Many of you who know me, I’m Mona Delfino…Energy runner and healer, Vibrational Medicine practitioner, teacher, author, and reader of energy. On August 23rd, I channeled a beautiful being named Izora. I’ve been channeling her for many people and groups since 2010. She is Pleiadian, a very high vibrational being who is funny, feisty, and very loving.

On August 23rd, a dear client and friend requested this channeling as a session. As it turned out, the message was surprising to her and she said Izora requested this be public. An urgent message for humanity, and anyone who will understand it can help in creating our world for peace, unity, etc. If it is not paid heed, we are possibly going to repeat a cycle that happens every 26,000 years. We are here again together to help bring about only the best for ourselves and our children. Here is the channeling:

As you well know, many of you realize everyone is in transition. It’s time that change occur for all of us. First, let me explain that your hearts are waking up if you so desire, to the “sense-ative” abilities it carries. Your heart has ears (listening), eyes( knowing when to move into something you trust and desire), touch( love), taste( the smarts in realizing what to stay away from), and balance. It’s becoming more alive every day. Now, your downloads and changes are mostly due to the Sun, magnetics, and shifting.

A few weeks ago, the Sun had stopped solar activity for a short time. This concerned your scientists. However, it was meant for you, to catch up from all the changes and downloads in the brain due to solar initiations through flares, particle generation, etc. It was to help regenerate you through a “rest cycle” on a larger scale. It was also when your “Robin Williams” passed into the Spirit world. This helped humanity through generating heart consciousness and unity for the love of him. Humanity sparked a bit through this love.

We could not keep the flares from happening much longer. So now they have started up again. This time, they will be more intense without having to exude any more energy than before. They are going to increase and it’s time again for another surge. This time the human race will be effected a little more dramatically. The Earth will be more effected. You will have more Earthquakes.  (California quake happened on the next day August 24.)

The weather patterns are going to shift rapidly, and Earth will have an extremely cold Winter. Please prepare now for one of the coldest Winters in your history. This is all part of the changes. The magnetic field around the Earth has decreased, therefore causing more intensity in and around the Earth, and within yourselves. This is not to harm, but to wake up the human race.

This process was intended for the benefit of a higher vibratory world. Now, if humans raise the vibrations within themselves, they will increase the vibration within the Earth, causing the magnetics to become new in unified energy. You will create a New Magnetic field which is in alignment to the changes of higher frequencies, so needed upon your Earth and in the Universe.

First, you must “allow” what is happening without judgment in order to recognize you can rise above this. (I’m in the world, not of it) If humans do not allow and try to stop what is happening in the world through fear and judgment, then you cannot become the “Human Solar Flare.”

In the light of change, there is an energy of electricity. It comes when 2 or more are gathered. It sparks when a group of people come together for enlightening themselves through these shifts and changes.

Some speakers in your world who talk about this are not with integrity and do not walk their talk. When egos are present, these speakers do not instigate from the generated heart and therefore cannot reach as many humans in this great time of need. If you are not honest in yourself, your heart is not activated, and the generated abilities and energies we need to help increase these shifts from you on this planet, simply do not happen.

Therefore, the enlightenment does not get filtrated into the magnetic field, keeping it then weak. As above, so below…as within, so without. It is utmost important that humans become more true to themselves for the regeneration of your magnetic field. Humanity needs to participate and  “give back” through this method. The Cosmic downloads will not stop. It is better to align with them and not resist. Then you will be more resilient to the changes…remember, all is energy.

Lift your vibration not in the midst of chaos, but because of chaos. For this will rise and generate more electricity for the human race to become stable without the old ways of living. This is what we’re after for a whole new world, Universe, and a whole new time. You are like a lightning bolt, sending energy back as it hits the Earth.

People, it is with this information that we ask you to understand the importance of this message. The Earth and humans can simply regenerate with these Solar Flares. No doom or gloom here, however, energies need to be recognized now more than ever before. It is all about Magnetism. Rise above the mundane, the chaos, and the TV stations. As many are telling you, humanity’s awakening or upliftment is very close indeed.  Keep holding your Light on high and make it happen, do not get drawn into the doom and gloom of world events because, as intended, this drains your energy and channels it to those who are desperately struggling to block out the Light of God’s Love.  That they cannot do, It is all-pervasive, It is bringing Light to the darkest nooks and crannies where there are still a few seemingly powerful unloving ones attempting to hide and rebuild what has irretrievably collapsed.

