenced the feminine to define themselves from the exterior, the feminine body… Using allure, distraction, suggestion as their means of survival. Dear Ones, The body is a hologram… It is a mere fraction of who you are. Seeking acceptance or validation from the exterior or the body, is Unworthiness… A very deeply seeded trait imposed by the “powers who weren’t.” This includes conditioning from culture, religion, society, family and more… Self Love is the Key Dear Ones. If you Loved Yourselves, you would never allow others to treat you less, even from your own ego/mind. In Heaven, we do not identify our brothers and sisters from the physical but of your essence, which is LOVE. These are NO Seductresses or Seducers in Heaven. The Feminine are Honored, Cherished, Adored and Unconditionally Loved by simply who YOU ARE… God… A Daughter of Prime Creator… You are Worthy of ALL LOVE IS!

 

Here are some of the dark feminine traits:

Lilith: Manipulation, Control, Jealousy, Envy, Bitch, Princess, Power Over, Succubus (taking of energy through words, actions, sex and other abilities)

Kali: Anger, Hatred, Chaos, Bitch, Princess, Power Over

Isis: Whore, Jealousy, Envy, Bitch, Princess, Power Over, Gossip, Lies

 

Notice how each of them have certain similarities. Let us focus on the Bitch conditioning. This is a conditioning triggered as a fear or security mechanism within the mind, similar to the succubus conditioning. The Being thinks it is being threatened and this conditioning goes into effect. Another programming known as the “Princess” conditioning, does not necessarily have a trigger but is more of a comfort zone attachment. This conditioning emphasizes particular tastes, environment and treatment from other because they feel they are better than all.

Each of these dark feminine entities wanted to be Mother of Creation, Mother Gaia, Mothergod and assume Her Role. Dear Ones, This Role Has Been Seated, Assume Your Own Roles in Creation Now. Your Atoms, Know Where to Go and that is to Come to Mother & Father of Creation Home into The Light. Surrender is The Way Now. Mother & Father of The Most High Stand For Their Children of Creation. They Thank You For Standing With Them, Where You Are Free. In Truth, Embracing the Holy Spirit, that Scared Fire within your Heart, is embracing God, which is YOU. To deny the Holy Spirit, Our Mother… is to deny YOURSELVES. Your Very Essence… (This is what the Atlanteans chose eons ago) How can you Be God, without God? Another Grand Illusion…

There are those spiritual egos (both masculine and feminine) claiming to be God and acknowledge their Godhood. Most of these beings are Informed and not Awake. The Awaken, Feel… The Informed, Think… 5D is A State of Being. One does not think they are God, they Feel and therefore Know they are God.

Dear Ones, if you are not in the Heart, you have access to Nothing… It is a trick of the mind. That is what the ego is… Nothing, a black hole meant to suck your energies, age you and take your and other’s joy away. The mind can never be God. Only Love=Heart is God. God is a Feeling, Not a Mind Trap.

All these traits of the dark feminine is energy and as you know, energy can be transformed. This is Our Mission, to bring all the darkness here and Transform it ALL as per the Divine Plan. The Power of Love Transforms ALL! These dark aspects of the feminine do not represent Our Mother or her Daughters.

These are the traits of Our Mother and her Daughters, the Goddesses of Earth and of All Creation. For you to access your gifts, one must be within the HEART. All the gifts and treasures has always been within the HEART. A True Goddess, empowers one another, shares knowledge and wisdom, Walk Their Talk in All Moments, is Heart Connected, speaks and acts in Truth, is Worthy, Acknowledges Their Power From Within, Feels and Sees the Divine Essence within themselves and their brothers and sisters alike. They Fully Embrace the Holy Spirit, Our Mother and are of Service to LOVE. All these qualities are within and have never left you. You simply forgot. You are beginning to remember who You Truly are.

Write down these traits of the dark feminine or print out this document. Ask the Angels that you wish to transform all these energies and fully embrace the Holy Spirit within your entire being, then burn the document.

ENHANCING YOUR POWER TO MANIFEST

Beloved masters, as you traverse the return path into the higher-dimensional realms of existence known as the River of Light/Life, or sometimes, the Rainbow Bridge of Cosmic Consciousness, the vibrational patterns within and around you are in a constant state of change. This has resulted in an ever-increasing expansion of consciousness, whereby the filters through which you view your world of reality, as well as the belief-structures you have built around you, are gradually being replaced with higher, more empowering truths. The world you have created, and those you interact with, will always reflect back to you the beliefs and expectations you have accepted as your truth.

