Historian 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐬 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐧 (@VDHanson) says Europe’s fury at President Trump isn’t really about tariffs — it’s about five centuries of relevance quietly running out.