The dark is undone, it cannot withstand the brilliance of the Light that is pouring into every part of the illusion and dissolving it from within.  Many individuals are still resisting the Light because that is what they are accustomed to doing, but their efforts are futile because darkness is just an absence of light, and the divine Light of God’s infinite Love for humanity is all-pervasive.  The darkness cannot withstand the gentle onslaught of Its astounding brilliance, and so the attempted resistance of these misguided ones is ineffectual, it is weakening and crumbling.

As the illusory infrastructure disintegrates you can see the results everywhere as political instability grows all over the world.  Politicians are now left stumbling and confused as the systems on which they have relied for so long to report their dissembling and rhetorical pabulum, while showing their confident and frequently arrogant masks to the public, are superseded by the far more realistic reports from the now pervasive alternate media.

The truth will out, and there is no one who can prevent it, as more and more cracks are revealed in the “party line” of the western nations and the differences in their individual political agendas forces them apart.  A time of great change is upon the world which is leading you rapidly towards your awakening.

To awaken is your divine destiny.  You have been asleep and dreaming for eons, and the dreams that you have dreamt have caused you much pain and suffering.  It is now time to end this unhappy state, and that is what all these changes are ensuring.

In the midst of these in many ways unsettling changes your task remains, as always, to hold your Light on high, and as you do this you have unlimited assistance from those in the spiritual realms who watch over you constantly.  However, it is essential that you ask, and do so frequently throughout your daily activities, for their guidance and assistance so that you have their strength to support you in being at all times loving in thought, word, and action.  By asking frequently you keep reminding yourselves of the major task that you have undertaken, and from which it is amazingly easy for you to be diverted by the worldly distractions that you encounter as you go about your daily lives.

The illusion is all about distraction, distraction from your purpose, your pre-planned spiritual path on Earth as a human.  You collectively built the illusion to experience separation from God and, because He gave you everything that He had, you had the necessary intelligence and the capability to design and construct something extremely realistic, seemingly utterly separate from Him, and which in every moment is set on drawing you down into the separating darkness which it uses to hide His Light from you.

In that darkness you are holding His Light, Your Light, on high, but you are also prone to doubting yourselves and your faith in Him, and His infinite Love for you.  This, needless to say, is very confusing and disconcerting for you, which is why you need all the assistance that we – here in the spiritual realms, which is your Real and eternal Home – can offer you.

That assistance, although constantly offered to you in every moment, disappears from your sight when you allow yourselves to be drawn down into the chaos and confusion of the illusion.  In the illusion there seems to be constant, in fact endless conflict, disagreement, and deceit as different factions of humanity take sides against one another and attempt to prove that they alone are right and all others are wrong.  When each believes this there is no meeting place, no possibility for discussion because each just shouts louder and louder to drown out the voice of the other.

You often see this kind of behavior occurring in groups of small children, it is part of the process of growing up, maturing, and learning to socialize effectively, compassionately, and wisely.  Unfortunately, many seemingly intelligent ones remain at this stage of arrested development, captivated by their ability to outsmart others.  They carry it into adulthood, develop it further in whatever human field of endeavor they choose to follow, and the unfortunate results of this arrested development are evident all across the planet.

The Tsunami of Love enveloping you all is the Light that is melting away the darkness that the illusion cherishes.  In darkness there is separation because you are unable to see one another, all you see is the mask, the human body, which is maintained as a defense against the Light of your true nature.  When you behave or operate from Love your true nature shines out, your unnecessary defenses dissolve, and the Love that is your nature embraces everyone with whom you connect in any way at all.  And by living lovingly you are able to see the inextinguishable flame of Love burning constantly in others which they have attempted to hide or disguise out of misplaced fear.  When you embrace Love your fear just dissolves, so do it!

Today’s message is: Open your hearts and accept the Tsunami’s loving embrace, let your Light shine forth brilliantly so that the contagion of Love infects every heart on the planet, and delight in the amazing awakening that then occurs.

And in fact millions of you are already doing just this, which is why humanity’s awakening is assured, inevitable, and unavoidable.

On this Labor Day, I sincerely hope all are just taking it easy and doing something for yourself! I’m sure we all have issues and concerns ready to pop their heads up and take our at attention tomorrow, but for today…just be about you! Be kind to yourself…you deserve it! Be lazy, just do nothing important…take the day off.