In a painful or debilitating situation, there are always distorted or imbalanced beliefs and attachments which keep you imprisoned in a false, illusional reality. The beliefs which control many of your actions and reactions on a daily basis are slowly dissolving, and are being replaced with self-empowering concepts you are gradually accepting as your new version – vision – of reality.

You are in the process of expanding your awareness of Self, and you are developing a more focused, in-depth awareness of those with whom you interact, and also of the realms beyond your present ability to see. You have often heard the saying that “all is an illusion.” This does not mean that everything that has been created in the physical realm of existence is not solid, does not have structure, or is not real. Nor does it mean that the higher realms are illusional with no tangible structure or definition. Every level of existence throughout this Universe seems as real to those who reside there as your earthly home does to you. The Creator and Its all-encompassing influence are most assuredly real, just as we are.

The illusion is your perception of the world, a reality you view through filters of your own making: beliefs, structures, taboos and limitations you have encoded within your subconscious mind, and that you have accepted as your truth. Everyone views the world and daily events through a veil of their own beliefs and a modified level of awareness. That is why many see everything through a filter of negativity, while en-Lighten-ed Souls experience life through a filter of love and non-judgment.

During these times of accelerated transformation, you are experiencing great changes both within and without. The membranes between the subconscious, conscious and superconscious minds are becoming thinner, thereby allowing you access to the subjective, self-limiting information you need to release, and the distorted concepts you need to heal in order to return to balance within as you strive to reclaim Self-mastery. The right and left hemispheres of your brain, as well as the matrix of your subconscious, conscious and superconscious are in the process of merging and returning to a unified state of super- or macro-consciousness. In many ways, the saying “as it was in the beginning, so it will be once more” applies to the transformational process humanity is now experiencing.

Every observation via the physical senses that makes an impression on you, as well as every action, interaction and reaction, is automatically transmitted and recorded within the memory cell Seed Atoms of the subconscious mind. Again, we stress, your subconscious mind is subjective. It takes every thought or experience literally, and is thereafter affected by your individual bias. The subconscious mind will continue to respond to and replay old thought patterns and conditions over and over again until the misconceptions are resolved and reprogrammed.

Your Third- and Fourth-Dimensional world is random and chaotic, while the time/space continuum of the higher-Fourth Dimension and beyond is more flexible and fluid. As you integrate the vibrational patterns of the higher dimensions, all that is not compatible will rise to the surface for resolution, which results in higher wisdom. For those who have developed their inner sight, they know that thoughts are tangible things. They are aware that the quality or frequency patterns of a thought determine its color, while the nature of an emotion determines the form it will take. The more focused and detailed a thought is, the clearer the outline will be.

Thoughts of a low frequency level are dark, muddy and distorted while the higher octaves of thought, those infused with love, are more delicate and luminous. You must accept the fact that your thoughts do have substance and that they do have an affect on you and the world around you.

You must be willing to examine the preconceived ideas about the complex traditions, structures and boundaries of your life, and you must release or transform the beliefs which are keeping you stuck in self-inflicted, structural limitations. Releasing attachments, outmoded habits and concepts is an ongoing process and requires constant vigilance and upgrading. We are aware that you have built comfort zones around you, which are difficult to move beyond, even if they are uncomfortable and constrictive. But that is exactly what you must do, beloveds, if you are to expand your awareness and become the masters of cocreation you were meant to be.

Letting go is liberating, and it gives you the power to expand your consciousness and your world. The higher your vibrational patterns become, the more fluid the restrictions around you become. Do not become attached to the structures of life you have built around you. You must realize that change is an integral part of growth. You make decisions and choices every day, and as a master-becoming, it is imperative that you always strive for the highest choices. The boundaries of your spectrum of duality will become narrower, and the pendulum of choice will swing in a much smaller range to the right and left of center. As a result, your perception and conscious awareness will expand and be raised exponentially. “A master always follows the narrow upward path” is an ancient truth that still applies. You must always seek your highest truth and then live it to the best of your ability.

It is important that you are aware that there is an orderly sequence to the Cosmic Cycles of Creation, which define and emphasize a great variety of GODLY EXPRESSION. Therefore, it is important that you learn to flow and adapt to the changes of the time, to discard the restrictive, limiting beliefs of your Third- and Fourth-Dimensional reality as you gain wisdom, seek higher truths and grow closer to your original “State of Divinity.”

