And now, you won’t believe how the FBI got caught breaking the law on January 6.
The Deep State and the Biden administration seized on January 6 to wage an unconstitutional war on Trump supporters.
In his inauguration speech, Joe Biden essentially declared a new war on terror with the 74 million Americans who voted for Donald Trump as the primary target.
The FBI set out to take down Trump supporters by any means necessary, even if it meant turning the Bureau into a secret police force straight out of Soviet Russia.
A 2022 ruling by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court found that the FBI illegally searched the phone records and emails of 278,000 Americans using Section 702 of the FISA Act.
In the unsealed ruling, the judge slammed the government for an illegal abuse of power.
“The queries were run against unminimized Section 702 information to find evidence of possible foreign influence, although the analyst conducting the queries had no indications of foreign influence related to the query terms used,” the FISA court judge wrote. “NSD assessed there was no specific factual basis to believe the queries were reasonably likely to retrieve foreign intelligence information or evidence of crime from Section 702 information.”
Section 702 allows the government to conduct unconstitutional warrantless spying on Americans if the government believes they are connected to foreign terrorists.
These illegal searches included the FBI engaging on 23,000 separate queries of Trump supporters suspected of being in Washington, D.C. on January 6.
FBI agents violated the Constitution to comb through the private communications of American citizens to try and frame them for being insurrectionists seeking to overthrow the government.
A senior FBI official did not deny that the Bureau shredded the Fourth Amendment rights of American citizens whose only “crime” was voting against Joe Biden.
“As Director Wray has made clear, the errors described in the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court’s opinion are completely unacceptable,” a senior FBI official told Fox News.
“As a result of the audits that revealed these instances of noncompliance, the FBI changed its querying procedures to make sure these errors do not happen again. These steps have led to significant improvement in the way we conduct queries of lawfully obtained Section 702 information.”
“We are committed to continuing this work and providing greater transparency into the process to earn the trust of the American people and advance our mission of safeguarding both the nation’s security, and privacy and civil liberties, at the same time,” the senior FBI official concluded.
Section 702 of the FISA Act is up for renewal and Americans who believe in the Constitution hope this sick plan to terrorize innocent Americans will be the final straw that causes the House Republican Majority to allow this unconstitutional scheme to expire.