The Acturians feel the same way. They feel humanity has been so “under the gun” by being programmed and mind controlled, that many have lost any sense of love for themselves! You are the most important person in your life! You make decisions about what you do…unless you allow “society” to call the dictates of your life. Yes, you are the one you should LOVE the most!

Do I sound egotistical? You bet I AM! I LOVE me and I hope you LOVE you as well. Self-love is so important because you cannot love anyone else until you love yourself first! Don’t let Mom, Dad, your boss, your boy/girlfriend or the neighbors put you down or make you doubt yourself…or your power!

We of the Arcturian Group once again come to greet you during these times of seeming confusion and change. You are powerful beings of Light but when in the physical, do not remember this. The human experience causes many to think of themselves simply as flesh that will die and that is nothing after death. Because of this, these dear ones often relentlessly seek lives that encompass everything they believe to be good and important regardless of consequences. You often hear the phrase; “You only have one life so live it to the fullest.” Well yes, do live to the fullest, which means living in a consciousness of truth and not human concepts. You do have only one life on earth–one at a time.

You have all lived hundreds of lifetimes. You who read and resonate with these messages are old souls. Know that you are able to resonate with the energy of higher truths because they are your attained state of consciousness–otherwise messages of truth would make no sense. Energy flows and resonates with like energy which is why you are now discovering that certain people, foods, entertainments etc. no longer seem important–your resonance has changed while these things have not–you no longer resonate with them.

We come once again to speak of love, but this time with regard to love of self.
Most human beings carry some sense of self-loathing or low self esteem which often manifests outwardly through acts of violence, suicide, abuse, and actions of a negative nature or in a lesser degree in the refusal to accept help, gifts, compliments, or love.

In order to love in the highest sense, one’s own self must be included which often proves to be more difficult than the act of loving others. As an individual begins to awaken, he becomes aware of past experiences where he failed to meet the mark–memories of saying or doing things that now shock and shame him. He becomes very aware of human failings and begins to compare himself to what he believes he “should be”. Each time he reads or hears how a person must love self, he hears a little voice that says; “Oh, but remember you did or said this or that…you are not worthy of love. You are a bad person”.

Forgiveness is the first step in loving self. The basis for forgiveness is the understanding that a person can only live and act from their attained state of consciousness. Issues creating shame result from actions that were taken in a different state of consciousness –you are no longer that same place which is why you may react with shame regarding some past action–you are seeing from a whole new level.

Human beings learn from trial and error in the earlier phases of evolution which is what karma is all about. Karma is simply the balancing of energies, a way to learn and experience all facets of whatever particular energy an individual has set in motion. At some point in the evolutionary process, karma is no longer needed because one begins to live out from a higher level and be taught from within.

As serious students of truth you have been meditating, sending Light to Gaia and her kingdoms, and doing what you are guided to do and study. However, many of you have never forgiven yourselves for real or perceived faults and actions, or seriously and consciously considered what it means to love yourselves. Instead, the idea of loving self is pushed aside and ignored while your personal sense of self (ego) continues to carry around the belief of being “unworthy” or “less than” like a heavy ball and chain, lifetime after lifetime.

Even for long time spiritual students, the idea of loving self may feel inappropriate and like ego action– which it is not. These feelings simply represent a third dimensional concept of what it means to love self. In order to move more deeply into living, moving, and having your being in the higher frequencies of truth and love, you must include yourself for ALL are in and of the One–you as much as anyone else no matter how “holy” another may seem.

In your times of quiet and meditation, make a practice of going through all of your chakras, bringing the golden/white light down through each from above the crown with the intention that each chakra be opened, cleared, balanced, and aligned as the Light enters it. When you reach the solar plexus which is the seat of personal identity, pay special attention to the honoring of Self, stating your intention to clear and release any and all old energies still being held and acting as blockages within this chakra. The memory of some person or experience may pop into your awareness indicating something needing to be cleared. You may remember some experience or person who activates feelings of inadequacy or self loathing. Whether or not anything comes to mind at that time, state your intention to release with love, any and all negative energetic cords that may still be attached to you from people or situations in this life or past lives. Visualize Light flooding your whole being and especially the solar plexus chakra and then let it all go.