We are in the midst of one of the greatest cycles of transformation that this Universe has ever experienced; however, it is important that you understand that there have been many minor cycles of change on Earth, and each of you has experienced these transformational times in one way or another.

The coming Seventh Root Race will be highly-evolved and spiritually-attuned, and will be influenced by the SEVENTH RAY of transformation, purification, freedom and redemption. Everyone and everything on Earth will be affected by the radiance of the Seventh Ray, the Violet Transmuting Flame. Many of the old, outmoded teachings are being discarded as you evolve in wisdom and raise your frequency patterns. The love-based and empowering religious beliefs will be retained, while the fear-based, controlling concepts are slowly being discarded. During the transition into the age of enlightenment, the religions that will survive are those which are willing to expand their philosophy to incorporate the revealed, higher Creator truths.

New cycles of “Being” are initiated through a willingness to change, and these upgrades have been designed so that you may gradually incorporate them with ease and grace. However, for those who are resistant, it will be through chaos and conflict. Much depends on your capacity to attract, respond and absorb (or reject), and then transmit the more refined energies known as“higher truth.” Your Soul and Higher Self remember the reason you chose to experience and express painful situations – not as a punishment, but for resolution.

It is vitally important that you strive to strengthen your self-determination and your desire for fulfillment. You must evolve from an ego self-serving mode to a Soul-serving state. Your Soul is the part of you which is connected to the Universal Whole. You gain compassion the hard way through pain and suffering (ego-driven), or the easy way through the process of reunion with your Higher Self and God Ray (Soul-inspired).

Nothing can escape the radiation and magnetic influence of the rarified Creator Light — called Adamantine Particles – now permeating this Universe, Sub-Universe, galaxy, solar system, the Earth and humanity. The chakras are like electromagnetic batteries within the body. The vibrations of electromagnetic frequencies communicate to many levels of consciousness. You must be harmonious with and attuned to the vibrational frequencies in order to integrate them. The higher frequencies of Light, thought, and sound vibrate through your blood, cells, organs, bones, muscles and tissues, enriching your sense of well-being. The lower frequencies of the Third- / Fourth-Dimensional environment restrict the flow of life-giving energy, and increase the density in your four lower-body systems. Your blood carries Memory Seed Atoms, genetic encodings of your earthly lineage, but more important, your cosmic lineage and your Divine heritage.

My beloved bearers of Light, we ask you to view each test and challenge as an opportunity to release outmoded thoughts and vibrational patterns which no longer serve your greater good. We implore you to view your life experiences through the filters of your Sacred Heart/Mind as you draw forth the Diamond Ray Particles of Life/Light, and infuse them with your love before radiating them out into the world and to humanity. We are all in this cosmic dance of evolution, and together, we shall prevail. I AM Archangel Michael.

Meditating regularly on the Sacred Heart, and consciously activating the incoming Adamantine Particles of Creator Light that you integrate, will result in a major transformation in your life as you become a cocreative Self-Master of the highest order.

In a relaxed state, begin the Breath of Infinity–(a figure 8). With each breath, imagine your consciousness expanding to incorporate all of the solar system………. then the galaxy…………… and then this Sub-universe. Envision, however you perceive, the magnificence of the planets, star systems, galaxies, and also feel within your Sacred Heart the power and majesty of the vastness of space…….the “Great Void” filled with the unmanifested potential of Love/Light (the Adamantine Particles of Creation, powered by Love).

Now envision yourself as the center, the focal point within this Sub-universe, as the “Flow of Divine Light” radiates forth from all directions toward you. See the prisms of Light refracting into Rainbow Colors, which contain all the virtues, qualities, attributes and potential of Creation. Breathe deeply as you ingest this gift of Love/Life, as you begin to feel the flow to you and from you…….the never-ending supply of Divine Light Substance.

Breathe in………..breathe out………… breathe in………..breathe out…………..as you see this magic elixir flow forth from your Sacred Heart center in an Infinity Sign, from both the front and back portals of your heart. Be aware that, with you as the receptacle and the conduit on the material plane, the Creator particles of pure Light substance will pour forth into you and from you in a never-ending supply. These particles will stream outward into the material world to be molded into an unlimited variety of physical manifestations via your visions, seed thoughts and pure intentions / will / actions!

Lastly, but of vast importance, always maintain an attitude of gratitude for all things, large and small. A constant state of thanksgiving generated from within the Sacred Heart will magnify and enhance your ability to cocreate in alignment with the Divine Plan for the greatest good of all.

