‘Good morning guys. I just wanted to let y’all know Ill be ok. I am just absolutely broken hearted right now, and am trying to deal with the mess my life is. The holidays were just too much and made everything very real. To be quite honest with you, I dont even recognize my own life right now, and thats the hardest part of this. I just feel “lost”. The past month everything has hit me, and hard. I am desperately trying to make sense of it all, and then give it all to God, as only He can fix it, and I know eventually He will. I’ll be taking the next few days to do this and spend some quality time with J. She is the only thing that is keeping me from just completely losing my chit right now. I have no intention of quitting, that is not an option. I’ll be back in DC next week, as things should be picking up. I just pray this new year brings peace in my heart, and yours, as we keep fighting for what we hold dear to our hearts. I luv u guys, please hold space in your hearts for me. We are all feeling a personal punch inside our gut from: people/job/family/money issues, and they ALL revolve around our own doubt of worthiness, as our personal boats are rocked with self-doubt. Is this the “real” reason Q tells us to “watch the water”?
The admonition we hear is to “buckle up” is to prepare ourselves for upheaval. Of course, we imagine there will be “external”upheaval as geo-political circumstances change. Yet… the “external” change often can produce “internal” changes which are difficult to accept and throw us out of our boat of self- complacency and into the foamy water of despair!
In moving water, one is tossed about lacking a firm footing, so… how is one to find a “firm footing”, or any anchor in the rough seas of self-doubt? There are a lot of self-help books out there for this reason, and many find faith to be a big help (which actually be-lie-f in an external source), when actually, internal Balance brings resolution for internal angst!
Balance, when applied internally, results in personal peace within, and we all have already experienced this! Balance also allows us to relax and breathe normally which aids our physical health! (This is why dis-ease yields physical illness!) Much self- examination may take place, yet it only takes that flash of self- realization that Balance provides to feel better inside… it is an “instant” process!
Well…Balance is great… I want to always BE in Balance, so…. how do I stay there? This is the question-of-the- ages, for if all was in Balance, there would be no war, no illness, and/or no discomfort of any kind!
Staying in Balance within requires an enormous and personal self-love which is also the hallmark for BEing Quantum! As one feels good about themselves, acceptance for anything, and anyone, is possible. This massive amount of self-acceptance removes the desire to hurt anyone for any reason, including ones self! Notice the language here relating back to the ONE, for in reality, we humans are all a single “fractal” of the ONE , growing and moving forward with personal desires. And…as those individual desires are accomplished, we experience
and feel LOVE!

Glad to know everyone is as jumpy as I am. The can keeps getting kicked down the road day after day..month after month! NEW YEAR AND STILL MORE CAN KICKING. All last summer…any day now…SOON. Well said for a true be-lie-ver in a God! I prefer communing with my Higher Self who trumps a jealous God. We have been taught to look outside ourself towards a God who is Love…as long as the “rules” are obeyed. I will say Christ also taught us that we are like himself, capable of doing more than He.