Loving self does not refer loving the ego self although you must also learn to accept and not resist that part. The ego self is not the real you, but is a perceived, false sense of self that has built up over lifetimes lived within the beliefs of being separate from Source and all others. Loving self means acknowledging your Divine nature and forgiving any missteps taken while in ignorance of this. Loving self means having the courage to admit when you are wrong while not berating yourself regarding some issue of the past. Loving self means to live out from who and what you really are in spite of appearances. It is a taking back of the innate power you unconsciously allowed to be taken from you.

During the process of learning to love self, try to avoid going into resistance with regard to the thoughts that may come into to your awareness . When a spiritual student begins to recognize and acknowledge his Divine nature, he often finds that there also comes that determined ego voice whispering of how short he falls of the truths he is learning and reminding him of the many ways in which he has shown that his nature is not Divine. There will come the temptation to resist these thoughts, telling oneself; ” I must not allow this voice to govern me. Go away, I will not accept these thoughts.”, etc. etc.

Resistance simply gives a power to these impersonal ego suggestions. A better inner response would be; “Yes, I have believed myself unworthy, and yes, I still carry guilt and feelings about certain things I have done in the past, but I now choose to release these old energies and move ever more deeply into an awareness of who and what I really am…to accept that I AM THAT I AM.”

Learning to recognize and ignore the ego blather will begin to shift your belief system. It won’t be long before you have reprogrammed habitual thinking and begun to trust in the truth because you now realize that you not only have, but are the power and presence to be what you are and do what you came to do.

For most, change does not happen overnight, the programs of separation and duality have been long in place–programs that led you to accept that you were less than others and that only those with money, looks, and power, education, or “holiness” were important or worthy of love. ALL are in and of the ONE. The appearances and circumstances of daily living for each and every person has to do with their pre-incarnation choices.

You are ready dear ones, ready to embrace and begin to actually love your selves through acknowledging that you are Beings of Light learning and evolving through third dimensional experiences.

Once you unlock the door of loving self as SELF, you will discover that this is the long hidden key, the Holy Grail, hidden where none find it until ready and thus you open the way for Divine Love and all its qualities to flow infinitely within and without.

Time for Hilarion! Every Sunday, Marlene Sweltishoff comes to us with a message from Hilarion. Who is Hilarion? Hilarion is Chohan of the Fifth Ray, the green ray, of truth, science, vision and prosperity. He works with souls to help them gain mastery in the third-eye chakra and green-ray qualities, including healing and the science of holding the immaculate concept. (The immaculate concept is any pure thought held by one person on behalf of another.) The Fifth Ray is related to the third-eye chakra while the ray’s color is an emerald green. Beloved Ones,

As you move through each day, stay centered within your sacred heart space and send love and blessings to all that is around you. Practice this until it is an innate part of your constant experience. You are beings of light and love and this is the reason you are here during these turbulent times. Your calming and loving presence is much needed and you each have the capacity to create calm and peace within the sphere of your influence. This sphere is much larger than you can imagine, Dear Ones, and gives upliftment to those within it. Continue to be the blessing of the divine in human form, for this is your purpose and your destiny. Release all doubts that may impinge upon your human consciousness telling you otherwise. Believe in yourselves, that you are bearers of light and of love, that you bring healing to those around you, that you awaken those in your vicinity by your very presence, and that this takes place automatically as you move about your day.

As conduits for the cosmic energies, you serve a divine purpose as you daily labour within your personal placement upon this planet. This task is to be done with peace in your hearts, knowing that through you, the light of a new age dawns. You are important in the grand scheme of the higher workings of the divine plan and without you there would be a void for the area in which you reside. Continue to be open to allow all the good of the universe to flow in you and through you. Live each day in joy and gratitude for all the abundance which surrounds you. You are the matrix breakers and this is how it is being accomplished. It does not happen through force or violent revolution, it happens from within you and through you by your willingness to let the divine do its work. You are creating a new template for the human experience and as more of you do this by aligning to this concept, the energy grows exponentially until it becomes the reality of human experience for all.

As the new human template bearers, you cannot help but shine your light and it is discerned by those who observe you wherever you may walk. It is a subtle energy that others notice without really knowing what it is. Be not concerned with its workings and outer expressions, for it is important to stay humble in this service to humanity and not be taken into human ego expression. This service is much more important than your Earthly personality can conceive, this service is a loving agreement that you made before you incarnated upon this planet. Each of you is a living expression of the loving Creator who works through you and this is how the Creator expands the consciousness of all living expressions of itself. This energy is now circulating throughout the planet and ignites within more human hearts.