How will you use this gift, which is a treasure beyond compare? What are your greatest desires? What will be your legacy to the world and humanity? Reach for the stars, beloved friends, for there is no limit to what you can manifest and share when your desires are in harmony with Spirit.

BASIC INFINITY BREATH MEDITATION© **THE BREATH OF LIFE**

Take a deep breath, and center your consciousness in your Solar Power Center (the thymus, heart and solar plexus area), which we will now refer to as your SPC. Envision, however you perceive, your SPC being filled with the Divine Light Particles of Creation. As you breathe deeply, feel the energy begin to build and travel up your back along the spinal column. This energy permeates the medulla oblongata, where the spinal column and the lowest part of your brain are connected. It also contains nerve centers that control breathing and circulation, and it connects to the Ascension chakra. This Light energy moves through the Ascension chakra, and out the back of your head in an arch about six inches above the top of your head. It then sweeps down before your face and enters the SPC again. It continues its journey down the back spinal column, and it exits the body through the root chakra (the perineum) in an arch. The energy flows up the front of your body, as it returns once again to the SPC within the body, gaining more energy, Light and power with each breath.

Continue the process of deep rhythmical breathing as you visualize this INFINITY sign filled with Light arching farther and farther above your head and deeper down into the Earth, returning to your SPC with each rhythmic breath cycle. Continue the process as long as is comfortable, knowing that as you incorporate more of these precious Adamantine Particles, it will magically accelerate the process of cleansing and clearing your physical vessel of any discordant energies, and filling the vacancies with Creator Light substance.

You will also be accessing more and more of the refined thought forms of new Creation, anchoring them in your physical vessel, and deep within the Earth as well. Your beloved Earth will greatly benefit from the process as you share these wondrous gifts of Creation with her. In turn, she will strengthen and harmonize her connection with you, as together, you go about your Father/Mother’s business of creating peace, harmony and all good things on your home planet.

I am not saying your closest one, because you, your universal selves, are the intimate companions that you should look to… and the ones that know everything about thee, holding you dearly in His/Her hands, the ones that know your plan and the best way to unfold it. And I am saying that to you because, though I am always with you, and there is no time that I am taking my eyes off you, there are times when I step back, but only a tiny bit, so you can have the space and the time to fully step into your power and into your Divine Authority. This is the way we have designed these journeys of yours, journeys of discovery and rediscovery of your sweet and wonderful selves.

Deep within your own hearts, every detail of your divine plan lies ready to guide and direct you when [you] choose to access it.

You might have asked me at times for assistance in removal of the false grids, and the total removal of these deep-seated and entrenched limitations of the old third paradigm. But many of you were not ready for this type of intervention, and so you could say that it was overridden by your own souls and universal selves. Not because you needed to pay any type of dues, nor that you had to suffer longer, but because you did not have the wherewithal and the wisdom not to go back and repeat the old patterns and the old ways once the deepest ingrained grids were lifted off thee.

I am extremely proud to announce to you that you are ready and more than prepared, for you have reached the strength, the insight, and the clarity to avoid the traps of the old, and to reinforce that new golden and shiny grid that has been bestowed on you by my sister Gabrielle, and by the entire Council of Love! Congratulations my brave and peaceful warriors of the light!

Your challenge, as you already know dearest hearts, is in immersing yourselves within the old reality and interacting with others that are still of the old, while maintaining that pristine and pure light that you are. Your new golden grid will assist you to do so, will help you to become that compassionate observer while maintaining this position for longer and longer periods of time without being tainted by the lower vibrations of others. You can feel and remember the pain and suffering of those who are still living a fear based reality, but you will now just know that the best course of action is to radiate your love and light towards all, unconditionally.

As we have said to thee repeatedly, it is not what you are doing, and not even what you are saying to others, but it is your energy exchange that is recognized at the soul level that will encourage others to follow your examples of being gods and goddesses in action. People will see you choosing kindness and love over fear, fighting, and confrontation with others, and sooner than you think they will change their way of conducting their lives into more loving and giving ways of being in this new world that we are creating together.

The light and love has won dear ones! It is now the time to reinforce the new and the healthier lifestyles, and to let go of all that it is not serving and which is not of the truth!

Beloved masters, each advanced level of evolution and Ascension contain higher truths, along with new challenges and opportunities to attain Self-mastery. Self-discipline, heightened awareness and determination are required. However, the more you bring your ego-desire body under control, and allow your Higher Self to guide you, the easier the process will become.

As you expand your awareness, and begin to view life from a higher vantage point, your perspective changes. You no longer focus on the negative aspects or what is wrong in your life as you develop a positive outlook and focus on the good in others. You learn to appreciate the beauty of nature, and what is right with the world. Gradually, you also develop a sense of wonder and thanksgiving for the many miracles that manifest for you and those around you.

One of the most difficult things to accomplish is to let go of old outmoded, preconceived thought patterns and habits. Ingrained habits, traditional rules and standards, as well as social, racial, and religious influences of the past are only some of the shackles you must release as you strive to become an “en-Lighten-ed, free Spirit” within a newly emerging reality.

Humanity as a whole, as well as individually, is still trapped in half-truths and concepts that originated many thousands of years ago. Each of you is a composite of all your experiences, not just past lives, but experiences you have had from the time you first externalized into an individualized conscious Facet of the Creator. Many of these limiting thought patterns have no place in your new world of expanded consciousness. It is vitally important that you release these negative influences, if you are to continue your forward momentum upon the spiral of Ascension into the higher realms of Light and Self-mastery.

It is time to take an inventory, dear hearts. Review what you have released during the last few years of your time. What outmoded ideas, habits, and responsibilities have you released and what has replaced them? What do you still need to release, or transmute into a higher form? What is limiting your spiritual growth, and no longer serves your greatest good?

** Have you learned that you are no longer a victim of fate, and that you are in control of your own destiny? What are you doing with your newly found power?

There is no one or no thing out there doing anything to you or for you unless you allow it. You have been gifted with all the tools of Creation, and you are entitled to all the beauty, bounty and opulence of this Universe – it is your Divine birthright. We can assist you, guide and inspire you; however, you are the composer and builder of your world and the reality in which you exist. Each and every day you are projecting thought forms, feelings and intention, which will influence and construct your reality of tomorrow. If you do not like what you have created, and what you are experiencing at the moment, change your attitude and your thought patterns to a higher frequency, and then watch your world change for the better. Remember, as you acquire skills in focusing your thoughts, and you practice deliberate, step-by-step action, your power to create will accelerate exponentially – both positively and negatively.

** Are you becoming more comfortable as a cocreator of your life’s experiences? Are you now willing to take credit and responsibility for both the positive and negative experiences in your life?

You can monitor and determine what kind of thought forms you are radiating forth out into the world by the people you draw into your awareness. Are you experiencing a lot of negative feedback or interaction with those around you? Are you still allowing people to take advantage of you in order to feel worthy?

When you do things for others, how often do you feel harmonious and loving afterward? How often do you feel resentful or exploited? It would be better to not do something for another person, than to do it for the wrong reason. 

** Remember, it is also the vibrational patterns that you are projecting that determine the “rightness” of action, not just the action itself. 

In the process of returning to balance and harmony, there must be a balance in ALL things. There is an energy exchange in every thought you have, and in everything you do. If you constantly give to another person without receiving some kind of positive energy exchange in return – an imbalance develops, which soon manifests as resentment or guilt, and often a sense of superiority or inferiority. It becomes impossible to radiate unconditional love to another person under such conditions.  

** Have you gone through the process of releasing everything and everyone in your world to its or their greatest good? This is one of the major challenges you must experience during your journey toward Self-mastery.       

This does not that mean that you will have to give up anything or anyone, but you may be tested to see if you truly mean what you say. Holding on to people or things, and resisting change are the major cause of human pain and suffering. 

In truth, you do not own anything, and you certainly cannot own anyone. All you are assured of is a moment in time, or the present now moment.  Everything and everyone in your life could disappear from sight in a flash – including you. 

We do not wish to make you fearful; however, what we are trying to instill in your consciousness is that everything in your reality of today is transitory. What are you holding on to that still brings you pain or discomfort?  What lessons are still to be learned from the discomfort these things instill in you?  Isn’t it time to let go of the suffering, and to claim ease and grace? 

** Do you own your possessions or do they own you?   

Are you so deeply in debt or so obligated to others that you have no time to enjoy life? Do you spend all your time taking care of, cleaning, fixing or striving to pay for your possessions? Remember, we have tried to impress upon you, things do not make you happy. Most often, they only bring a moment’s satisfaction, and then you are looking for something or someone else to satisfy the urges of your ego-desire body. Happiness, joy and satisfaction come from within. What you are yearning for is a quality of life, or a state of Being.