We ask that you ponder these words and take them deep within your core essence and align to your soul presence. Make this a daily habit and as you each release more of the old world influence and expressions from each cell of your physical, mental and emotional bodies, you enable your light body to become stronger in its radius. All of this must be done and aligned with your heart, for it is now the time to align mind and heart to work together as one. The heart/mind is the key to further expansion of consciousness and expression upon the planet. Remember that you are each much more than your human expression has allowed you to remember as you straddled the old and the new in your divine service during these times. You have held this space for your sisters and brothers and you shall now begin to see the fruits of your labour. Their hearts begin to ignite with light!

The way before you is beckoning and the state of joy is the new way of human expression. Maintain this focus and do not lose faith in yourselves or the good that is being accomplished. YOU are the wonder and the magic of the new world that is dawning upon the horizon – YOU are the creators and the designers of the new Earth reality. Within each of YOU and the Awakening Ones lies the hope and the beauty of the new world. Stay true, stay focused, REMEMBER, and hold this vision.

We are at a transition point when energies of the new time are strengthening inside future moments. Realities crystallizing in not-too-distant future timeframes are created from increasingly different templates. These templates are infused with greater frequencies of love, peace, harmony and compassion.

Increasing numbers of souls are awakening thanks to these powerful transformative energies. The other side of this is that the energies are also triggering tidal waves of resistance. We can expect in coming weeks and months to see waves of higher energy clashing with denser energies, much like two storm fronts meeting in the atmosphere

Higher Energies trigger Love and Resistance

Increasing numbers of souls are waking up and starting to anchor and incorporate the higher frequencies now accessible on the earth plane. As new energies ramp up, new levels of awareness flow in. In some this influx of light evokes fear. It is this fear that sets darker events into motion. In coming months, shifting energies will give rise to increasingly dramatic events on the world’s stage. In areas where ongoing tensions lie, there will be an escalation. Even relatively calm areas will experience spikes of tension and resistance at times.

We are at a transition point when energies of the new time are strengthening inside future moments. Energies of the new time send out vibrational waves in all directions. As these waves approach our present moment, we respond to these energies individually and collectively according to our current level of spiritual understanding. As these energies interact with the prevailing frequencies of this timeframe, some will enter new levels of seeing with spiritual and psychic openings and acceleration of their spiritual path. Others will meet these new energies with resistance. Wherever there is resistance, there will be violence, war and disease.

Stand Strong in Unconditional Love

It is important to stand strong in a place of unconditional love no matter what transpires moving forward. At times you may feel yourself being pulled into the vortex of unfolding events. You may feel overwhelmed and lapse to sleep during these times – literally in some cases. Adrenal fatigue is common in those who allow themselves to be pulled too strongly into third-dimensional events. Some events will be painful to witness as greater frequencies of light in parallel quadrants hasten or quicken the shadow in quadrants still lingering in frequencies of un-love.

Those who volunteered to incarnate to this timeframe understand at the soul level the magnitude of the task they signed on for. Even so, at the conscious level, there is no way to prepare for the levels of cruelty and darkness now manifesting. We have seen waves of intense darkness and cruelty rise up in recent times and this will intensify moving forward.

It is essential to remain in a place of love. Love is the strongest force on earth. When we remember we are love, we stand strong in the power of love. Love is the transformation point to the violent images now coming to us from the world’s stage.

Send Love to All Life Forms

This is not a matter of judgment. Each soul travels its own journey to love. Each soul goes through various phases of learning and expansion. Those souls playing the darkest roles in this dream of life are also on a journey to love. They are presently exploring a painful location on the spectrum of human experience. Those who bear witness to their journey are afforded the opportunity to visit and embrace their own shadow and to reaffirm their journey to a greater experience of the love that they are.

Even those who embrace ongoing waves of transition are finding this doesn’t guarantee a smooth transition into the new time. Anything that is incomplete, denied, pushed back or trapped in emotional trauma will cry out for release as the shadow hastens. Use this time to home in on any aspect within your consciousness that needs your assistance. Join with others in consciousness and send love to all life forms. Everywhere in every part of the world are those who hold the earth in their awareness and send love to all beings. Join with them and send love to all forms of life, including animals, plants and minerals.

Holding every situation that comes before you in the highest light allows you to merge into the ocean of higher consciousness. This ocean is vast; it embraces every soul and every journey toward love.