How long has it been since you took a walk in nature, since you took time to gaze at the stars or the beautiful cloud formations in the sky? Can you remember the last time you walked barefoot in the grass, and attuned to the heartbeat of Mother Earth? How long has it been since you sat quietly and listened to the birds sing – or watched the people around you, as you endeavored to sense what they were feeling, or the frequency patterns they were emanating? 

In your fast-paced existence, isn’t it time to slow down and experience the perfection of the moment? In doing so, you are creating more perfect moments, instead of a more frenetic lifestyle, which has become the norm for so many people in today’s world.

** Do you constantly have to be entertained or have outside stimulation to keep from being bored with your life situation?

** What can you let go of in order to simplify your life, and to make your everyday experiences more enjoyable?

** How often do you spend time in solitude, enjoying your own thoughts, and the whispers of your Soul-self?

** Do you always have to have music, the television or some outside distraction to keep from tuning in to your own inner thoughts? 

** Do you enjoy being alone? 

You must learn to enter the silence of Self in order to connect with Spirit – your

Higher Self and your God Self are waiting for you to tap into the magical Light stream of Divine consciousness. We sense the yearnings of so many millions of dear Souls who wish to communicate with their Higher Self and with us. It is so simple, dear hearts. All you have to do is state your intention, and then practice going into the silence and stillness within, so that we may clear the pathways, and strengthen the connection that is already there – a connection which has atrophied from mis-use or non-use.

** What negative habits have you released? What positive habits have you replaced them with, and what results have you noticed?

You will find it becomes easier and easier to release negative habits and thought forms as you begin to see the results of your positive actions. You will automatically begin to fine-tune your everyday conscious actions as you become an observer of your thoughts and intent. It is important that you become aware of the frequency patterns you are projecting, as well as the words you use. Always use positive words of empowerment, tempered by love, and constantly monitor your negative mind chatter.

** Has it become easier to practice unconditional love rather than loving with conditions?

You must first forgive yourself, and practice unconditional love of Self before you can practice unconditional love for others. You cannot project or give what you do not have within. This does not mean that you should not strive to better yourself or achieve a higher level of Self-mastery. It means that you accept and love yourself the way you are at the moment, as you strive to integrate more of your Divinity and the Lightness of Spirit.

** Remember, heal the past, script your future, live in the moment.  

Fear of the future is a result of not trusting yourself and the decisions you have made or will make. This is a result of deep-seated memories of failures or painful experiences of the past (in this or many other lifetimes). Guilt and shame are also ego-driven emotions of not achieving intended goals or perfection in the past. Fear, guilt and shame are often directed toward other people in your lives who are mirroring back to you the vibrational patterns you need to balance in order to let go of those past negative patterns and experiences. When you learn to radiate balanced, loving energy, it will be reflected back to you through the people you interact with, and also through your everyday experiences.

** Determine what attachments you have which no longer serve your highest good, and that are holding you back. Make a concerted effort to release those attachments, and envision the vacancies being filled with transforming crystalline Light substance. 

** Remember to use the power of the Violet Flame of transformation. Use this magic elixir often to assist in the transmutation of negative, imbalanced vibrational patterns.

** Endeavor to sever any cords of attachment that you still have with people in your life. With your inner vision, see these cords of attachment returning to the other person wrapped in loving energy. Strive to become consciously aware when someone is trying to tap into your solar power center. With loving intent, return the energy to the sender.

** Endeavor to view life and circumstances around you with detachment. Be an observer and reserve judgment. Seek and live by your own truth as it has been revealed to you.

Beloveds, you are in an intense phase of transition in which you are letting go of all the negativity of the past from the deepest core level of your Being. Old energies, symptoms, thought forms, and possibly pain, are roiling up into your consciousness and within your bodily form in order to be transmuted. You are building a strong probable future through your intentions and actions, and you are being challenged to see if you are ready to bring your dreams and desires to fruition. Take some time to determine what kind of probable future you are building. If you do not like your design, MODIFY IT, for if you do not – as surely as there is a tomorrow ‒ what you have envisioned will become your reality.

We have been with you since you were birthed into consciousness in this Universal experience, and we will be with you throughout eternity. From the Sacred heart center of our Father/Mother God, blessings without end are constantly being showered down upon you. You are loved most profoundly, I AM Archangel Michael.
